Background

A comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle is also called a greening pruning vehicle, is a special maintenance vehicle which is specially designed and produced aiming at greening pruning of a middle hedge, a side slope, a first-level road and a second-level road of a highway and the like, and is mainly used for municipal greening and greening pruning on a highway section. The road greening maintenance not only relates to the beauty of the environment, air purification, but also influences the vision of a driver, can reduce the fatigue of the driver, can adsorb waste gas and smoke dust discharged by vehicles, is also very important for preventing dazzling during night driving, and plays an important role in ensuring the driving safety and the like.

At present, most of mowers for trimming greening vegetation, weeds, shrubs and the like on two sides of roads and in side slopes are handheld rotary mowers, and some of the mowers are provided with cutting blades and can be used for cutting thick shrubs, but the risk of cutter breakage is very easy to occur when the mowers touch rigid obstacles in the using process, so that the use safety is poor; some handheld rotary mowers use high-strength nylon ropes, steel wire ropes or iron chains as cutting parts, have certain flexibility, reduce the risk of knife breakage when touching rigid obstacles, but have poor durability and are easy to break after long-term use. Moreover, the diameter of the plants suitable for cutting by the mower is generally not more than 10 mm, and the mower is difficult to smoothly operate hard bushes. The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The following examples further illustrate the present invention but are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Modifications and substitutions to methods, procedures, or conditions of the invention may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.

In order to realize safe and high-performance operation of the grass cutting head machine on the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle and further improve the working efficiency and the flexibility and the convenience of use of the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle, the grass cutting head machine for the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle is provided in the embodiment, and the structure of the rest parts of the conventional comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle is not specifically described herein because the main improvement point is the improvement of the structure of the grass cutting head machine, but the function realization of the grass cutting head machine is not limited.

As shown in fig. 1, the grass cutting head machine 3 is one of the multifunctional machines equipped on the greening maintenance truck, is installed at the end of the working arm 2, and is mainly used for operating the grass cutting head machine 3 at the roadside or the side slope position through the actions of extension, sliding, lifting and the like of the working arm 2, and is used for crushing and trimming greening vegetation, weeds, shrubs and the like on both sides of the road and in the side slope.

As shown in fig. 2-5, the grass cutting head implement 3 comprises a main housing 31, a cutter shaft assembly 32, a supporting roller assembly 33 and a transmission mechanism 34; the housing 31 is used for being connected with the working arm 2, the cutter shaft assembly 32 and the supporting roller assembly 33 are arranged on the inner side of the housing 31, the transmission mechanism 34 is arranged on the side edge of the housing 31, and the cutter shaft assembly 32 is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism 34 for operation.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing 31 is provided with a front curtain 311, a rear curtain 312 and a mounting pin 313;

the front curtain 311 is installed at the front part of the housing 31, the front curtain 311 has certain flexibility, so that the plants in front can smoothly enter the cavity between the front curtain 311 and the cutter shaft assembly 32 through the front curtain 311 during operation, as shown in a part C in fig. 9, the plants are not directly pressed down or broken to influence normal cutting operation, the rotating blade can more easily cut the plants entering the cavity C, the width of the cavity C meets the requirement that the swinging range (the area with the sector-shaped section indicated by A in fig. 9) of the front curtain 311 and the rotating range (the area with the circular section indicated by B in fig. 9) of the blade do not overlap and have certain distance, the blade is prevented from damaging the front curtain 311 during rotation, and the rotating materials are prevented from flying out from the front part; the front part of the grass cutting head machine is lower, so the machine is more suitable for trimming in low vegetation areas, and the rear curtain 312 is arranged at the rear part of the housing 31 to prevent the cut and rotated materials from flying out from the rear part; a mounting pin 313 is provided at the top of the housing 31 for quick-change fixed connection with the working arm 2.

The top of the housing 31 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 314 along the width direction, the mounting holes 314 are arranged in two rows, the mounting seat 315 is connected with the mounting holes 314 through fasteners, the mounting pins 313 are arranged on the mounting seat 315, the position of the mounting seat 315 can be adjusted through the connection of the mounting seat 315 and the mounting holes 314 at different positions, and therefore the grass mower 3 has a wider operation range, the range is large when the mounting seat 315 is at the rightmost side, and the range is small when the mounting seat 315 is at the leftmost side.

As shown in fig. 6, the arbor shaft assembly 32 includes an arbor shaft 321, a bearing I322, a bearing II 323, and a blade 324.

Two ends of the cutter shaft 321 are movably arranged on the housing 31 through a bearing I322 and a bearing II 323 respectively, so that the cutter shaft 321 can smoothly rotate at a high speed for a long time; as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of blades 324 are regularly distributed on the cutter shaft 321 through connecting pins 325 fixedly connected with the cutter shaft 321 to maintain dynamic balance during high-speed rotation; the blades 324 are rotatable about the connecting pin 325 with the rotational paths of adjacent blades 324 overlapping by an amount to avoid skip cutting.

The connecting pin 325 is fixed to the cutter shaft 321 by a fixing seat 327, and stopper pieces 326 fixed to the fixing seat 327 and preventing the connecting pin 325 from rotating are provided at both ends of the connecting pin 325. The main purpose is to prevent the blade 324 from generating large offset in the using process, so as to control the distance between the adjacent blades 324, avoid accidental knife hitting in the operation process, damage the blade and influence the normal operation of the machine.

The blade 324 is made of special wear-resistant steel materials and has good wear resistance while ensuring flexibility through heat treatment.

The blade 324 is streamlined in shape with the mounting axis parallel to the blade facet.

As shown in fig. 6, the supporting roller assembly 33 includes a roller 331, a bearing III 332, and a bearing IV 333.

Both ends of the drum 331 are rotatably connected to the housing 31 through a bearing III 332 and a bearing IV 333, respectively, so that the drum 331 can freely roll.

The height adjusting device is correspondingly arranged at two ends of the roller 331 and comprises an elevation adjusting plate I334 and an elevation adjusting plate II335 which are identical in structure, taking the structure of the elevation adjusting plate I334 shown in FIG. 7 as an example, roller connecting holes 3341 on the elevation adjusting plate I334 and the elevation adjusting plate II335 are correspondingly connected with the end part of the roller 331, and connecting hole groups 3342 connected with the corresponding side adjusting hole groups on the housing 31 are arranged on the elevation adjusting plate I334 and the elevation adjusting plate II 335.

Three groups of adjusting hole groups are arranged on one side of the housing 31 from top to bottom, namely a lower adjusting hole group 316, a middle adjusting hole group 317 and an upper adjusting hole group 318, and the connecting hole group 3342 is correspondingly connected with the corresponding adjusting hole group to adjust the cutting distance of the cutter shaft 321.

The cutting distance D (indicated by D region in fig. 9) of the cutter shaft is the highest when the connecting hole groups 3342 of the two height-adjustable plates are connected with the lower adjusting hole group 316 of the corresponding side of the housing 31, and the cutting distance D of the cutter shaft is the lowest when the connecting hole groups 3342 of the two height-adjustable plates are connected with the upper adjusting hole group 318 of the corresponding side of the housing 31.

As shown in fig. 6, the transmission mechanism 34 includes a motor 341, a coupling 342, and a shield 347.

The motor 341 is connected with the cutter shaft 321 through the coupler 342, the shield 343 is connected with the housing 31, and the shield 343 is mainly used for protecting the motor 341 and avoiding unnecessary collision of the motor 341 to shorten the service life of the equipment; when the motor 341 is started to rotate, the shaft coupler 342 drives the cutter shaft 321 to perform high-speed rotation cutting.

During cutting, shorter weeds positioned at the front part of the grass cutting head machine enter the cavity C after passing through the flexible front baffle 311, the cutter shaft 321 rotates at a high speed under the transmission action of the transmission mechanism 34, the cutter blade 324 connected with the cutter shaft is driven to rotate and cut in the process of continuing advancing, the diameter of a cut plant can reach 20 mm to the maximum, and cut weed fragments cannot splash out under the action of the rear baffle 312 to generate unnecessary safety problems or increase subsequent cleaning difficulty.
