Technical Field

The present invention relates to a wiper device for a windshield, and more particularly, to a wiper connecting assembly for connecting a wiper blade assembly to different types of wiper arms and a wiper using the same.

Background

The industry discloses a wiper connecting assembly CN105984435A, which comprises a wiper connecting base 1' and a wiper connector 2', and with this structure, different wiper arms can be adapted by replacing different wiper connectors without replacing the wiper connecting base 1', so as to improve the versatility of wiper products, but with this structure, in the embodiment that a specific wiper connector 2' needs to form a fastening connection with the wiper connecting base 1', as shown in fig. 1-1 and 1-2, the wiper connector 2' is connected with a second clamping portion 12' and a rotating shaft 122' respectively, which are correspondingly arranged on the wiper connecting base 1', through a rotating shaft clamping groove 221' and a fixed reinforcing block 222', i.e. the two are fixed in an inserting manner, and since a small relative displacement cannot be generated between the two, the abutting mating surfaces of the two need to be in transition fit, therefore, the requirement for the machining precision is high.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies on the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and have made this invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The first objective of the present invention is to provide a wiper connecting assembly, which includes a wiper connecting base and a wiper connector, wherein the wiper connector can be very firmly mounted on the wiper connecting base, and the wiper connector and the wiper connecting base are not easy to generate a small relative displacement, and a user can very conveniently mount or dismount the wiper connector from the wiper connecting base.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a wiper blade equipped with any one of the wiper blade connecting assemblies described above.

To achieve the first object of the present invention, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting assembly comprising:

the windshield wiper connecting base comprises a base, the base is used for fixedly connecting with a windshield wiper support assembly, a connecting block is convexly arranged above the base, two side surfaces of the connecting block form supporting limit planes, a pair of first limit slots and second limit slots which are inwards sunken are symmetrically arranged from back to front along the length direction of the connecting block respectively, the open ends of the first limit slots and the second limit slots face the front end, an inserting channel communicated with the first limit slots and the second limit slots is formed at least at the front ends of the open ends of the first limit slots and the second limit slots, and a limit part facing the back end limit surface is arranged on the top surface or at least one side surface of the connecting block;

the windshield wiper joint comprises a windshield wiper arm installation part and a fastening connecting seat which are arranged side by side; the fastening connecting seat at least comprises a top wall, a first side wall and a partition plate, wherein the top wall connects the first side wall and the partition plate which are basically arranged in parallel together to enable the fastening connecting seat to form a component with a downward opening and a hollow inner cavity, and the first side wall and the partition plate respectively extend inwards to form a first clamping block and a second clamping block at the positions corresponding to a first limiting slot and a second limiting slot of the wiper connecting base; a limiting bump capable of generating position deviation is arranged on the top wall or the first side wall at a position corresponding to the limiting part of the connecting block; the wiper arm mounting part is fixedly arranged on the fastening connecting seat and is used for realizing the connection with the wiper arm;

a first clamping block and a second clamping block in a fastening connecting seat of the windshield wiper joint are respectively arranged in a first limiting slot and a second limiting slot which are correspondingly arranged in a connecting block through inserting channel cards, the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base is arranged in an inner cavity of the fastening connecting seat, so that a first side wall and a partition plate of the windshield wiper joint are respectively supported with two side faces of the connecting block in an abutting mode, and the relative displacement of the windshield wiper joint relative to the windshield wiper connecting base along the width direction is limited; the abutting limit matching between the limit bump and the limit part is used for limiting the forward relative displacement of the windshield wiper joint relative to the windshield wiper connecting base along the length direction; so that the wiper joint and the wiper connecting base form a fastening connection relationship.

By adopting the structure, the two side surfaces of the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base are provided with enough abutting contact areas and can be respectively abutted and matched with the first side wall of the fastening connecting seat of the windshield wiper connector and the partition plate, so that the limitation of the windshield wiper connector and the windshield wiper connecting base along the width direction is ensured, and meanwhile, the limitation of four point positions is formed between the first fixture block and the second fixture block of the windshield wiper connector and the first limiting slot and the second limiting slot of the windshield wiper connecting base which are correspondingly arranged, so that when the windshield wiper arm connected with the windshield wiper connector is in a working state, the windshield wiper connecting base can generate an outward centrifugal force relative to the windshield wiper connector, and a stable fastening connection relationship can be established between the windshield wiper connector and the windshield wiper connecting base; when the windshield wiper joint needs to be detached from the windshield wiper connecting base, the windshield wiper joint can be detached from the windshield wiper connecting base only by manually detaching the windshield wiper joint limiting convex block from the limiting part of the windshield wiper connecting base, so that the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base are quite convenient to detach/assemble.

Furthermore, the front end face of the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base is a limiting blocking face, the windshield wiper joint forms a blocking piece which is mutually abutted against the first side wall and the partition plate, and the blocking piece is located at the front end of the second clamping block.

Furthermore, a second limiting slot of a connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base is arranged at the front ends of the two side faces of the connecting block, the opening end of the second limiting slot extends to a limiting and resisting surface, and an inserting channel positioned at the front end of the second limiting slot is a vacant space in the front of the connecting block; and the abutting and blocking piece of the windshield wiper joint is connected with the second clamping block.

Furthermore, a spacing abdicating space is formed between the first limiting slot and the second limiting slot of the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base, so that the connecting block is divided into a first connecting block and a second connecting block from front to back, the spacing abdicating space can be used as an inserting channel communicated with the opening end of the first limiting slot, and the height of the second connecting block is smaller than that of the first connecting block; the fastening connecting seat of the windshield wiper joint is additionally provided with a reinforcing rib transversely arranged between the first side wall and the partition plate above the first connecting block.

Furthermore, the base of the windshield wiper connecting base is convexly provided with a guide convex block between the first connecting block and the second connecting block, and the first clamping block of the windshield wiper joint can conveniently slide into the first limiting slot through the guide convex block.

Further, the top surface of the base of the windshield wiper connecting base is provided with a supporting plane which extends outwards along the width and length directions of the connecting block, and the supporting plane is at least supported by the bottom end surface of the fastening connecting seat of the windshield wiper joint in an abutting mode.

Furthermore, the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base is offset on one side of the supporting plane along the central axis X, and the remaining vacant area of the supporting plane is just used for bearing the windshield wiper arm mounting part of the windshield wiper joint.

Furthermore, the first limit slot and the second limit slot of the windshield wiper connecting base are respectively arranged at the positions of the connecting blocks adjacent to the supporting plane, and the end surface of the bottom of the windshield wiper connecting base is superposed with the supporting plane; the first clamping block and the second clamping block of the windshield wiper joint are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the first side wall and the partition plate, and the bottom end face of the first clamping block is flush with the bottom end faces of the first side wall and the partition plate.

In order to achieve the second object of the present invention, the present invention discloses a windshield wiper, which at least comprises any one of the windshield wiper connecting assemblies described above.

A connecting block 12 is protruded above the base 11, a supporting plane 111 extending outward along the width and length directions of the connecting block 12 is provided on the top surface of the base 11, a longitudinal central axis of the base 11 is X, it should be noted that the connecting block 12 may be disposed at a position of the supporting plane 111 approximately the central axis X or offset to one side of the central axis X (detailed description will be given later); the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12 are respectively and symmetrically provided with a pair of inward-recessed first limiting slot 51 and a pair of inward-recessed second limiting slot 52 along the length direction from back to front, the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are preferably arranged at positions of the connecting block 12 adjacent to the supporting plane 111, that is, the bottom end surfaces of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are both overlapped with the supporting plane 111, of course, the invention does not exclude that the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are arranged at higher positions (i.e., positions away from the supporting plane 111) of the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12, the open ends of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 face the front ends, and at least the front ends of the open ends of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 form an insertion channel 53a communicated with the open ends, the insertion channel 53a is a vertical entity sink groove positioned at the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, any one of the insertion channels 53a can be used as a limiting groove 15a, and the limiting groove 15a has a first limiting surface 151a facing to the rear end, but the present invention does not exclude adding a limiting groove 15a on one of the side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12 (as shown in fig. 14), but in order to reduce the mold opening cost, generally speaking, if a solid insertion channel 53a is provided at the front of the connecting block 12, it is a relatively optimized design to directly use the insertion channel 53a as the limiting groove 15 a; of course, if the second position-limiting insertion groove 52 is provided at the front end of the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12, the front end of the second position-limiting insertion groove 52 does not need to be provided with the solid insertion channel 53a, and only one position-limiting groove 15a can be provided on the side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12, and the empty space at the front of the connecting block 12 can be used as the insertion channel 53b of the non-solid member (see the structural features disclosed in the fourth embodiment).

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the present invention discloses a wiper blade joint 2a adapted to the wiper blade connecting base 1a, the wiper blade joint 2a is used as a second component of the wiper blade connecting assembly, the wiper blade joint 2a includes a wiper arm mounting portion 21 and a fastening connecting seat 22 arranged side by side along the length direction of the supporting plane 111; the fastening and connecting seat 22 at least comprises a first side wall 221, a top wall 222 and a partition plate 213, wherein the top wall 222 connects the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213 which are arranged substantially in parallel, so that the fastening and connecting seat 22 forms a member with a downward opening and a hollow inner cavity, and the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213 are respectively provided with a first fixture block 23 and a second fixture block 24 at positions corresponding to the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52; meanwhile, a hollow yielding area 2211 is formed in the first side wall 221, a first elastic cantilever 2212 is additionally arranged in the hollow yielding area 2211, a first limiting bump 250a is additionally arranged at the inner end of the free end of the first elastic cantilever 2212 and opposite to the position of the limiting groove 15a, and at least when the first elastic cantilever 2212 is not subjected to outward elastic deformation, the first limiting bump 250a can always abut against the first limiting surface 151a of the limiting groove 15 a.

As shown in fig. 4, the wiper arm mounting portion 21 includes a second side wall 211, a bottom wall 212 and a partition 213, the bottom wall 212 connects the second side wall 211 and the partition 213 arranged substantially in parallel to form a hollow member with an upward opening, a pivot shaft (hinge connection portion) 214 (fig. 8) is transversely disposed between the second side wall 211 and the partition 213, the pivot shaft 214 is used for assembling a first connection portion a in pivot connection therewith, the first connection portion a is used for fixing the wiper arm adapted thereto, the first connection portion a disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is used for adapting a hook-type wiper arm, the structure of the first connection portion a can refer to CN207072329U patent document, the structure of the wiper arm disclosed in the patent document is substantially identical to the specific structure of the first connection portion a disclosed in the embodiment, and no further details are needed, the structure of the first connection portion a can be adapted according to different types of wiper arms, or, a person skilled in the art D can adjust the structure of the wiper arm mounting portion 21 according to the adaptive requirements of different wiper arms, so as to establish a hinged connection with the wiper arms, and the wiper arm mounting portion 21 is not limited to be arranged side by side on one side of the fastening connection portion 22, such as on the top of the fastening connection portion 22.

As shown in fig. 5, the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a are specifically installed by placing the fastening connection seat 22 of the wiper joint 2a above the wiper connecting base 1a, and respectively opposing the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 to the insertion channel 53a of the connection block 12, then sleeving the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 of the wiper joint 2a from top to bottom along the insertion channel 53 of the connection block 12 until the bottom end surface of the fastening connection seat 22 is in abutting contact with the support plane 111 of the wiper connecting base 1a, at this time, the connection block 12 is placed in the inner cavity of the fastening connection seat 22, and the wiper joint 2a is translated from front to back, and finally the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 of the wiper joint 2a are mutually engaged with the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52, and the top end surfaces of the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 are respectively engaged with the transverse abutment surfaces 511 of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 521 abut against each other, so as to limit the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a from generating upward relative displacement, and meanwhile, in order to reduce the processing precision, it is not necessary to abut the rear end surfaces of the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 against the longitudinal abutting surfaces 512 and 522 of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 which are correspondingly arranged, and the embodiment discloses that the wiper joint 2a and the connecting block 12 from generating rearward relative displacement through the abutting limit between the second fixture block 24 and the longitudinal abutting surface 522 of the second limiting slot 52; meanwhile, the first limit projection 250a of the wiper joint 2a on the first side wall 221 and the first limit surface 151a of the limit groove 15a of the connecting block 12 abut against each other, so as to limit the wiper joint 2a and the connecting block 12 from moving forward relative to each other, for example, when the wiper arm is erected together with the wiper in a maintenance state or a windshield cleaning state of the vehicle, the wiper joint 2a may move forward relative to the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1 a; when the wiper joint 2a needs to be detached from the wiper connecting base 1a, the first elastic cantilever 2212 of the wiper joint 2a is only required to be pulled outwards to make the first limiting projection 250a leave the first limiting surface 151a of the limiting groove 15a, the wiper joint 2a is moved forwards from the back relative to the wiper connecting base 1a, so that the top end surfaces of the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 of the wiper joint 2a are separated from the constraint of the transverse abutment surfaces 511 and 521 of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52, and the wiper joint 2a is moved from bottom to top to make the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 respectively slide out along the insertion channel 53a of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1a, so as to realize the mutual separation of the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1 a. By adopting the structure, because the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1a has a certain length along the length and width directions, and is used as a limiting block which is mutually nested and matched with the wiper joint 2a, the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12 have enough abutting contact areas and can be respectively mutually abutted and matched with the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213 of the fastening connecting seat 22 of the wiper joint 2a, thereby ensuring the limiting of the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a along the width direction, and simultaneously, the first clamping block 23 and the second clamping block 24 of the wiper joint 2a respectively form the limiting of four point positions with the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 which are correspondingly arranged on the wiper connecting base 1a, so as to overcome the problem that the wiper connecting base 1a can generate outward centrifugal force relative to the wiper joint 2a (the wiper joint 2a and the wiper arm are mutually fixed) when the wiper joint 2a is in a working state to the maximum extent, a stable fastening connection relation can be established between the windshield wiper joint 2a and the windshield wiper connection base 1 a; if the first and second position-limiting insertion grooves 51 and 52 of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1a are disposed at positions adjacent to the supporting plane 111, the height of the engaging and fitting portion between the first and second engaging blocks 23 and 24 of the wiper joint 2a and the first and second position-limiting insertion grooves 51 and 52, respectively, can be reduced, and the height difference between the engaging and fitting portion and the top of the connecting block 12 can be increased, because the fastening and connecting portion 22 of the wiper joint 2a has a certain assembling clearance when the connecting block 12 is inserted into the inner cavity thereof, if the clearance is larger, the wiper is in a working state, the wiper joint 2a can be driven to generate lateral twisting (along the width direction of the wiper connecting base 1 a) relative to the wiper connecting base 1a, the lateral twisting can rotate around the first and second engaging blocks 23 and 24 as the force-rotating fulcrum, if the first and second engaging blocks 23 and 24 are farther from the top surface of the connecting block 12, the larger the difference in height, the larger the abutting contact area between the first side wall 221 of the fastening connection portion 22 and the partition plate 213 and the both side surfaces 215 of the connection block 12, and the less likely it is to cause the wiper joint 2a to twist laterally with respect to the wiper connection base 1a, so that the wiper joint 2a can be more stably fixed to the wiper connection base 1 a. It should be emphasized that, if the design of the default supporting plane 111 of the wiper connecting base 1a is modified, the design still falls within the protection scope of the present invention, that is, the wiper joint 2a can still realize the fastening connection relationship between the first latch 23, the second latch 24 and the first limiting protrusion 250a, and the first limiting slot 51, the second limiting slot 52 and the limiting groove 15a of the wiper connecting base 1a only by the mutual locking and fitting of the first latch 23, the second latch 24 and the first limiting protrusion 250 a.

Second embodiment:

as shown in fig. 2, the front end face of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1a is a limit stop face 124, i.e., in this embodiment, it is emphasized that the front end face is designed as a plane stop face, and the structure of the front end face of the connecting block 12 is not limited in the first embodiment.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the wiper joint 2b is based on the first embodiment, the fastening connection seat 22 further includes a stop piece 223, the stop piece 223 is transversely disposed between the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213, and is disposed at the front end of the second latch 24 at an interval, when the wiper joint 2b is connected to the wiper connection base 1a, the stop piece 223 is in abutting fit with the limiting stop surface 124 of the connection block 12, so as to limit the backward relative displacement of the wiper joint 2b with respect to the wiper connection base 1a, that is, by adopting this scheme, the stop piece 223 replaces the abutting limit between the second latch 24 and the longitudinal stop surface 522 of the second limiting insertion groove 52, which is adopted in the first embodiment, and the above alternative scheme can produce advantageous technical effects: 1. the abutting area between the abutting piece 223 and the limiting abutting surface 124 of the connecting block 12 is larger than the abutting area of the two second fixture blocks 24 and the longitudinal abutting surface 522 of the second limiting insertion groove 52 which are overlapped together; 2. the amount of deformation in the width direction between the first side wall 221 of the fastening and connecting seat 22 and the partition plate 213 due to the force is further limited by the stopper piece 223, and the above two factors are superimposed, thereby further ensuring that the wiper blade 2b can be more stably fixed to the wiper blade connecting base 1 a.

The third embodiment:

as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the structure of the wiper connecting base 1b and the wiper joint 2c of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, but there is a difference from the second embodiment in that the structure is used for limiting the relative displacement of the wiper joint 2c and the wiper connecting base 1b in the longitudinal direction, the top of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1b is additionally provided with a limiting step part 15b, and the limiting step part 15b is provided with a second limiting surface 151b facing the rear end; the top wall 222 of the wiper joint 2c is provided with a U-shaped notch along the length direction thereof, so that the top wall 222 forms a second elastic cantilever 2222 in the area located inside the U-shaped notch, a second limit projection 250b is additionally arranged at the inner end of the free end of the second elastic cantilever 2222 and opposite to the position of the limit step 15b, the second limit projection 250b at least has a resisting surface 251 which is mutually abutted against the second limit surface 151b of the limit step 15b, i.e. the two need to have a sufficiently large abutting contact area, the abutting contact area at least ensures that when the second elastic cantilever 2222 is not elastically deformed outwards, the resisting surface 251 of the second limit projection 250b always abuts against the second limit surface 151b of the limit step 15b, the front end of the second elastic cantilever 2222 is further provided with an operation concave portion 2223, once the wiper joint 2c needs to be detached from the wiper connecting base 1b, the second elastic cantilever 2222 is simply pulled outward by hand, so that the abutting surface 251 of the second limiting protrusion 250b of the second elastic cantilever 2222 is separated from the second limiting surface 151b of the limiting step portion 15 b. By providing the second limit projection 250b of the wiper joint 2c on the top wall 222 instead of the first side wall 221, it is easier to manufacture and it is also easier for the user to detach the wiper joint 2c from the wiper connecting base 1 b.

The fourth embodiment:

as shown in fig. 10, the structure of the wiper connecting base 1c of this embodiment is substantially identical to that of the wiper connecting base 1b disclosed in the third embodiment, but there are the following differences: 1. the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1c forms an interval abdicating space between the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52, so that the connecting block 12 is divided into a first connecting block 121 and a second connecting block 122 from front to back; 2. the spacing abdicating space formed between the first connecting block 121 and the second connecting block 122 is used as an inserting channel 53b communicated with the opening end of the first limiting slot 51, and the inserting channel 53b is a non-solid component; 3. the height of the second connecting block 122 is less than that of the first connecting block 121; 4. the second limiting slot 52 is disposed at the front end of the two side surfaces of the connecting block 12, and the open end thereof extends to the limiting and stopping surface 124.

In a more preferable design, as shown in fig. 11, the base 11 of the wiper connecting base 1d is provided with a protruding guide protrusion 20 between the first connecting block 121 and the second connecting block 122, and by additionally providing the protruding guide protrusion 20, the following advantages can be achieved: 1. the first clamping block 23 is guided to slide into the first limiting slot 51; 2. further improving the overall structural strength of the second connecting block 122. Meanwhile, the windshield wiper connecting base 1d also discloses a structural design that the connecting block 12 is offset from one side of the supporting plane 111 along the central axis X, so that the supporting plane 111 provides a large enough retention space along the central axis X at the other side of the connecting block 12, and a larger support plane can be provided for the windshield wiper arm mounting part 21 of any windshield wiper joint disclosed by the invention, namely, the supporting plane 111 is in contact with the bottom wall 212 of the windshield wiper arm mounting part 21 in an abutting manner, so that the windshield wiper connecting base is prevented from being suspended outside the supporting plane 111 of the windshield wiper connecting base 1d, and a product has better integral design aesthetic feeling; meanwhile, the windshield wiper joint additionally increases the supporting area abutted between the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base 1d, so that the connecting stability of the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base can be further improved. Further, a limit rib 112 is additionally provided on a side of the support plane 111 remote from the attachment block 12, and a limit depressed groove 215 (shown in fig. 3) is additionally provided in the wiper joint 2a at a position opposite to the limit rib 112, thereby further restricting the relative displacement in the width direction of the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1 d.

As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the wiper blade joint 2d has a structure substantially identical to that of the wiper blade joint 2c disclosed in the third embodiment, but has the following three differences: 1. stop piece 223 is connected to the front end of second fixture block 24, so that a fixing contact surface is added to the front end of second fixture block 24 (in the second embodiment, only one side surface of second fixture block 24 is fixed to partition 213 or first sidewall 221), and it is ensured that two second fixture blocks 24 are fixed to partition 213 and first sidewall 221 more firmly; 2. compared with the wiper connecting bases of the previous embodiments, as for the first embodiment, since the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1a has a certain height, when the wiper connector 2a can be assembled with the wiper connecting base, the rear end of the fastening connecting base 22 is either designed to be an open end, as shown in fig. 3, so that the structural strength of the fastening connecting base 22 of the wiper connector 2a can be reduced; or the rear end of the wiper joint 2a can be designed in a closed manner, but enough length needs to be reserved in the fastening and connecting seat 22 for the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a to move back and forth relatively in the assembling process, so that the length of the wiper joint 2a is increased, and the wind resistance area of the wiper joint 2a is increased; 3. the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213 are provided with at least one transverse reinforcing rib 225 in a hollow area at the top of the second connecting block 122, the reinforcing rib 225 is provided with an extension section 2251 extending along the length direction of the inner wall at a position abutting against the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213, the arrangement of the extension section 2251 can at least increase the structural strength of the first side wall 221 and the partition plate 213 at the position of the extension section, and the deformation of the fastening and connecting seat 22 of the wiper joint 2d along the width direction can be further reduced and the overall structural strength of the fastening and connecting seat 22 can be increased by additionally arranging the rear wall 224 and the plurality of transverse reinforcing ribs 225 at the rear end of the fastening and connecting seat 22 of the wiper joint 2 d.

As shown in fig. 13, the assembly method between the wiper fitting 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d is not substantially different from the installation disclosed in the first embodiment, and the limiting step portion 15b is disposed on the top of the connecting block 12 for limiting the relative forward displacement between the wiper fitting 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d along the length direction thereof, and the above solution is only that the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 of the wiper connecting base 1d reserve enough space for the insertion of the first latch 23 and the second latch 24, so that no additional physical insertion channel 53a is required, and the assembly method between the wiper fitting 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d is not repeated.

In addition, in fig. 14, the embodiment discloses a design that the wiper connecting base 1e adopts the limiting groove 15a, and the first side wall 221 of the wiper joint 2e needs to be correspondingly provided with a first limiting bump 250a, and the specific structure thereof can refer to the arrangement manner of the first limiting bump 250a of the wiper joint 2a (see fig. 3) disclosed in the first embodiment, and will not be described repeatedly.

The front end and/or the rear end of each kind of wiper joint is provided with a connecting piece E for reinforcing the overall strength of the wiper joint, and the connecting piece E may be used as the front wall and the rear wall of the wiper joint in some embodiments, and in some practical cases, the connecting piece E as the front wall may also be used as the blocking piece 223 of the wiper joint, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs may be arranged at necessary positions to increase the overall strength of the wiper joint.

The invention also discloses a windshield wiper, which is matched with any series of windshield wiper connecting components (comprising a windshield wiper joint and a windshield wiper connecting base) and realizes the connection between the windshield wiper support and the windshield wiper arm through the windshield wiper connecting components, and the windshield wiper joint can be very firmly arranged on the windshield wiper connecting base and is not easy to generate tiny relative displacement, so that the situation that the vibration is transmitted to the windshield wiper support and then a windshield wiper rubber strip generates tiny bounce in the wiping process of the windshield wiper in the wiping process is avoided, and the wiping quality of the windshield wiper is influenced; and once the windshield wiper joint needs to be replaced, the user can also very conveniently detach the windshield wiper joint from the windshield wiper connecting base, so that the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base can be conveniently detached/assembled.
