Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of organic garbage anaerobic pretreatment equipment, in particular to a high-solid-content or high-viscosity organic garbage slurry conveying device.

Background

The anaerobic biological treatment technology is a high-efficiency comprehensive treatment and resource technology which decomposes, metabolizes and digests organic matters in the slurry through anaerobic bacteria under an anaerobic state, so that the content of the organic matters in the sewage is greatly reduced, and simultaneously, the methane is generated. The slurry required by the organic garbage anaerobic biogas production project does not belong to high-solid-content/high-viscosity materials (solid content is 15-30%), and a bolt conveyor is adopted in the traditional conveying mode. The slurry with solid content not more than 20% is usually prepared by screw pump in sewage treatment industry. The conveying height of screw conveying equipment in the actual operation process is no more than 4m, the conveying distance of the single equipment is no more than 10m, and the particle size of solid particles in the conveying material of a screw pump is no more than 5 mm. Slurry before slurry mixing is conveyed to subsequent equipment by using a screw conveyer, and materials are lifted to a required height by using a plurality of sets of equipment, so that the equipment investment cost is high, the occupied area of a treatment workshop is large, and the energy consumption in the operation process is high. Slurry is easy to spill on the bearing seat of the spiral conveying equipment, so that the operating environment is stink and sewage is difficult to control. In actual operation, the structural impurities in the slurry with the solid content not higher than 20% are complex in properties, and the impurities with the particle size not higher than 5mm often appear, so that a cavity of a screw pump is blocked, and a treatment system is difficult to continuously operate.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the invention provides a high-solid-content or high-viscosity organic waste slurry conveying device, which aims to solve the problem that the existing waste conveying device cannot realize long-distance, large-height and closed conveying of high-solid-content/high-viscosity (15% -30%) organic waste slurry.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the organic waste slurry conveying device with high solid content rate or high viscosity, which comprises a host, wherein the host comprises a slurry pressurizing cavity, a piston cylinder, a cooling water tank, a feeding oil cylinder, a discharging box, an automatic feeding control valve and an automatic discharging control valve, the slurry pressurizing cavity is provided with a feeding hole, one end of the slurry pressurizing cavity is connected with one end of the piston cylinder, the other end of the piston cylinder is connected with the cooling water tank, the cooling water tank is connected with the feeding oil cylinder, a piston in the piston cylinder is connected with a piston rod of the feeding oil cylinder, the other end of the slurry pressurizing cavity is connected with one end of the discharging box, and the other end of the discharging box is provided with a discharging hole; the feeding automatic control valve is arranged at the feeding hole and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the feeding hole; the automatic discharge control valve is arranged at the discharge port and used for controlling the opening and closing of the discharge port.

The invention has the following advantages: the high-solid-content or high-viscosity organic waste slurry conveying device disclosed by the invention realizes remote pumping of materials by utilizing the volume change of the piston cylinder. Solves the problem that the traditional screw conveying and screw pump can not realize the long-distance, large-elevation and closed conveying of the organic waste slurry with high solid content/high viscosity (15-30 percent). The volume of the piston cylinder is increased, the pressure inside the cavity is reduced to form vacuum, organic slurry enters the cavity, the volume of the cavity of the piston cylinder is reduced, and the organic slurry is pumped to a required distance and elevation under the action of pressure. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the high solid content or high viscosity organic waste slurry conveying device comprises a main machine 10, a hydraulic power system 20 and an electric control system 30, and the high solid content or high viscosity organic waste slurry conveying device realizes remote pumping of materials by using the volume change of a piston cylinder 12. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the main machine 10 includes a slurry pressurizing cavity 11, a piston cylinder 12, a cooling water tank 13, a feeding oil cylinder 14, a discharging box 15, a feeding automatic control valve 16 and a discharging automatic control valve 17, the slurry pressurizing cavity 11 is provided with a feeding port through which organic waste slurry enters the slurry pressurizing cavity 11, the slurry pressurizing cavity 11 is in a tubular structure, one end of the slurry pressurizing cavity 11 is connected with one end of the piston cylinder 12 through a flange, the other end of the piston cylinder 12 is connected with the cooling water tank 13 through a flange, the cooling water tank 13 is connected with the feeding oil cylinder 14 through a flange, a piston inside the piston cylinder 12 is connected with a piston rod of the feeding oil cylinder 14, the feeding oil cylinder 14 is used for driving the piston inside the piston cylinder 12 to move, so that the volume inside the piston cylinder 12 is changed, the pressure inside the cavity is reduced to form vacuum, the organic slurry is pumped under pressure to the desired distance and elevation. The high solid content or high viscosity organic waste slurry conveying device has wide application range, organic waste slurry with the solid content within 30 percent of the slurry is suitable for the technology, and organic slurry without multistage impurity removal can be directly conveyed. The device can horizontally convey organic garbage slurry with high solid content/high viscosity (15% -30%) to 100m and convey the organic garbage slurry to 35m, and can be used in multi-stage series connection. And the hydraulic system is adopted for driving, so that the energy consumption is low. One conveying pump replaces the traditional multiple screw conveying, so that the equipment investment is reduced, and the area of a plant is reduced.
