1. A rail repair device has a working vehicle (1); be equipped with elevating gear (16) on work car (1), its characterized in that: the lifting device (16) is connected with the working frame (2);

the inner side of the working frame (2) is provided with a horizontal water knife (5).

2. A rail repair device according to claim 1, wherein:

the inner side of the working frame (2) is also provided with a left water jet cutter (6) which inclines to the right upper part; the right water jet (7) inclines to the left upper side.

the inner side of the working frame (2) is also provided with a left upper water knife (8) which extends downwards; the right upper water jet cutter (9) extends downwards.

Background

Present rail is because train wheel's high-speed operation, extrusion, brake and friction etc. the rail can take place to warp, and the gauge can change, and the change of gauge can make the train produce and rock, need restore the rail at night, uses imported milling cutter manual operation usually, and imported milling cutter price is more expensive, can smoke with rail friction, and the polluted environment produces the spark, has the danger that arouses the conflagration, needs artifical many times to operate repeatedly, and is inefficient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rail repairing device which adopts a water jet technology to repair a rail from multiple angles.

The technical scheme is as follows:

a rail repairing device comprises a working vehicle. The working vehicle is provided with a lifting device.

The technical key points are as follows:

the lifting device is connected with the working frame.

The inner side of the working frame is provided with a horizontal water knife.

The inner side of the working frame is also provided with a left water jet which inclines to the right upper side. The right water jet is inclined to the left upper side.

The inner side of the working frame is also provided with a left upper water knife which extends downwards. The upper right water jet extends downwards.

The advantages are that:

the water jet technology is adopted, the rail is repaired from multiple angles, manual repeated repairing is not needed, repairing is accurate, and working efficiency is high.

The device comprises a working vehicle 1, a working frame 2, a water tank 3, a sand box 4, a horizontal water jet cutter 5, a left water jet cutter 6, a right water jet cutter 7, a left water jet cutter 8, a right water jet cutter 9, a rail 10, a light band surface 11, an upper left inclined surface 12, a left side surface 13, an upper right inclined surface 14, a right side surface 15 and a lifting device 16.

Detailed Description

A rail repairing apparatus has a working vehicle 1. The working vehicle 1 is provided with a water tank 3, a sand box 4 and a jet supply device (the water tank 3, the sand box 4 and the jet supply device are known in the prior art).

The working vehicle 1 is provided with a lifting device 16 connected with a working frame 2, such as a vertical sliding rail, and the working frame 2 is arranged on the sliding rail.

Alternatively, other known lifting devices, such as a scissor lift mechanism, may be used.

The inner side of the working frame 2 is provided with a horizontal water jet 5, a left water jet 6, a right water jet 7, a left water feeding jet 8 and a right water feeding jet 9.

The horizontal water jet 5 is horizontally arranged and used for repairing the upper light belt surface 11 of the rail 10.

The horizontal water jet 5 is located above the left water jet 6.

The left water jet 6 is inclined to the upper right for repairing the upper left inclined surface 12 of the rail 10.

The left upper water jet 8 extends downwardly for repairing the left side 13 of the rail 10.

The right water jet 7 is inclined to the upper left for repairing the upper right inclined surface 14 of the rail 10, which is symmetrical to the upper left inclined surface 12.

The upper right water jet 9 extends downwardly for repairing the right side 15 of the rail 10, symmetrically with the left side 13.

The horizontal water jet cutter 5, the left water jet cutter 6, the right water jet cutter 7, the left upper water jet cutter 8 and the right upper water jet cutter 9 are correspondingly connected with a jet supply device.

When the working vehicle 1 is spanned on the rail 10, the five water jet cutters can repair the shape of five surfaces of the rail 10 by supplying abrasive materials through the jet supply device, so that the labor cost is saved, and the efficiency is higher.
