The top of the second outer cover 9 is provided with an avoiding gap 29 for smearing the sliding of the assembly 13, each first sliding table 12 is provided with a first sliding strip 30, each group of smearing assemblies 13 comprises a rolling brush 31 and a bearing plate 32, each bearing plate 32 is vertically arranged at the bottom of one first sliding strip 30, the top of each bearing plate 32 is fixedly connected with the bottom of one first sliding strip 30, a sliding block 33 is integrally formed on two side walls of the top of each bearing plate 32, a sliding groove 34 for the sliding of the first sliding strip 30 is arranged inside the avoiding gap 29, after the first step of the sliding groove oiling work is finished, the conveyor 3 drives the conveying to the inside of the second outer cover 9, when the conveying is carried to the inside of the second outer cover 9, the first sliding strips 30 on the two first sliding tables 12 drive the bearing plates 32 fixedly connected with the first sliding strips to slide towards one end close to the first outer cover 8, therefore, the rolling brush 31 on the bearing plate 32 is driven to slide towards one end close to the first outer cover 8, so that the lubricating oil in the sliding groove is uniformly coated, the avoiding notch 29 has an avoiding effect and provides a sliding space for the bearing plate 32 when the bearing plate slides, and the sliding block 33 is matched with the sliding groove 34, so that the bearing plate 32 is supported, the bearing plate 32 is prevented from being suspended, and meanwhile, the limiting effect is achieved, so that the bearing plate 32 is prevented from being inclined when sliding, and the coating effect is further influenced.

The feeding mechanism comprises two groups of symmetrically arranged clamping components 35, a material discharging frame 36 and second sliding tables 37, wherein each group of the material discharging frames 36 are symmetrically arranged at the top of the base 1, each group of the second sliding tables 37 is horizontally arranged beside and parallel to each group of the material discharging frames 36, each group of the clamping components 35 is horizontally arranged above one second sliding table 37 through one electric push rod 38, each group of the second sliding tables 37 is provided with one second sliding strip 39, the bottom of each electric push rod 38 is fixedly connected with the top of one second sliding strip 39, the top of each electric push rod 38 is fixedly connected with one end of the clamping components 35 through a supporting plate 40, each group of the material discharging frames 36 is provided with a groove 41 capable of being lapped with an automobile seat sliding rail, when the oil coating work of a sliding groove on the automobile seat sliding rail is carried out, firstly, a plurality of automobile seat sliding rails are manually and sequentially placed at the groove 41 of the material discharging frames 36, then the clamping jaw 46 clamps the automobile seat slide rail placed on the discharging frame 36, the second sliding table 37 is driven by the electric push rod 38 to slide towards one end close to the conveyor 3, then the clamping jaw 46 is loosened and placed on the conveyor 3, the electric push rod 38 is designed to meet the clamping requirements of the automobile seat slide rail at different heights, so that the discharging frame 36 can place more automobile seat slide rails, and the supporting plate 40 plays a role of supporting the clamping assembly 35.

Each group of clamping components 35 comprises a third cylinder 42 and a bearing cover 43, the third cylinder 42 is horizontally arranged at the top of the supporting plate 40, the output end of the third cylinder 42 is fixedly connected with a rack 44, the bearing cover 43 is sleeved on the rack 44, a through hole for the rack 44 to pass through is arranged on the bearing cover 43, two rotatable gears 45 are arranged in the bearing cover 43, the two gears 45 are meshed with the rack 44, one end of each gear 45 is fixedly connected with a clamping jaw 46, the third cylinder 42 is electrically connected with a fourth switch button 7, a limiting sleeve is sleeved on the output end of the third switch button 6, the bottom of the limiting sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom of the supporting plate 40, the device is designed to spray lubricating oil on a sliding groove on a sliding rail of an automobile seat, the lubricating oil has many benefits, and when the lubricating oil is applied to the sliding groove on the sliding rail of the automobile seat, the fourth switch button 7 is started, so that the output end of the third air cylinder 42 is controlled to extend out towards one end close to the discharging frame 36, the rack 44 fixedly connected with the output end of the third air cylinder is driven to extend out towards one end close to the discharging frame 36, and then the two gears 45 meshed and connected with the rack 44 are driven to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise inside the bearing cover 43, so that the distance between the clamping jaws 46 on the two gears 45 is driven to be reduced, and finally the two ends of the automobile seat sliding rail are clamped.

Conveyer 3 keeps away from the one end laminating of feed mechanism and is provided with a pay-off slide 47, and when the inside fat liquoring work of spout on the car seat slide finished, the car seat slide was discharged by discharge gate 49 on the second dustcoat 9 lateral wall, discharges through pay-off slide 47 again.

And a feeding port 48 and a discharging port 49 are formed in two side walls of the first outer cover 8 and the second outer cover 9, and the automobile seat slide rail enters from the feeding port 48 and is discharged from the discharging port 49.

The top of the first outer cover 8 and the second outer cover 9 are both provided with a cover plate 50 through bolts, and the cover plate 50 is designed on the top of the first outer cover 8 and the second outer cover 9 in consideration of the installation and maintenance problems of the oil injection mechanism and the coating mechanism, so that the oil injection mechanism, the coating mechanism, the maintenance of the oil injection structure and the coating mechanism can be realized only by assembling and disassembling the bolts.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the design of the device aims at coating oil on the sliding grooves on the sliding rails of the automobile seats, the oil coating work is roughly divided into two important processes, namely oil spraying and uniform coating, when the oil coating work is carried out on the sliding grooves, firstly, a plurality of sliding rails of the automobile seats are sequentially placed at the groove 41 on the material discharging frame 36 through manpower, then, the fourth switch button 7 is started, so that the output end of the third air cylinder 42 is controlled to extend towards one end close to the material discharging frame 36, the rack 44 fixedly connected with the output end of the rack is driven to extend towards one end close to the material discharging frame 36, and then, the two gears 45 meshed and connected with the rack 44 are driven to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise in the bearing cover 43, so that the distance between the clamping jaws 46 on the two gears 45 is driven to be reduced, finally, the two ends of the sliding rails of the automobile seats are clamped, after the clamping jaws 46 on the two sides of the material discharging frame 36 clamp the two ends of the sliding rails of the automobile seats, the second sliding table, then the clamping jaws 46 are loosened and put on the conveyor 3, the electric push rod 38 is designed to meet the clamping requirements of different heights of the automobile seat slide rails, so that the material putting frame 36 can put more automobile seat slide rails, the support plate 40 plays a role of supporting the clamping assembly 35, when the conveyor 3 conveys the automobile seat slide rails to the inside of the first outer cover 8 from the material inlet 48 on the side wall of the first outer cover 8, the first switch button 4 is started, the output end of the first air cylinder 17 is controlled to extend towards one end close to the first outer cover 8, so that the extrusion plate 15 is driven to push towards one end close to the first outer cover 8, the lubricating oil in the oil storage tank 16 is extruded and conveyed to the inside of the spray gun 25 from the communicating pipe 28, the support frame 18 plays a role of supporting the extrusion assembly 10, after the lubricating oil is extruded to the inside of the spray gun 25, the third switch button 6 is started, the output end of the second flag pole is controlled to extend towards one end far away from the top of the first outer cover, thereby driving the pushing plate 20 to push towards the end far away from the top of the first housing 8, and further driving a plurality of piston rods 26 fixedly connected with the pushing plate to extend towards the end far away from the top of the first housing 8, because the piston rods 26 are arranged inside the spray gun 25, the spray gun 25 is fixedly arranged on the vertical fixing plate 24, and in addition, the top of the vertical fixing plate 24 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first housing 8, so that the spray gun 25 is fixed, when the piston rods 26 extend towards the end far away from the top of the first housing 8, the lubricating oil inside the spray gun 25 can be extruded towards the end close to the bottom of the first housing 8 and sprayed into the chute on the slide rail of the automobile seat through the spray holes 27, the guide rod 22 plays a role of guiding and limiting the pushing plate 20, so as to prevent the tilting of the pushing plate from influencing the oil spraying effect, the bearing plays a role of reducing the friction force when the guide rod 22 moves, when the lubricating, the second switch button 5 is started, the electric valve 19 is opened, lubricating oil is filled into the oil storage tank 16, then the second switch button 5 is closed, the electric valve 19 is closed, the lubricating oil is prevented from overflowing, after the first step of the chute oiling work is finished, the conveyor 3 drives the sliding blocks to convey the lubricating oil to the inside of the second outer cover 9, when the sliding blocks are conveyed to the inside of the second outer cover 9, the first sliding strips 30 on the two first sliding tables 12 drive the bearing plate 32 fixedly connected with the sliding blocks to slide towards one end close to the first outer cover 8, so that the rolling brushes 31 on the bearing plate 32 are driven to slide towards one end close to the first outer cover 8, the lubricating oil in the sliding chutes is coated evenly, the avoidance gaps 29 play a role in avoiding, a sliding space is provided for the bearing plate 32 when the bearing plate 32 slides, the sliding blocks 33 and the sliding grooves 34 are matched to provide a supporting role for the bearing plate 32, prevent the bearing plate 32 from being suspended, and play, the bearing plate 32 is prevented from being inclined when sliding, so that the coating effect is influenced, when the coating process is finished, namely the whole oil coating work in the sliding groove on the automobile seat sliding rail is finished, the automobile seat sliding rail is discharged from a discharge hole 49 on the side wall of the second outer cover 9 and then is discharged through a feeding slideway 47. Considering the installation and maintenance problems of the oil spraying mechanism and the coating mechanism, the cover plate 50 is designed on the top of the first outer cover 8 and the second outer cover 9, and the installation of the oil spraying mechanism and the coating mechanism, the maintenance of the oil spraying mechanism and the coating mechanism, and the bolt assembly and disassembly are only needed.
