A threading process of a wet winding motor comprises the following steps:

1) as shown in fig. 1, a machine base iron core 1 is placed on a stator rolling frame 2, slot liner insulation 3 and a wire replacement bar 4 are placed in each slot 8 of the machine base iron core 1, the diameter of the wire replacement bar 4 is 0.15 mm larger than that of a winding wire 6, and the surface is smooth and straight;

2) temporarily filling the vacant part of the notch 9 with the process slot wedge 5, winding the winding wire 6 on 7 wheels of the threading machine, wherein the circumference of the 7 wheels of the threading machine is 3 meters, and the number of turns to be wound on the 7 wheels of the threading machine can be determined according to the length of a single wire;
