5. Motor vehicle tyre with low rolling resistance noise according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom tread layer (13) is made of a third rubber compound with very high viscosity, with a radial thickness setting in the range of 0.1mm to 15 mm.

The invention relates to the technical field of tire equipment, in particular to an electric automobile tire with low rolling resistance noise.

Background

Generally, a tire comprises: a tread cap comprising a tread rubber layer and a tread cap reinforcement. The crown reinforcement is covered by steel wires and nylon fibers along the circumferential direction of the tire; two sidewalls extending radially outward from the bead to a crown; two beads intended to come into contact with a mounting rim for fixing the tyre to the rim; at least one carcass reinforcement is anchored to each bead, usually by winding around a reinforcing structure of a circumferential steel wire.

With the increasing exhaustion of petroleum energy, the automobile industry is more and more developing towards the aspect of new energy electric automobiles. The limitation of the battery technology of the electric automobile often cannot provide higher endurance mileage. In order to ensure the high mileage of a vehicle, the tire which is the only tire of the whole vehicle and is in contact with the ground needs to have the performance requirement of low rolling resistance, and the electric vehicle instantly reaches the maximum torque when being started, so that the used tire needs higher ground holding force, but the performance of the existing tire cannot meet the requirement.

In view of the above problems, a low rolling resistance noise electric vehicle tire is now provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electric vehicle tire with low rolling resistance noise to solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a low rolling resistance noise electric vehicle tyre comprises a tyre body and a tyre crown reinforcing member, wherein the tyre body comprises a main tyre surface layer, a secondary tyre surface layer and a bottom tyre surface layer;

two beads in contact with the mounting rim for securing the tire to the rim;

the tire shoulder extends outwards from the tire bead to the tire crown in the radial direction, and when the tire shoulders are distributed at each pitch in the circumferential direction, a multi-level variable-pitch arrangement mode is adopted, wherein the arrangement mode comprises two middle pattern block parts II and a tire shoulder part I positioned between the two middle pattern block parts II;

the tire tread is circumferentially covered by a rubber layer stretching across the whole axial width of the crown reinforcement and is composed of multiple layers of composite rubber materials in the radial direction, tread patterns are arranged on the tire tread and are composed of a plurality of longitudinal grooves and a plurality of transverse grooves, the tire tread is cut into a plurality of pattern blocks by the longitudinal grooves and the transverse grooves, and a plurality of narrow grooves used for breaking water films to enhance the grip force of the tire are distributed on the circumferential surface of each pattern block.

As a further scheme of the invention: the radial depth of the groove is not more than 1 mm.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the main tread layer is made of a first rubber compound having tan no less than 1.0 at 0 ℃ and has a radial thickness setting in the range of 0.1mm to 15 mm.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the sub tread layer is made of a second rubber compound having tan of not more than 0.1 at 60 ℃, and its radial thickness setting value is in the range of 0.1mm to 15 mm.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the bottom tread layer is made of a third rubber compound of extremely strong viscosity, with a set value of radial thickness in the range of 0.1mm to 15 mm.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the tire shoulder part I adopts an arrangement mode that the total pitch number is not less than sixty and the pitch type is not less than three, and the middle pattern block part II adopts an arrangement mode that the total pitch number is not less than forty and the pitch type is not less than three.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the total number of the tire shoulder parts I is sixty-four pitches, the types of the pitches are four, the total number of the pitches of the middle pattern block parts II is forty-five, and the types of the pitches are three.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the tire tread is distributed at each pitch in the circumferential direction, a multi-level variable pitch arrangement mode is adopted, and the low-noise characteristic of the tire is realized through simulation optimization analysis; the tread is divided into a plurality of pattern blocks by the longitudinal grooves and the transverse grooves, and a plurality of narrow grooves are distributed on the circumferential surface of each pattern block and used for breaking a water film and improving the grip of the tire.
