Wherein the third driving unit 333 includes:

a slider 3331, the slider 3331 being connected to the swing arm 332 via a connecting arm 3333;

the third driver 3332 and the third driver 3332 drive the sliding block 3331 to perform a linear reciprocating motion, so that the sliding block 3331 drives the swinging shaft 331 to rotate through the connecting arm 3333 and the swinging arm 332. As is well known, the film sticking position of the automobile handrail framework is inclined, so that when the film sticking is needed, the positioning fixture 32 is controlled to rotate through the mechanism, the film sticking position of the automobile handrail framework is horizontal, the film sticking is convenient, and the film sticking is smoother. The third driver 3332 may be a pneumatic cylinder.

Referring to fig. 10, the armrest fixing mechanism 3 further includes a turnover device 34 for turning the housing 31 by 180 °, which includes: a connecting shaft 341 symmetrically disposed at two ends of the housing 31, a bearing 342 sleeved on the connecting shaft 341, a supporting seat 344 fixedly connected to the frame 1 for supporting the bearing 342, and a fourth driving unit 343; the fourth driving unit 343 is disposed at one side of the housing 31 and connected to the connecting shaft 341 at the same side. Through the mechanism, the handrail fixing mechanism 3 overturns the automobile handrail framework pasted with the film for 180 degrees through the overturning device 34, the clamping device loosens to enable the automobile handrail framework to automatically fall on the inclined conveying mechanism 6, automatic material taking is achieved, and material taking is quicker.

Referring to fig. 11 to 12, the film attaching mechanism 4 in the apparatus includes:

a second fixing plate 41 slidably provided on the first driving unit 5;

a fifth driving unit 42 provided on the second fixing plate 41, a driving end of the fifth driving unit 42 penetrating the first fixing plate 21 and connected to the lifting plate 43; and

the pick-and-place membrane assembly 44,

the taking and placing membrane assembly 44 is connected to the lifting plate 43, and the fifth driving unit 42 drives the lifting plate 43 and the taking and placing membrane assembly 44 to synchronously perform lifting movement. The fifth driving unit 42 may be an air cylinder.

Further, the pick-and-place membrane assembly 44 includes:

a suction plate 441 provided below the lift plate 43;

at least one suction pipe 443 disposed on the suction plate 441, wherein the suction pipe 443 penetrates the lifting plate 43 and is connected with the fan; and

the suction plate mounting base 442 is provided with a suction plate,

wherein, suction plate mount 442 and suction plate 441 are fixedly connected, and suction plate mount 442 is connected with lifter plate 43 through coupling assembling, makes lifter plate 43 drive suction plate mount 442 and suction plate 441 synchronous motion. The suction plate 441 is matched with the sticking film in shape, and a plurality of suction pipes 443 are uniformly arranged on the suction plate 441, so that the sticking film can be uniformly and flatly attached to the suction plate 441 by the suction plate 441 under the action of a fan.

Further, the connection assembly includes a first guide post 445 disposed on the suction plate mounting seat 442 and a guide plate 444 disposed above the lifting plate 43, wherein the first guide post 445 and the suction pipe 443 both penetrate the lifting plate 43 and the guide plate 444, and an elastic member 446 is sleeved on the guide post between the lifting plate 43 and the guide plate 444. The top end of the first guide pillar 445 is provided with a limiting block, so that the suction plate 441 and the lifting plate 43 can move synchronously, and the suction plate 441 is ensured to be stable and cannot shake.

Still further, a guide sleeve 45 is arranged on the second fixing plate 41, a second guide pillar 46 is slidably arranged in the guide sleeve 45, a limiting plate 47 is arranged at the upper end of the second guide pillar 46, and the lower end of the second guide pillar is fixedly connected with the lifting plate 43.

As is well known, the automobile handrail frameworks comprise a left station and a right station, so that the stations in the equipment comprise two mirror-image stations, namely, the left automobile handrail framework and the right automobile handrail framework can be simultaneously pasted with films.

The working process of the equipment is as follows: the control device is a PLC, and the control device is connected with the first driving unit 5, the second driving unit 26, the sensor, the fan, the clamping device, the third driver 3332, the fourth driving unit 343, and the fifth driving unit 42 in a control manner; the reel-shaped film is placed on the film re-placing mechanism 2, and the control device controls the second driving unit 26 to rotate, so that the reel-shaped film is pulled out and then is flattened on the platform plate 23; the control device controls the first driving unit 5 to move, and the film sticking mechanism 4 is driven to move to a corresponding position and then stops moving; the control device controls the fifth driving unit 42 to move, so that the film placing assembly descends and contacts with the film on the platform plate 23, and then the fan is started, so that the suction plate 441 generates vacuum to suck the film on the suction plate 441; after controlling the fifth driving unit 42 to return to the initial state, controlling the first driving unit 5 to move to the corresponding position of the handrail fixing mechanism 3; controlling the fifth driving unit 42 to descend and enabling the film to be in contact with the automobile handrail framework; starting a fan and spraying gas outwards through the suction plate 441 to enable the film to be uniformly fixed, and then finishing film pasting on the automobile handrail framework; simultaneously starting the fifth driving unit 42 and the fourth driving unit 343, wherein the fifth driving unit 42 enables the film sticking assembly to be restored to the initial state, and the fourth driving unit 343 turns the handrail fixing mechanism 3 by 180 degrees and controls the clamping device to be loosened, so that the automobile handrail framework which is subjected to film sticking falls on the inclined conveying mechanism 6; after the operation is finished, the control device controls the first driving unit 5 to move the film sticking mechanism 4 to the film placing mechanism 2, controls the fourth driving unit 343 to turn the handrail fixing mechanism 3 for 180 degrees to recover to the initial state, and controls the third driver 3332 to move, so that the positioning clamp 32 is in a horizontal state, and the manipulator can conveniently place the automobile handrail framework in; the third driver 3332 is controlled to be restored to the initial state after the insertion.

While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the applications listed in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in all kinds of fields of application of the invention, and further modifications may readily be effected by those skilled in the art, so that the invention is not limited to the specific details without departing from the general concept defined by the claims and the scope of equivalents.
