The universal ball drilling machine tool only needs to be operated by one person, only 6 minutes are needed for drilling five holes in one ball, and the operation of the prior art needs more than 15 minutes; the drilling position of the workpiece is provided with scale indication flexibility and is adjustable, so that the flexible workpiece is suitable for any change of the shape of the product; the sphere is firmly clamped, so that the working safety coefficient is improved; the height of the machine tool sphere center has a small-range adjusting function, and can process spheres within a phi 200-phi 350 range.

The present invention is described in more detail below to facilitate an understanding of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the universal sphere drilling machine of the present invention comprises a drilling machine fixing plate 1, a left sector plate 2, a support base 3, a right sector plate 4, a left arc plate 5, a right arc plate 6, a drilling machine base 27 and a magnetic drill 29, wherein the magnetic drill is removed from a magnetic base and fixed on the upper surface of the drilling machine fixing plate 1 by screws; the left sector plate 2 is fixed at one end of the drilling machine fixing plate 1 and extends downwards along the direction vertical to the drilling machine fixing plate 1; the right sector plate 4 is fixed at the other end of the drill fixing plate 1 and extends downwards along the direction vertical to the drill fixing plate 1; the left sector plate 2 is connected with the left arc-shaped plate 5 through a left rotating shaft 121; the right sector plate 4 is connected with the right arc-shaped plate 6 through a right rotating shaft 12; the left sector plate 2 and the right sector plate 4 can enable the drill fixing plate 1 and the magnetic drill 29 to rotate together by taking the left rotating shaft 121 and the right rotating shaft 12 as central shafts; the left arc-shaped plate 5 and the right arc-shaped plate 6 are vertically fixed on the upper surface of the bracket base 3; the left arc-shaped plate 5 and the right arc-shaped plate 6 are positioned between the left sector-shaped plate 2 and the right sector-shaped plate 4; a three-jaw chuck is arranged between the left arc-shaped plate 5 and the right arc-shaped plate 6 and is arranged on the upper surface of the bracket base 3 through a chuck flange 15; a disc-shaped scale ring 17 is arranged below the chuck flange 15; the three-jaw chuck is rotatable 360 degrees about the vertical axis of the scale ring 17. An outer gasket 9 is arranged between the right handle seat 14 and the right sector plate 4; and an anti-rotation pin 10 is arranged on the right guide post, and the anti-rotation pin 10 is vertical to the central axis of the right guide post and attached to the side surface of the right arc-shaped plate 6.

As shown in fig. 13, the bottom of the three-jaw chuck is also provided with a height adjusting flange 16; the height adjusting flange 16 is used for adjusting the height of the three-jaw chuck; the scale ring 17 is sleeved on the outer circumference of the height adjusting flange 16; an alloy bushing 18 is arranged below the height adjusting flange 16; the alloy bushing 18 is fixed on the upper surface of the bracket base 3 through a bolt, a locking washer 22 and a locking nut 23.

The bottom of the chuck flange 15 penetrates through the support base 3, and the outer peripheral wall of the bottom of the chuck flange 15 is provided with an external thread which is matched with the chuck nut 24; the outer peripheral wall of the chuck nut 24 is welded to the handle root 25 of the handle 26. The drilling machine is started, and the drill rod of the magnetic seat drill 29 is pressed down to drill the hole. The locking handle is then released and the next hole is drilled using the method described above.
