1. A towing attachment, comprising:

at least one fixed towing part fixedly mounted on the towing device and adapted to lift the belt (100) kept in horizontal movement;

at least one movable towing belt part, which is movably arranged on the towing device and is suitable for lifting the belt (100) in a tilting motion state.

2. The tow arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the fixed tow portion comprises: a first idler (241) and a third idler (243); the first carrier roller (241) and the third carrier roller (243) are fixedly arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the towing device respectively;

the movable towing part comprises: the second carrier roller (242), the second carrier roller (242) is located at the middle position of the first carrier roller (241) and the third carrier roller (243) along the vertical direction; the second idler (242) is in a fixed connection with at least one second idler fixing position (2422) on the towing arrangement.

The tow arrangement according to claim 1, further comprising: a first tow travel wheel (244), the first tow travel wheel (244) adapted to glide along an upper surface of the rail (201); a second tow travel wheel (245), the second tow travel wheel (245) adapted to glide along a rail guide (202) disposed on an upper surface of the rail (201).

5. Towing installation according to claim 4, wherein the rail guide (202) is provided with a protrusion or groove and the second tow running wheel (245) cooperating with the rail guide (202) is provided with a groove or protrusion, the groove matching the shape of the protrusion.

The tow arrangement according to claim 4, wherein the tow arrangement further comprises: a vertically positioned guide wheel (246), the vertically positioned guide wheel (246) being in sliding fit with the guide rail (201), a rotational axis of the vertically positioned guide wheel (246) being parallel to a rotational axis of the first tow travel wheel (244) and/or the second tow travel wheel (245), and the vertically positioned guide wheel (246) and the first tow travel wheel (244) and/or the second tow travel wheel (245) being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the guide rail (201) in a horizontal direction;

the horizontal positioning guide wheel (247), horizontal positioning guide wheel (247) with guide rail (201) sliding fit, just the axis of rotation of horizontal positioning guide wheel (247) with the axis of rotation of vertical positioning guide wheel (246) is the angle setting.

7. A towing system, comprising:

at least one towing attachment (24) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, said towing attachment (24) being adapted to lift a plurality of layers of said belt (100) between said combined redirecting roller base (13) and said taut moving platform (21).

Towing system according to claim 7, characterized in that the mobile tensioning platform (21) is connected to the towing means (24) by a tow guide chain (25) of a preset length, so that the towing means (24) follows the movement of the mobile tensioning platform (21) after the tow guide chain (25) is straightened.

9. The tow system according to claim 8, further comprising a guide rope (26), the guide rope (26) being adapted to suspend the tow guide chain (25) by at least two links (253);

the towing device (24) is further provided with a penetrating plate (248), and the penetrating plate (248) is suitable for being clamped with the towing guide chain (25) and lifting the guide rope (26) at the same time.

10. The towing system according to claim 7, characterized in that it further comprises frame idlers (203), said frame idlers (203) being provided on at least one leg (204) of said tensioning frame (20).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of belt supporting, in particular to a towing device and a towing system.

Background

In the process of conveying materials by the belt conveyor, due to the fact that the belt is high in elasticity, the tensioning and loosening degrees of the belt conveyor under the conditions of bearing load and not bearing load are different, particularly when the belt conveyor conveys materials, the belt loosening directly influences and reduces friction force between the belt and the power driving wheel, and the belt must be tensioned if the tension force of the belt conveyor is kept. The tensioning distance of the belt conveyor is increased along with the continuous lengthening of the single-machine conveying distance, the car type tensioning is a tensioning form which is often adopted by the long-distance belt conveyor, the distance between the tensioning roller and the front bend roller is larger and larger along with the increasing of the tensioning distance, if the belt between the distance is not supported, the belt is sagged, and the belt drags the ground seriously, scratches the belt and causes the roller to slip. In addition, when the belts are arranged in multiple layers, the mutual interference between the belts of each layer will also seriously affect the normal operation of the belts.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the multilayer belts are easy to interfere with each other when the suspension distance is long in the prior art, thereby providing the dragging device capable of ensuring that the multilayer belts do not interfere with each other.

The invention aims to solve another technical problem of overcoming the defect that multiple layers of belts are easy to interfere with each other due to the fact that multiple layers of belts are wound under the condition that the moving distance of a belt traction device in the prior art is shortened, and therefore, a dragging belt system which can shorten the moving distance to a large extent and can ensure that the multiple layers of belts do not interfere with each other is provided.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a towing device, including:

at least one fixed towing part which is fixedly arranged on the towing device and is suitable for lifting the belt which keeps horizontal movement;

at least one movable towing belt part which is movably arranged on the towing device and is suitable for lifting the belt in a tilting motion state.

Further, the fixed tow portion includes: the first carrier roller and the third carrier roller; the first carrier roller and the third carrier roller are respectively and fixedly arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the towing device;

the movable towing part comprises: the second carrier roller is positioned in the middle of the first carrier roller and the third carrier roller along the vertical direction; and the second carrier roller is fixedly connected with at least one second carrier roller fixing position on the towing device in a selecting mode.

Further, the second carrier roller fixing position is provided with at least one carrier roller along the vertical direction of the towing device.

Further, the towing device further comprises: a first tow travel wheel adapted to glide along an upper surface of the guide rail; a second tow travel wheel adapted to glide along a rail guide disposed on an upper surface of the rail.

Furthermore, a protrusion or a groove is arranged on the guide rail guide piece, a groove or a protrusion is arranged on the second towing running wheel matched with the guide rail guide piece, and the groove is matched with the protrusion in shape.

Further, the towing device further comprises: the vertical positioning guide wheel is in sliding fit with the guide rail, the rotating axis of the vertical positioning guide wheel is parallel to the rotating axis of the first towing running wheel and/or the second towing running wheel, and the vertical positioning guide wheel and the first towing running wheel and/or the second towing running wheel are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the guide rail along the horizontal direction;

the horizontal positioning guide wheel is in sliding fit with the guide rail, and the rotating axis of the horizontal positioning guide wheel and the rotating axis of the vertical positioning guide wheel are arranged at an angle.

The invention provides a towing system, comprising:

the belt is a continuous belt which is connected end to end;

a tensioning mobile platform slidably disposed on the tensioning carriage, the tensioning mobile platform including at least one tensioning mobile platform roller adapted to wind the belt;

the combined turnabout drum seat comprises at least two combined turnabout drums; the combined direction-changing roller seat is suitable for respectively changing directions of two ends of the belt conveyed down by the belt tower, is suitable for being matched with the tensioning mobile platform and increases the number of winding sections of the belt on at least one tensioning mobile platform roller of the tensioning mobile platform;

after two ends of the belt are respectively redirected by a first combined redirecting pulley and a second combined redirecting pulley, a first end of the belt is wound by a first tensioning moving platform roller, and a second end of the belt is wound by a second tensioning moving platform roller and/or a third tensioning moving platform roller and is respectively wound by two sides of the third combined redirecting pulley and then is converged and connected; the towing system further comprises:

at least one dragging device as described above, wherein the dragging device is suitable for lifting the plurality of layers of the belts between the combined redirection roller seat and the tensioning moving platform.

Furthermore, the tensioning mobile platform is connected with the towing device through a towing guide chain with a preset length, so that the towing device moves along with the movement of the tensioning mobile platform after the towing guide chain is straightened.

Further, the tow system further comprises a guide rope adapted to suspend the tow guide chain by at least two suspension loops;

the towing device is further provided with a through plate, and the through plate is suitable for being clamped with the towing guide chain and lifting the guide rope.

Further, the towing system further comprises a frame idler, and the frame idler is arranged on at least one leg of the tensioning frame.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

1. the towing device provided by the invention can lift belts arranged in multiple layers, wherein the movable towing belt part can be movably arranged on the towing device, and along with the adjustment of the position of the belts or the change of the relative position of the towing device and the belts, the position of the movable towing belt part on the towing device is changed, so that the lifting state of the movable towing belt part on the belts is kept, the normal running of the belts is ensured, and the mutual noninterference of the multiple layers of belts is ensured.

2. According to the towing device provided by the invention, the carrier rollers are respectively arranged at the upper part, the middle part and the lower part, and the carrier rollers at the upper part and the lower part are arranged in a fixed manner, so that the belt and the carrier rollers are conveniently lifted, particularly the belt which moves horizontally can be lifted, and the towing device can be also suitable when the towing device and the belt both move horizontally; and a fixed connection is selected through the second carrier roller fixed position, so that the second carrier roller can carry out height adjustment in the vertical direction relative to the towing device, and when the belt and the carrier roller position change relatively, the second carrier roller is enabled to keep the belt in a lifting state again by adjusting the height of the second carrier roller on the towing device, and the applicability and flexibility of the towing device are improved.

3. According to the towing device provided by the invention, through the matching of the second towing running wheel and the guide rail guide piece, the second towing running wheel can be ensured to move along the direction of the guide rail guide piece at any time, so that the running direction of the towing device is ensured to be along the guide rail at any time, and the deviation is prevented.

4. According to the towing device provided by the invention, the vertical positioning guide wheel and the first towing running wheel and/or the second towing running wheel are respectively arranged on the two opposite sides of the guide rail along the horizontal direction, so that the towing device can be clamped on the guide rail, and the towing device is prevented from accidentally slipping off from the guide rail; meanwhile, the rotation axis of the horizontal positioning guide wheel and the rotation axis of the vertical positioning guide wheel are arranged in an angle, so that the horizontal positioning guide wheel and the vertical positioning guide wheel are clamped on the guide rail towards two directions, the dragging device can be prevented from moving in the horizontal direction of the guide rail, the dragging device can be prevented from moving in the vertical direction of the guide rail, and the positioning accuracy of the dragging device is ensured.

5. According to the towing system provided by the invention, the number of winding sections of the belt on the tensioning movable platform is realized through the matching of the combined redirection roller seat and the tensioning movable platform, so that the moving distance of the tensioning movable platform is reduced and the tensioning stroke is shortened when the belt is stretched to the same length.

6. According to the towing system provided by the invention, the tensioning mobile platform is connected with the towing device through the towing guide chain with the preset length, so that the towing device moves along with the movement of the tensioning mobile platform after the towing guide chain is straightened, automatic following is realized, and the towing distance is ensured.

7. According to the towing system provided by the invention, the guide rope is constantly in a tight and straight state and is arranged above the towing guide chain, and the guide rope is provided with the hanging ring and suspends the towing guide chain, so that the function of storing the guide chain is achieved, the towing guide chain can be prevented from being loosened, the risk that the towing guide chain interferes with the normal operation of equipment is reduced, and the accident rate is reduced.

8. According to the towing system provided by the invention, the frame carrier roller is arranged on the support leg of the tensioning frame, so that the belt with the running height below the upper surface of the guide rail can be lifted, the support leg structure is reasonably utilized, the lower layer carrier roller is prevented from being arranged on the towing device, the stress strength of the towing device is reduced, and the smooth running is ensured.
