Background

The following examples further illustrate the present invention but are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Modifications and substitutions to methods, procedures, or conditions of the invention may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.

In order to realize safe and high-performance operation of the grass cutting head on the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle and further improve the working efficiency and the flexibility and the convenience of use of the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle, the grass cutting head for the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle is provided in the embodiment, and the structure of the rest parts of the conventional comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle is not specifically described herein due to the improvement of the structure of the grass cutting head, but the function realization of the grass cutting head is not limited.

As shown in fig. 1, the grass cutting head 3 is one of the multifunctional implements equipped on the integrated greening maintenance vehicle, is mounted at the end of the working arm 2, and is mainly used for operating the grass cutting head 3 at the roadside or the side slope position through the actions of extension, slippage, lifting and the like of the working arm 2, and is used for crushing and trimming greening vegetation, weeds, shrubs and the like on both sides of the road and in the side slope.

As shown in fig. 3, the grass-cutting head 3 comprises a housing 31, a cutter shaft assembly 32, a supporting roller assembly 33 and a transmission mechanism 34; the housing 31 is used for being connected with the working arm 2, the cutter shaft assembly 32 and the supporting roller assembly 33 are arranged on the inner side of the housing 31, the transmission mechanism 34 is arranged on the side edge of the housing 31, and the cutter shaft assembly 32 is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 34 for operation.

As shown in fig. 3-5, the housing 31 is provided with a front curtain 311, a rear curtain 312, a hook 313 and a mounting pin 314;

the front curtain 311 is installed at the front part of the housing 31, the front curtain 311 has certain flexibility, so that during operation, plants in front can smoothly enter the cavity between the front curtain 311 and the cutter shaft assembly 32 through the front curtain 311, as shown in a part C in fig. 11, the plants cannot be directly pressed down or broken to influence normal cutting operation, a rotating blade can more easily cut the plants entering the cavity C, and the width of the cavity C is such that the swinging range (the area with the sector-shaped section indicated by a in fig. 11) of the front curtain 311 and the rotating range (the area with the circular section indicated by B in fig. 11) of the blade do not overlap and have a certain distance, so that the front curtain 311 is prevented from being damaged during the rotation of the blade, and meanwhile, the rotating materials are prevented from flying out from the front part; the rear curtain 312 is installed at the rear of the housing 31 to prevent the cut and rotated material from flying out from the rear; the hook 313 is arranged on the top surface of the housing 31 to facilitate hoisting; a mounting pin 314 is provided at the top of the rear side of the housing 31 for a quick-change fixed connection with the working arm 2.

As shown in fig. 6, the arbor shaft assembly 32 includes an arbor shaft 321, a bearing I322, a bearing II 323, and a blade 324.

Two ends of the cutter shaft 321 are movably arranged on the housing 31 through a bearing I322 and a bearing II 323 respectively, so that the cutter shaft 321 can smoothly rotate at a high speed for a long time; a plurality of blades 324 are regularly distributed on the cutter shaft 321 through connecting pins 325 fixedly connected with the cutter shaft 321 to keep dynamic balance during high-speed rotation; the blades 324 are rotatable about the connecting pin 325 with the rotational paths of adjacent blades 324 overlapping by an amount to avoid skip cutting.

As shown in fig. 2 and 7-8, spacer blocks 326 are provided on both sides of the blade 324 between the blade 324 and a mounting seat 327 for securing a connecting pin 325. The main purpose is to prevent the blade 324 from generating a large offset in the using process, so as to control the distance between adjacent blades 324 and avoid accidental cutting in the operation process.

The blade 324 is made of special wear-resistant steel materials and has good wear resistance while ensuring flexibility through heat treatment.

The blade 324 is in a twist shape, and the mounting axis is parallel to the blade edge surface; the twist-shaped blade is characterized in that after the blade is lengthened, the wind resistance generated by high-speed rotation can be reduced, larger rotational inertia and centrifugal cutting force are generated, better cutting effect can be ensured while energy is saved, and the twist-shaped blade is more suitable for cutting dense grasses and shrubs.

As shown in fig. 6, the supporting roller assembly 33 includes a roller 331, a bearing III 332, and a bearing IV 333.

Both ends of the drum 331 are rotatably connected to the housing 31 through a bearing III 332 and a bearing IV 333, respectively, so that the drum 331 can freely roll.

Height adjusting devices are correspondingly arranged at two ends of the roller 331, the height adjusting devices comprise height adjusting plates I334 and height adjusting plates II335 with the same structure, taking the structure of the height-adjusting plate I334 shown in fig. 10 as an example, the roller connecting holes 3341 on the height-adjusting plate I334 and the height-adjusting plate II335 are correspondingly connected with the end of the roller 331, the height-adjusting plate I334 and the height-adjusting plate II335 are provided with a housing connecting hole 3342 and a set of adjusting holes 3343, the housing connecting hole 3342 is fixedly connected with the housing 31, when the distance between the rotating cutter shaft 321 and the ground is required to be adjusted (the area indicated by H in figure 11), the housing connecting hole 3342 is firstly loosely matched with the housing 31, the height-adjusting plate I334 and the height-adjusting plate II335 rotate around the housing connecting hole 3342, corresponding hole groups in the adjusting holes 3343 are fixed with the housing 31, and finally the housing connecting hole 3342 is fastened and connected with the housing 31. If the uppermost hole group of the adjusting hole 3343 is assembled, the cutting width is the highest when the distance between the axis of the roller 331 and the axis of the cutter shaft 321 is the largest, and if the lowermost hole group of the adjusting hole 3343 is assembled, the distance between the axis of the roller 331 and the axis of the cutter shaft 321 is the smallest when the distance between the axis of the roller 331 and the axis of the cutter shaft 321 is the smallest, the cutting width is the lowest.

As shown in fig. 3-5, the transmission 34 includes a motor 341, a coupling I342, a coupling II 343, a pulley I344, a pulley II345, a V-belt 346, and a shroud 347.

The motor 341 is connected with a belt wheel I344 through a coupling I342; the pulley I344 is connected with the pulley II345 through a V-belt 346; the belt wheel II345 is connected with the cutter shaft 321 through a coupling II 343, the shield 347 is connected with the housing 31, and the shield 347 protects the transmission elements so as to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment; when the motor 341 is started to rotate, the shaft coupling I642 drives the pulley I344 to rotate, the V-belt 346 drives the pulley II345 to rotate, and finally the shaft coupling II 343 drives the knife shaft 321 to perform high-speed rotary cutting.

During cutting, weeds positioned at the front part of the grass cutting head enter the cavity C after passing through the flexible front baffle 311, the cutter shaft 321 rotates at a high speed under the transmission action of the transmission mechanism 34, the blades 324 connected with the cutter shaft are driven to rotate and cut in the process of continuing advancing, the diameter of a cut plant can reach 20 mm at most, and cut weed fragments cannot splash out under the action of the rear baffle 312 to generate unnecessary safety problems or increase the subsequent cleaning difficulty.
