1. A processing method for distinguishing a finger tip sheet is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1: blanking, namely leveling the raw material in a heat treatment mode, and blanking the distinguishing finger tip sheets according to the preset distinguishing size and the distinguishing number of the distinguishing finger tip sheets to form a group of workpieces;

s2: roughly machining, namely, installing the workpiece into a tooling plate, fixing the tooling plate and the workpiece together through a screw pressing hole by using a screw, milling a reference angle ruler surface on the tooling plate, respectively drilling grooves of the tooling hole at preset positions of the tooling hole of the workpiece by taking a correction reference hole on the tooling plate as a machining center, and drilling a threading hole in the groove of the tooling hole by using a puncher;

s3: the linear cutting processing is carried out, the dimension lines of the inner diameter and the outer circle of the workpiece are determined through the correction reference hole, the workpiece is cut according to the dimension lines, and the joint surfaces of the workpiece are respectively ground; the workpieces are assembled into a plurality of full circles by splicing the joint surfaces, and welding spots are welded at the joint surfaces by laser to fix the joint surfaces and grind the welding spots;

s4: turning, namely fixing a plurality of the whole circles processed in the step S3 in the tool plate, pressing the workpiece by a tool pressing plate through screws, determining an inner hole of the whole circle in the step S3, finely turning an outer circle to a preset size by taking the inner hole as a machining center, deburring, fixing the fabrication hole by a through pin, finely turning the inner hole to a preset size, grinding the inner surface of the inner hole, taking down the through pin, drilling a groove of a positioning hole at the preset position of the positioning hole, and drilling a threading hole at the preset position of the threading hole;

(6) Step six: and (5) performing bench work treatment.

Removing burrs by a bench worker, grinding a surface with technical requirement of surface roughness, cleaning by ultrasonic cleaning, and taking care not to wear gloves and use cotton yarn during operation. The finger tip piece is not allowed to deform by touch, cleaned and dried. The dimensions were checked with an image projector and the finger tip seams were measured according to the specifications given in the first part. And after the fingertips are processed, cleaned and detected to be qualified, the fingertips are stored and protected against moisture by using a special packaging box and are taken out when being assembled. After the finger tip piece is assembled and assembled, performance detection is carried out on special equipment, and the main indexes are detected by air leakage rate, tempering rate and hysteresis rate.
