Background

the degreasing method has wide application range, has better degreasing effect on animal and vegetable oil and mineral oil, and is particularly suitable for degreasing of metal materials which are easy to corrode, such as aluminum and the like, because the degreasing solution is not very high in alkalinity.

At present, a large number of metal degreasing agents on the market are all organic solvent degreasing or chemical degreasing, for example, patent with publication number of CN109972153A discloses a degreasing agent for cleaning the surface of a steel plate, which comprises 8-15% of potassium hydroxide, 4-10% of modified sodium disilicate, 2-8% of tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 2-6% of dodecyl glucoside-tetradecyl glucoside, 1-5% of methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of deionized water.

Therefore, it is necessary to design an emulsified degreasing agent suitable for copper strips with weak alkali resistance to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a high-efficiency degreasing agent for cleaning a copper plate strip, which is suitable for alkali-resistant metals, particularly suitable for cleaning the surface of the copper plate strip, and aims to solve the problems of high alkalinity, high corrosivity and the like of the degreasing agent in the prior art.

(2) dissolving the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether weighed in the step (1) in deionized water at 40 ℃, and stirring at room temperature;

(3) and (3) sequentially adding the sodium directly-connected alkylbenzene sulfonate, sodium carbonate and sodium silicate weighed in the step (1) into the step (2), and stirring for 30 minutes at room temperature to obtain the sodium sulfoaluminate.
