Background

Due to the harsh geological conditions in the individual regions, there is often a shock pressure present. The common upright post for the hydraulic support can bear certain mine pressure impact, but the common upright post is difficult to normally use in areas with large mine pressure. At present, research on the buffering and energy-absorbing upright columns is started in China, wherein the technical cost is high and the production difficulty is high; or the energy absorption device only has a disposable buffering energy absorption function, and the replacement cost in the later period is high or even the energy absorption device cannot be replaced.

At present, the commonly used shear groove type energy absorption buffering upright post for the hydraulic support is as shown in fig. 1, although the energy absorption buffering upright post can be played in the using process, when the mine pressure impact is serious, the upright post is protected, but the energy absorption buffering structure is disposable, and after the spiral groove of the inner wall of the cylinder pipe 2 is sheared and broken by the upright post gland 3, the gland of the upright post can be clamped with the inner wall of the cylinder pipe, so that the upright post cannot be disassembled.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
