9. A process for the preparation of a silicone-11 gel elastomer according to any one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: mixing the preparation raw materials according to the formula amount, and shearing by a shearing machine to obtain the composite material.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of organic silicon elastomers, and particularly relates to a polysiloxane-11 gel elastomer and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Silicone elastomer gels are typically prepared by dispersing a cross-linked, high molecular weight silicone powder into a small molecule carrier fluid. The natural plant extract is used as a common raw material in high-grade cosmetics, has hunting application range in hair washing, hair care, skin care and color cosmetics, and has large market demand. Many of these silicone elastomers, however, have limited compatibility with various personal care ingredients, personal care actives and healthcare actives. Meanwhile, the high-viscosity silicone elastomer gel has the defects of difficult ventilation, poor permeability and the like when being applied to the field of cosmetics.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, a silicone-11 gel elastomer comprising the following preparation raw materials: low viscosity dimethyl silicone oil, vinyl-terminated polysiloxane, catalyst; the mass ratio of the low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil to the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane is (2-4): 1.

as a preferable technical solution, the mass ratio of the low viscosity dimethylsilicone oil to the vinyl terminated polysiloxane is 3: 1.

as a preferable technical scheme, the viscosity of the low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil at 25 ℃ is 1-10 mPa.s.

As a preferred technical scheme, the low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil has the viscosity of 1-5 mPa.s at 25 ℃.

As a preferred embodiment, the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane has a viscosity of 50 to 150 mPas at 25 ℃.

Has the advantages that: the gel elastomer of polysiloxane-11 of the present invention is obtained by dispersing a cross-linked polysiloxane-11 obtained by cross-linking a low-viscosity high-content vinyl-terminated polysiloxane in a low-viscosity dimethylsilicone oil. The low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil disclosed by the invention is non-volatile, does not contain D5, is milder, low in irritation, lighter and thinner in formed film, breathable, better in repairing effect on skin and more environment-friendly; the cross-linked polysiloxane-11 formed by cross-linking the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane with low viscosity and high content has the advantages of low viscosity, high content, more complete and uniform cross-linking, low molecular weight, easier dispersion of the polysiloxane-11 in low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil, more uniform spherical silicon gel particles and fine grain filling effect. Meanwhile, the catalyst used in the invention has low content, no residue after reaction and safer use. The polysiloxane-11 gel elastomer can be suitable for moisturizing and repairing eyes and sensitive skin, has high moisturizing and oil control effects if being used for high-grade eye essence and color cosmetic products, is easier to spread, has good skin adhesion, and can quickly and durably cover fine lines and pores.

The low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil is named low-polymerization dimethyl siloxane and is transparent, tasteless, non-sticky and non-irritant transparent liquid. Can be used as basic oil phase component or temporary carrier of active substance, and has improved spreadability and easy application. It also acts as a low viscosity silicone which further reduces the slimy feel of the formulation and also reduces surface tension, aids spreading and promotes uniform dispersion of the solid pigment.

In a preferred embodiment, the low viscosity dimethylsilicone fluid has a viscosity of 1 to 10mPa · s at 25 ℃.

In a more preferred embodiment, the low viscosity dimethylsilicone fluid has a viscosity of 1 to 5mPa · s at 25 ℃.

The low viscosity dimethicone was purchased from Dow Corning.

Vinyl terminated polysiloxanes

When the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane provided by the invention is subjected to crosslinking reaction, two ends of the polysiloxane can be anchored to form crosslinking points, and a polymer midchain link has chain motion property.

In a preferred embodiment, the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane has a viscosity of from 50 to 150mPa · s at 25 ℃.

In a more preferred embodiment, the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane has a viscosity of 50 to 100mPa · s at 25 ℃; more preferably, the vinyl-terminated polysiloxane has a viscosity of 50 mPas at 25 ℃.

The vinyl-terminated polysiloxane was purchased from dow corning corporation.

Catalyst and process for preparing same

In one embodiment, the catalyst is selected from any one of a platinum group catalyst, an acid catalyst, a basic catalyst.

In a preferred embodiment, the catalyst is a platinum group catalyst.

In a preferred embodiment, the catalyst content is less than 10 ppm.

In a preferred embodiment, the platinum group catalyst is selected from one or more of the group consisting of Pt-56150D, Pt-56100D, Pt-56701D of UMICORE noble metals chemical Co.

In a most preferred embodiment, the catalyst is Pt-56150D.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a process for preparing a silicone-11 gel elastomer, comprising the steps of: mixing the preparation raw materials according to the formula amount, reacting at 60-80 ℃ for 30-60min, and shearing by a high-speed shearing machine to obtain the composite material.

The mechanism is explained as follows: the inventor finds that the gel elastomer of polysiloxane-11 obtained by dispersing the cross-linked polysiloxane-11 formed by cross-linking the low-viscosity high-content vinyl-terminated polysiloxane in the low-viscosity dimethyl silicone oil has no stimulation to the skin, enables the skin to be finer and smoother, is breathable and not sticky, and has very ideal effects of moisturizing and nutrition restoration. Probably because the low viscosity dimethyl silicone oil and vinyl-terminated polysiloxane have good molecule flexibility and small surface tension; in addition, the silicon-oxygen bond of the water-based moisture-retaining agent and the hydrogen and oxygen in the water molecule form a hydrogen bond, thereby increasing the moisture-retaining effect. In addition, the invention selects platinum group catalyst, which can obtain products with better performance. The possible reason is that if a basic catalyst is selected, it easily brings moisture into the system, increasing hydroxyl-terminated products and low-boiling products; if an acidic catalyst is selected, the work-up is complicated. The platinum group catalyst of the present invention does not solve the problems of the above catalysts, but can also cooperate with vinyl terminated polysiloxane to achieve normal vulcanization level.
