Background

The lubricating oil pump is a core component of a mechanical lubricating system, and has the function of enabling lubricating oil to continuously circulate in the lubricating system so as to lubricate and cool parts such as gears, bearings and the like in a mechanical transmission system. In order to ensure that the pressure of the lubricating oil output by the lubricating oil pump is kept stable, a pressure regulating valve is often arranged at the outlet of the lubricating oil pump, and when the pressure of the outlet of the lubricating oil pump exceeds a limit value, the pressure regulating valve is opened and overflows to achieve the purpose of pressure relief, so that the safety of a lubricating system is ensured. The main problem existing in the traditional structure of the pressure regulating valve of the aviation lubricating oil pump is that when the lubricating oil contains small metal particles, the small metal particles easily enter a fit clearance between the valve head 2 and the valve body 3, so that clamping stagnation faults occur. The flexibility and the reliability of the work of the pressure regulating valve are reduced, and the problem of pressure fluctuation of a lubricating system is easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a valve head structure of a lubricating oil pressure regulating valve, which reduces the probability of clamping failure of the pressure regulating valve.
