Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a pre-washing control method for a washing machine (e.g., a pulsator washing machine) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a pre-washing control method for a washing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes: judging whether a prewash instruction is received; under the condition of receiving the pre-washing instruction, judging whether a door cover of the washing machine is opened or not; performing a pre-washing water-in operation in a case that a door of the washing machine is opened; and judging whether a door of the washing machine is closed, and stopping the pre-washing water-inlet operation in case that the door of the washing machine is closed.

Through the scheme, when a user thinks that stubborn stains on certain parts of clothes are difficult to clean in a washing program of a common washing machine and can be cleaned by a manual scrubbing method, the user can input a prewashing instruction (for example, a prewashing key can be arranged on the washing machine and used for inputting the prewashing instruction by operating the prewashing key) and open a door cover of the washing machine, the washing machine can execute a prewashing water inlet operation, and the user can execute the prewashing of the clothes by the prewashing water inlet (for example, the user can manually smear laundry detergent on certain specific parts of the clothes and manually scrub the water sprayed by the prewashing water inlet operation), so that the prewashing can be realized and the user requirements can be met.

The pre-wash intake operation may be performed by a dedicated pre-wash intake. For example, a pre-washing water inlet may be separately provided on the washing machine, and the pre-washing water inlet may be provided to allow a user to easily perform manual washing of the laundry by means of water supplied from the pre-washing water inlet, for example, the user may maintain a comfortable posture (e.g., standing posture) to perform manual washing of the laundry by means of water supplied from the pre-washing water inlet. Of course, the pre-wash water inlet operation may also be performed by means of the original water inlet of the washing machine.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a pre-washing control method for a washing machine according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a pre-washing control method for a washing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes: judging whether a door cover of the washing machine is opened or not; judging whether a prewashing instruction is received or not under the condition that a door cover of the washing machine is opened; executing a pre-washing water inlet operation under the condition of receiving the pre-washing instruction; and judging whether a door of the washing machine is closed, and stopping the pre-washing water-inlet operation in case that the door of the washing machine is closed.

The difference between the pre-washing control method shown in fig. 2 and the pre-washing control method shown in fig. 1 is that it is determined whether the door of the washing machine is opened and then determined whether a pre-washing command is received, and the difference may cause the operation sequence of the user to be different. For example, in the pre-wash control method shown in fig. 2, the user needs to open the door first and then input the pre-wash command.

The pre-washing control methods shown in fig. 1 and 2 described above may be performed before the washing operation, during the washing operation, and during the rinsing operation to be suitable for the user's needs, respectively. For example, the user may want to pre-wash the laundry before the washing operation is performed by the washing machine, or the user may want to pre-wash the laundry according to the washing condition of the laundry during the washing operation (e.g., if the user finds that the washing operation of the washing machine may not wash a specific part of the laundry), or the user may want to pre-wash the laundry according to the washing condition of the laundry during the rinsing operation after the washing operation is finished (e.g., if the user finds that the washing operation of the washing machine does not wash a specific part of the laundry).

In addition, when the pre-wash control method shown in fig. 1 and 2 is executed, the main wash program (for example, the main wash program may include a complete set of wash programs including weighing, water feeding, washing, rinsing, dewatering, drying, etc.) may be suspended and resumed after the execution of the pre-wash control method is finished, or the main wash program may be always run during the execution of the pre-wash control method, and the execution of the pre-wash control method does not affect the execution of the main wash program.

The pre-washing control method described above with respect to fig. 1 and 2 may be performed before a washing operation, during the washing operation, and during a rinsing operation, respectively, as will be described below with reference to fig. 3 to 8.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method of performing a pre-wash control prior to a washing operation according to an embodiment. Fig. 3 illustrates a logic and control method for implementing a pre-wash function prior to washing, which determines whether a pre-wash command is received before a washing operation is performed. If no prewash instruction is received, the main washing program continues to run. And if the pre-washing command is received, controlling the washing machine to stop acting (or continuously running the main washing program). After receiving a door cover opening instruction, pre-washing water, and performing pre-washing operation by a user. And after the prewashing is finished, judging whether a door closure closing instruction is received, if not, continuing prewashing water inflow, and if the door closure closing instruction is received, stopping prewashing water inflow and continuing running of the main washing program.

The embodiment shown in fig. 3 can realize automatic control of pre-washing water inlet before washing operation by combining the pre-washing function instruction and combining the opening and closing condition of the door cover, thereby meeting the pre-washing requirements of users.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a pre-wash control method performed before a washing operation according to another embodiment. Fig. 4 shows a logic and control method that can implement a pre-wash function before washing, which can determine whether the door is opened before a washing operation is performed. If the door is not opened, the main washing process continues. If the door is opened, the washing machine is controlled to stop (or continue to run the main washing program). And then judging whether a prewash instruction is received. And if a prewashing instruction is received, prewashing water, and carrying out prewashing operation by a user. And after the prewashing is finished, judging whether a door closure closing instruction is received, if not, continuing prewashing water inlet, and if receiving the door closure closing instruction, stopping prewashing water inlet and executing a washing program.

The embodiment shown in fig. 4 is based on the door cover opening and closing as the prewashing instruction, and can realize the automatic control of the prewashing water inlet before the washing operation by combining the prewashing function instruction and the door cover opening and closing condition, thereby meeting the prewashing requirement of the user.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method of performing a pre-wash control during a washing operation according to an embodiment. Fig. 5 illustrates a logic and control method for implementing a pre-wash function during a wash operation, which determines whether a pre-wash command is received during the wash operation. If no prewash instruction is received, the washing operation is continued. If the pre-wash instruction is received, the washing is terminated (or the washing program in the main washing program is continuously operated). After receiving a door cover opening instruction, pre-washing water, and performing pre-washing operation by a user. And after the prewashing is finished, judging whether a door closure closing instruction is received, if not, continuing prewashing water inlet, and if receiving the door closure closing instruction, stopping prewashing water inlet and continuing washing operation.

The embodiment shown in fig. 5 can realize automatic control of pre-washing water inlet in the washing operation process by combining the pre-washing function instruction and combining the opening and closing conditions of the door cover, thereby meeting the pre-washing requirements of users.

Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method of performing a pre-wash control in a washing operation according to another embodiment. Fig. 6 shows a logic and control method that can implement a pre-wash function in a washing operation, which can determine whether the door is opened or not while the washing operation is being performed.

On the basis that the door cover is opened and closed as the prewashing instruction, the embodiment shown in the figure 6 can realize the automatic control of prewashing water inlet in the washing operation process by combining the prewashing function instruction and the opening and closing condition of the door cover, thereby meeting the prewashing requirement of a user.

Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a pre-wash control method during a rinsing operation according to an embodiment. Fig. 7 shows a logic and control method for implementing a pre-wash function during a rinsing operation, which determines whether a pre-wash command is received during the rinsing operation. And if the prewash instruction is not received, the rinsing is continued to run. If the pre-wash command is received, the rinsing is terminated (or the washing program in the main washing program is continuously operated). After receiving a door cover opening instruction, pre-washing water, and performing pre-washing operation by a user. And after the prewashing is finished, judging whether a door closure closing instruction is received, if not, continuing prewashing water inflow, and if receiving the door closure closing instruction, stopping prewashing water inflow and continuing rinsing operation.

The embodiment shown in fig. 7 can realize automatic control of pre-washing water inlet in the rinsing operation process by combining the pre-washing function instruction and combining the opening and closing conditions of the door cover, thereby meeting the pre-washing requirements of users.

Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a pre-wash control method in a rinsing operation according to another embodiment. Fig. 8 shows a logic and control method that can implement a pre-wash function in a rinsing operation, which can determine whether the door is opened or not during the rinsing operation being performed. If the door is not opened, the main washing process continues. If the door is opened, the washing machine is controlled to stop (or continue to run the main washing program). And then judging whether a prewash instruction is received. And if a prewashing instruction is received, prewashing water, and carrying out prewashing operation by a user. And after the prewashing is finished, judging whether a door closure closing instruction is received, if not, continuing prewashing water inlet, and if receiving the door closure closing instruction, stopping prewashing water inlet and executing a rinsing program.

On the basis that the embodiment shown in fig. 8 uses the opening and closing of the door cover as the prewashing instruction, the automatic control of the prewashing water inlet in the rinsing operation process can be realized by combining the prewashing function instruction and the opening and closing condition of the door cover, so that the prewashing requirement of a user is met.
