Tin belongs to green metal, is harmless to human bodies, has wide application and long history of application, and is one of gold, silver, copper, iron and tin. At present, tin products are cast in modes of manual casting, automatic quantitative casting, disc casting, linear casting and the like, and in the casting process, due to temperature change, unstable liquid level and the like, the tin ingot products are unstable in forming, inconsistent in weight, more in burrs and burrs on the surfaces of the products and the like, and the rejection rate of the products is high.

The heat-preservation feeding device provides stable tin liquid temperature and liquid level for tin product casting, so that the cast tin ingot product is stable in molding and consistent in weight, surface ripples and burrs are reduced, high-quality tin product casting can be ensured, and the product rejection rate is reduced. The heating device can be automatically started and stopped according to the set temperature, and is easy to control. The upper part return port and the bottom return port are arranged, so that the high-temperature tin liquid is safe and efficient to return and discharge, and is easy to clean.

The tin product casting heat preservation feeding device shown in figure 1 comprises a supporting bottom plate 4 built by refractory bricks, a rectangular shell 1 which is arranged on the supporting bottom plate and welded by steel plates, a refractory material layer 2 built on the inner wall of the shell, an electric heating device 3 which is arranged on the refractory material layer of the side wall in a surrounding manner, a pot body 7 which is arranged in the inner cavity of the refractory material layer and the bottom of the pot body is arranged on the supporting bottom plate 4, and a top cover plate 10 which covers the pot body. The upper part of the pot body is provided with a liquid inlet 9 which penetrates through the refractory material layer and the shell to be connected with the tin smelting pot, an upper part return port 5 which penetrates through the refractory material layer and the shell to be connected with the smelting pot, and the bottom surface of the pot body is provided with a bottom return port 6 which penetrates through the refractory material layer and the shell and is provided with a bottom valve 8. When the liquid level in the heat preservation pot is too high, the tin liquid can flow back into the melting pot from the return opening 5, so that the safety is ensured. A thermocouple 11 inserted into the pot body and a tin pump 12 with a pump shaft 12a inserted into the pot body downwards are arranged on the top cover plate 10, and the tin liquid is sent into the linear ingot casting machine from a tin liquid pipe 12b through the tin pump 12. The electric heating device 3 can be a resistance wire or an electric heating plate. The thermocouple and the electric heating device 3 are connected with a temperature control instrument. As shown in figure 2, the pan body 7 is an elliptic cylindrical pan body, and other devices connected with the pan body, such as a tin pump, a thermocouple and the like, can be easily arranged in the longitudinal direction while the occupied area is small.

The electric heating device 3 is started and stopped according to the set tin liquid temperature in the casting process, when the thermocouple detects that the temperature of the tin liquid in the pot body is lower than a lower limit value, temperature information is transmitted to the temperature control instrument, and the temperature control instrument starts the electric heating device to heat the pot body; and if the temperature is higher than the upper limit value, the electric heating device stops, so that the temperature fluctuation of the tin liquid is small, and the liquid level is stable. The tin liquid level in the pot body is too high and can flow back to the melting pot through the backflow port 5 at the upper part; and when cleaning, the bottom valve 8 on the bottom return port 6 is opened for cleaning.

The invention provides stable liquid level and temperature conditions for tin product casting, ensures high-quality tin product casting, and can greatly reduce the product rejection rate. The device has simple and reliable structure, safe and efficient casting and easy cleaning. The invention is suitable for casting various metal products.
