Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of tea products, and particularly relates to a tea preservation piece and a preparation method thereof.

Background

At present, most of tea leaves on the market are hermetically packaged and stored by plastic bags, tin cans, ceramic containers, purple sand containers, stainless steel containers and the like, although the storage containers can better realize the effects of moisture prevention and peculiar smell prevention, the materials of the containers are different from those of the tea leaves and completely isolate the air, the taste, the fragrance and the like of the tea leaves are inevitably influenced after the tea leaves are stored for a long time, and the quality of the tea leaves is reduced. Therefore, there is a need for a new tea leaf preservation material.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a tea leaf storage piece and a preparation method thereof.

One of the technical schemes adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a preparation method of a tea leaf storage piece comprises the steps of steaming finished tea leaves (namely, commercially available tea leaves) for 5-7 s to soften the tea leaves, then pressing the tea leaves for 14-16 s under a hydraulic pressure of 14-16 tons, and then drying the tea leaves until the moisture content does not exceed 5% (mass percentage) to obtain the tea leaf storage piece. The finished tea and the tea to be stored in the tea storage piece are similar.

The finished tea may be of a different grade than the tea to be stored in the tea holding member. To save costs, the grade of the finished tea leaves used to make the tea leaf holding member can be lower than the grade of tea leaves stored in the tea leaf holding member. Furthermore, the tea leaf storage part can be prepared by adopting broken tea, tea dust and the like of the same kind of finished tea, so that the discarded parts of the broken tea, the tea dust and the like are fully utilized, the resource waste is reduced, and the cost can be further reduced.

The tea leaf storage part can be directly pressed and formed, and can also be divided into a plurality of parts which are respectively pressed and then assembled and formed. In one embodiment, the finished tea leaves are steamed and hydraulically pressed into assembled boards, and the assembled boards are assembled into the tea leaf storage piece. For example, the tea leaf storage part is formed by splicing the splicing plates through the tenon-and-mortise structures, and the splicing plates formed through steaming and hydraulic forming have certain hardness and strength, so that the tea leaf storage part can be spliced through the tenon-and-mortise structures, and long-term storage of tea leaves stored inside the tea leaf storage part is guaranteed. Preferably, the tenon-and-mortise structure can adopt a dovetail form, all the assembling plates are not easy to separate, and the assembling strength and the sealing property are good.

In one embodiment, the tea leaf holder is in the shape of a box or a can. Specifically, the tea storage box can be in the form of a round box, a square box or an irregular box, or can be in various shapes such as a round can, a square can or an irregular can.

Preferably, the finished product tea is 5-7 kg, the prepared tea storage piece is box-shaped, the length of the tea storage piece is 36-40 cm, the width of the tea storage piece is 22-24 cm, the height of the tea storage piece is 22-24 cm, and the wall thickness of the tea storage piece is 2-3 cm. The tea leaf storage piece with the specification is suitable in hardness, strength and density, and can achieve good balance between sealing performance and air permeability, so that the tea leaves stored inside can keep proper gas and heat exchange with the outside, alcoholization of the tea leaves is facilitated, and the tea leaves inside can be prevented from being affected with damp and going bad or generating peculiar smell.

In one embodiment, the finished tea can be selected from green tea, yellow tea, black tea, white tea, oolong tea, and black tea. In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,

the finished tea is green tea, and is prepared by de-enzyming, rolling (shaping) and drying fresh tea leaves suitable for preparing green tea.

The finished tea is yellow tea, and is prepared by carrying out enzyme deactivation, rolling, yellow sealing and drying on fresh tea leaves suitable for preparing the yellow tea.

The finished tea is black tea (such as Pu' er tea), and is prepared by de-enzyming, rolling, piling and drying fresh tea leaves suitable for preparing the black tea.

The finished tea is white tea and is prepared by withering and drying fresh leaves suitable for making white tea or withering, slightly kneading and drying fresh leaves of the white tea.

The finished tea is green tea, and is prepared by withering fresh leaves suitable for making green tea by committing, green making, pan-frying, rolling (shaping) and drying.

The finished tea is black tea and is prepared by withering, rolling, fermenting and drying fresh leaves suitable for making black tea.

The second technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a tea leaf preservation member prepared according to the above preparation method.

The equipment, reagents, processes, parameters and the like related to the invention are conventional equipment, reagents, processes, parameters and the like except for special description, and no embodiment is needed.

The drying can be natural ventilation drying at normal temperature or drying in common drying equipment.

All ranges recited herein include all point values within the range.

In the invention, the normal temperature, namely the normal environmental temperature, can be 10-30 ℃.

Compared with the background technology, the technical scheme has the following advantages:

1. the tea preservation piece is made of finished tea serving as a raw material, and meets the standards of light resistance, moisture resistance and no peculiar smell.

2. The tea leaf storage piece adopts the commercially available finished tea as the raw material and similar tea leaves stored inside, so the tea leaf storage piece and the tea leaf storage piece are close in nature, the aroma and the taste cannot interfere with each other in the long-term storage process, the peculiar smell cannot be generated, the mutual influence is realized to promote alcoholization, and the quality and the taste of the tea leaves stored inside are favorably maintained and even improved. If the adopted raw materials are fresh leaves, on one hand, the fresh leaves are not processed by tea making, are easy to go bad and mildew after being stored for a long time, and cannot play a good preservation role, and on the other hand, the flavor and the property of the fresh leaves are different from those of finished tea stored inside, and the fresh leaves are easy to interfere with each other during the long-term storage process, so that the quality of the tea stored inside is influenced.

3. Tea alcoholization refers to the process of harmonizing, improving and enhancing the sensory quality of tea, and is usually accompanied with the alcoholization of tea during the storage process. For example, oxygen is consumed by oxidation reaction inside tea leaves, ammonia is released by deamination of part of amino acids, organic acids are oxidized, and the like, and certain heat is released in the reaction process. The alcoholization process of the tea is practically accompanied by the exchange of the tea with the external air and heat. Therefore, the tea should not be completely isolated from the outside, but must be moisture-proof and odor-proof. Traditional tin cans and other materials can prevent damp and prevent the peculiar smell well, but the ability of isolated air is too strong, is unfavorable for tealeaves and external gas and heat exchange to do not do benefit to the purification of tealeaves and the promotion of taste quality. The tea leaf storage piece prepared by the method of the invention has the balance of ventilation and air impermeability, on one hand, the proper ventilation ensures that the tea leaves stored inside are not completely isolated from the external gas and heat exchange, which is beneficial to the alcoholization of the tea leaves, and on the other hand, the tea leaves inside are not too ventilated to prevent the tea leaves from absorbing peculiar smell or moisture and deteriorating. After the tea leaves are stored by adopting the tea leaf storage piece provided by the invention for one year, the tea leaves in the tea leaf storage piece can still keep better quality and taste, and the tea leaf storage piece is superior to the tea leaves stored by adopting the existing modes such as tin cans and the like under the same conditions.

4. The tea leaf holding member of the present invention can be prepared using different types of tea leaves, and thus can be used for storage of different types of tea leaves.

5. The preparation process of the tea preservation piece does not add any chemical substance, and the original essence of the tea is kept; the tea leaf storage part can be split for drinking and can be biodegraded automatically, packaging garbage is not generated, and the tea leaf storage part is green and environment-friendly.
