Background

step 1: dividing the bowl into single bowls with the bowl openings facing downwards;

and 7: printing codes; and (5) coding the bowl bottom by adopting a coding machine.

In the food filling method and the production line thereof, the step 2.1 of sterilization and disinfection is also arranged before the material is added. The bowl turning device 2 and the secondary bowl turning device 6 are both spiral channels, and bowl surfaces and bowl bottoms can be turned over after the bowls pass through the channels.

The weighing and removing device 5 is a food weighing and sorting machine, the food weighing and sorting machine is a YCW-600 weighing and sorting machine, and the food weighing and sorting machine can remove food with the weight smaller than or larger than a set range.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
