As shown in fig. 1-6, a metal casting mechatronic device comprises a first base 2, a second base 5, a side-rotating bottom plate 22 and a longitudinal moving table 12, wherein the first base 2 is fixedly installed on the front outer surface of the second base 5, the side-rotating bottom plate 22 is movably installed on the upper portion of the first base 2, the outer surfaces of both sides of the side-rotating bottom plate 22 are respectively provided with a rotating sleeve 21, the side-rotating bottom plate 22 is movably butted with the first base 2 through the rotating sleeve 21, the upper portion of the side-rotating bottom plate 22 is movably installed with a combined clamping seat 20, the outer surface of the lower end of the combined clamping seat 20 is fixedly installed with a steering base 25, the combined clamping seat 20 is movably connected with the side-rotating bottom plate 22 through the steering base 25, the lower portion of the steering base 25 is fixedly installed with a second fluted disc 24, the steering base 25 and the second fluted disc 24 are butted and fixed through a butting rod 35, a fourth motor 33 is fixedly installed, and a second gear cap 34 is movably mounted on the fourth motor 33, a transmission rotating rod 26 is movably mounted at the other side of the bottom of the side rotary bottom plate 22 close to the second gear disc 24, a spiral connecting sleeve 23 is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the transmission rotating rod 26, a first gear disc 1 is fixedly sleeved on one side of the outer surface of the transmission rotating rod 26 close to the spiral connecting sleeve 23, the fourth motor 33 and the transmission rotating rod 26 are in transmission connection through the first gear disc 1 and the second gear cap 34, the butt-joint rotating rod 35 and the transmission rotating rod 26 are in transmission connection through the spiral connecting sleeve 23 and the second gear disc 24, and the longitudinal moving platform 12 is movably mounted on the upper portion of the second base 5.

One side movable mounting of combination cassette 20 has movable clamp plate 40, the upper portion surface movable mounting of combination cassette 20 has two sets of slip clamp splice 37, utilize slip clamp splice 37 can press from both sides tight metal material, prevent it from droing, and the inboard internal surface movable sleeve joint of combination cassette 20 has two sets of screw thread to connect pole 38, all connect through screw thread to connect pole 38 swing joint between movable clamp plate 40, slip clamp splice 37 and the combination cassette 20, the surface of movable clamp plate 40 is close to the upper portion movable mounting of screw thread to connect pole 38 has rotatory cap 39, it is fixed that butt joint passes through the tooth's socket between rotatory cap 39 and the screw thread to connect the pole 38, the one end surface of screw thread to connect the pole 38.

The equal fixed mounting in both sides that the upper end surface of second base 5 is close to longitudinal movement platform 12 has horizontal slide 6, and the inboard fixed mounting of horizontal slide 6 has first slide bar 7, fixed shoulder seat 17 has been cup jointed to the inboard internal surface activity of longitudinal movement platform 12, and the lower extreme external surface fixed mounting of fixed shoulder seat 17 has drive card box 8, through first slide bar 7 swing joint between drive card box 8 and the horizontal slide 6, the upper end external surface fixed mounting of fixed shoulder seat 17 has horizontal rack 11, the side of fixed shoulder seat 17 is equipped with second slide bar 9, second slide bar 9 plays spacing fixed to the removal of fixed shoulder seat 17, prevent that fixed shoulder seat 17 from droing.

The third motor 28 is fixedly installed inside the longitudinal moving platform 12, the longitudinal moving platform 12 and the fixed shoulder seat 17 are connected in a transmission mode through the third motor 28 and the transverse rack 11, the longitudinal moving platform 12 can be driven to move under the action of the third motor 28 through the transverse rack 11, the upper portion of the longitudinal moving platform 12 is fixedly installed with the butt joint bottom plate 13, the second motor 14 is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the butt joint bottom plate 13, and the butt joint bottom plate 13 and the second motor 14 are fixedly butted and connected through the fixed clamping cover 30.

The outer surface movable mounting of the front end of the longitudinal movement platform 12 has a lifting clamping plate 10, and the inboard middle position activity of the lifting clamping plate 10 has been cup jointed with a lifting threaded rod 16, and it is fixed to dock through the screw between lifting clamping plate 10 and the lifting threaded rod 16, and the one end of lifting clamping plate 10 and second motor 14 all is equipped with first tooth cap 15, connects through the transmission of first tooth cap 15 between lifting clamping plate 10 and the second motor 14.

The outer surface of the lower end of the longitudinal moving platform 12 is fixedly provided with a moving base 31, the inner side of the bottom of the moving base 31 is movably provided with four groups of moving balls 29, the middle position of the outer surface of the front end of the lifting clamping plate 10 is fixedly provided with a drilling machine 18, and the moving balls 29 can reduce the friction force when the moving base 31 moves in a rolling mode.

The fixed chuck 32 is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the side edge of the drilling machine 18, the drilling machine 18 is fixedly connected with the lifting clamping plate 10 in a butt joint mode through the fixed chuck 32, the butt joint rod 42 is movably installed at one end of the drilling machine 18, the L-shaped clamping groove 27 is formed in the inner side of the butt joint rod 42, and the drilling machine 18 is fixedly connected with the cutting rod 19 in a butt joint mode through the butt joint rod 42.

The rotating rod is sleeved between the side rotating bottom plate 22 and the rotating sleeve 21, the butt joint clamping rod 41 is fixedly installed in the middle of the outer surface of the lower end of the fixed chuck 32, the inner side of the upper portion of the fixed chuck 32 penetrates through the round groove to be connected with the groove, the first motor 4 is arranged on the side edge of the first base 2, the first base 2 and the first motor 4 are fixedly butted and connected through the fixed side frame 3, and the first motor 4 can drive the side rotating bottom plate 22 to perform side rotating adjustment operation.

The longitudinal moving platform 12 and the moving base 31 are fixed by welding, and two sides of the inner surface of the lifting clamping plate 10, which are close to the lifting threaded rod 16, are provided with limit sleeve rods.

The specific using operation steps of the equipment are as follows:

step one, rotating a rotating clamping cap 39 to enable the rotating clamping cap 39 to drive a threaded connecting rod 38 between a movable clamping plate 40 and a combined clamping seat 20, adjusting the position of the movable clamping plate 40 through the threaded connecting rod 38, clamping a metal material on the combined clamping seat 20, and driving a sliding clamping block 37 to move by rotating a screwing cap 36 through the threaded connecting rod 38 between the sliding clamping block 37 and the combined clamping seat 20 to clamp the metal material on the combined clamping seat 20;

secondly, the first motor 4 utilizes the rotary sleeve 21 to cooperate with the rotary rod to drive the side rotary bottom plate 22 to be obliquely adjusted on the first base 2, and simultaneously utilizes the fourth motor 33 to drive the second gear cap 34 to rotate, so that the second gear cap 34 drives the first gear plate 1, the transmission rotary rod 26 drives the spiral connecting sleeve 23 to rotate, the spiral connecting sleeve 23 drives the second gear plate 24 of the butt-joint rotary rod 35, the steering base 25 on the butt-joint rotary rod 35 is driven to rotate, and the angle of the combined clamping seat 20 on the steering base 25 is adjusted;

and thirdly, driving the fixed shoulder seat 17 to drive the longitudinal moving platform 12 to move by utilizing the driving clamping box 8 to be matched with the first sliding rod 7 of the transverse sliding seat 6, driving the transverse rack 11 on the fixed shoulder seat 17 by utilizing a third motor 28 in the longitudinal moving platform 12 to enable the longitudinal moving platform 12 to move transversely for adjustment, driving the first gear cap 15 by utilizing the second motor 14 to drive the lifting threaded rod 16 to enable the lifting clamping plate 10 to move longitudinally on the longitudinal moving platform 12, and enabling the cutting rod 19 of the drilling machine 18 to be in contact with the metal material on the combined clamping seat 20.

The invention aims to provide a metal casting mechatronic device, which is characterized in that a longitudinal moving platform 12 and a fixed shoulder seat 17 are arranged, when a user uses the metal casting mechatronic device to carry out processing operation, the user can use a driving card box 8 to match with a first slide bar 7 of a transverse slide seat 6 to drive the fixed shoulder seat 17 to drive the longitudinal moving platform 12 to move so as to carry out horizontal position adjustment operation on the longitudinal moving platform 12 in the front-back direction, simultaneously use a third motor 28 in the longitudinal moving platform 12 to drive a transverse rack 11 on the fixed shoulder seat 17 so as to transversely move and adjust the longitudinal moving platform 12, complete horizontal position adjustment operation on the longitudinal moving platform 12 in the left-right direction, use a second motor 14 to drive a first gear cap 15 to drive a lifting threaded rod 16 so as to longitudinally move a lifting clamping plate 10 on the longitudinal moving platform, and match with the horizontal position movement of the longitudinal moving platform 12, the height of the cutting rod 19 of the drilling machine 18 can be fixed at any position, and the cutting rod 19 of the drilling machine 18 can be contacted with the metal material on the combined clamping seat 20 according to the processing requirement, so that the flexibility of the metal casting electromechanical integrated equipment in use is effectively improved, and the metal casting electromechanical integrated equipment has a multi-direction movement adjusting structure;

by arranging the side rotary bottom plate 22 and the steering base 25, when a user needs to adjust the processing angle of the metal material on the combined clamping seat 20, the user can utilize the rotary sleeve 21 through the first motor 4 to cooperate with the rotary rod to drive the side rotary bottom plate 22 to tilt on the first base 2, so as to adjust the tilt angle of the metal material on the combined clamping seat 20, and simultaneously utilize the fourth motor 33 to drive the second gear cap 34 to rotate, so that the second gear cap 34 drives the first gear disc 1, so that the transmission rotary rod 26 drives the screw sleeve 23 to rotate, and utilize the screw sleeve 23 to drive the second gear disc 24 of the butt rotary rod 35, so as to drive the steering base 25 on the butt rotary rod 35 to rotate, so as to adjust the angle of the combined clamping seat 20 on the steering base 25, so as to adjust the self-rotation angle of the metal material on the combined clamping seat 20, and utilize the side rotary bottom plate 22 to cooperate with the steering base 25, so as to perform self, the metal casting mechanical and electrical integration equipment is provided with a rotary auxiliary adjusting structure, so that the use and operation of the equipment are more convenient;

by arranging the combined clamping seat 20, when a user fixes a metal material by using the metal casting mechatronic device, the rotating clamping cap 39 is rotated, the rotating clamping cap 39 drives the threaded connecting rod 38 between the movable clamping plate 40 and the combined clamping seat 20, the position of the movable clamping plate 40 is adjusted by the threaded connecting rod 38, so that the adjusted movable clamping plate 40 can clamp the metal materials with different sizes, meanwhile, the metal materials are clamped on the combined clamping seat 20, the sliding clamping blocks 37 are driven to move by rotating the screwing cap 36 by using the threaded connecting rod 38 between the sliding clamping blocks 37 and the combined clamping seat 20, the metal materials on the combined clamping seat 20 are clamped, the metal materials with different sizes can be fixed by matching the shapes of the metal materials by using the arrangement of the two groups of sliding clamping blocks 37, and the metal materials with different sizes can be clamped and fixed by matching the sliding clamping blocks 37 with the arrangement of the combined clamping seat 20, the application range of the device is improved, and the device is provided with an auxiliary fixing structure;

through the arrangement of the movable base 31 and the movable ball 29, when the longitudinal movable table 12 performs the horizontal position movement adjustment operation, the friction force between the longitudinal movable table 12 and the second base 5 during the movement can be reduced by using the movable ball 29 at the bottom of the movable base 31, so that the movement operation of the longitudinal movable table 12 is smoother, and the stability during the use is improved.
