The railway insulation joint fat edge cutting machine further comprises a locking assembly used for fixing the sliding connection seat 21 on the arc-shaped track 11; the arc-shaped track 11 comprises an arc-shaped rack arranged on the connecting bracket, and the locking assembly comprises a toothed block 41, a lever 42 and a pressing button 43; the tooth block 41 is of a ferromagnetic structure, is connected with the sliding connection seat 21 in a sliding manner and is provided with teeth matched with the arc-shaped rack; the middle part of the lever 42 is rotationally connected with the sliding connection seat 21, and one end of the lever is connected with the tooth block 41; the pressing button 43 is provided at the other end of the lever 42.

The axial direction of arc track 11 is equipped with the spout along arc track 11 both sides, and sliding connection seat 21 both sides are equipped with spout complex slider to carry on spacingly to arc track 11 and sliding connection seat 21's sliding connection, guarantee the locking effect of tooth piece 41.

The adjusting bracket further comprises an elastic piece 23 arranged between the sliding connection seat 21 and the cutting mechanism, and the elastic piece 23 is used for providing elastic force for pushing the cutting mechanism to move outwards; the railway insulation joint fat edge cutting machine further comprises a pressing wheel assembly, wherein the pressing wheel assembly is arranged at the outer end of the slide way 22 and used for pushing the cutting mechanism to move inwards along the slide way 22. The elastic member 23 may be a spring assembly, or an elastic block.

The pinch roller assembly comprises an eccentric wheel 51 and a rotating handle 52; the eccentric wheel 51 is rotatably connected with the upper part of the slideway 22, and the edge of the eccentric wheel is used for abutting against the cutting mechanism; the rotating handle 52 is coaxially connected with the eccentric wheel 51 and is used for driving the eccentric wheel 51 to rotate, further extruding the cutting mechanism through the edge of the eccentric wheel 51, and enabling the cutting mechanism to slide to the steel rail 70 along the slideway 22 so as to cut the steel rail 70; the eccentric wheel 51 is matched with the elastic piece 23, so that the cutting mechanism can be conveniently and stably moved, the cutting mechanism is prevented from deflecting, and meanwhile, the cutting mechanism can be conveniently rebounded and reset. If necessary, a speed change mechanism may be provided between the eccentric wheel 51 and the turning handle 52 for more labor-saving operation.

The eccentric wheels 51 are arranged in a plurality of groups in parallel, and the edge of each group of eccentric wheels 51 is abutted against the cutting mechanism, so that the moving stability of the cutting mechanism is further enhanced, and the cutting mechanism is prevented from deflecting; the pinch roller assembly further comprises a rotating shaft 53, and the rotating shaft 53 is fixedly connected with the center of each group of eccentric wheels 51 respectively; the eccentric wheel 51 is rotatably connected with the upper part of the slideway 22 through a rotating shaft 53, and the rotating handle 52 is detachably connected with the rotating shaft 53.

The railway insulation joint fat edge cutting machine also comprises a cooling mechanism for cooling the cutting part; the cooling mechanism comprises a telescopic bracket 61, a water bottle 62, a conduit 63 and a secondary bracket 64; the telescopic bracket 61 has a degree of freedom of axial extension, the lower end of the telescopic bracket is detachably connected with the connecting bracket, specifically, the telescopic bracket 61 can be connected with the connecting body 12 through a thread structure, an inserting structure and other structural forms, and the upper end of the telescopic bracket 61 extends upwards; the water bottle 62 is hung at the upper end of the telescopic bracket 61 and is used for containing cooling liquid; one end of the auxiliary bracket 64 is connected with the telescopic bracket 61 or the connecting bracket, and the other end extends to the cutting part; one end of the conduit 63 is connected to the water bottle 62, and the other end is connected to the other end of the sub-mount 64, for spraying the coolant to the cutting site.

The cutting mechanism comprises a shell 31, a power assembly, a power supply assembly, a transmission shaft 32, a saw blade 33 and a protective cover 34; the housing 31 is connected with the adjusting bracket, and specifically can be in sliding fit with the slideway 22; the power assembly is arranged in the shell 31 and used for providing power; the power supply assembly is arranged in the shell 31, is electrically connected with the power assembly and is used for supplying power to the power assembly; one end of the transmission shaft 32 is connected with the power output end of the power assembly, and the other end extends to the outside of the casing 31; the saw blade 33 is connected with the other end of the transmission shaft 32 and is driven by the power assembly to rotate so as to cut the fat edge of the steel rail 70; the protective cover 34 is arranged on the periphery of the saw blade 33 and connected with the shell 31 to prevent the saw blade from flying after cracking and hurting people, and prevent the cooling liquid from splashing to influence the operation; a conduit 63 extends into the interior of the guard 34 for spraying a cooling fluid onto the saw blade 33.

The power module may be a lithium battery, the power module may be a motor, the saw blade 33 may be an alloy saw blade or a thin grinding wheel saw blade to perform cutting more precisely, and the saw blade 33 may be disposed perpendicular to the axis of the housing 31 to reduce transmission loss.
