The specific working process is as follows:

when the device works, when a detector needs to perform expansion measurement on the pin hole of the camshaft, the detector can adjust the outer diameter corresponding to the measuring pin according to the inner diameter of the pin hole; at the moment, the manufacturers can correspondingly produce the extrusion columns 6 with different diameters; the detection personnel insert the extrusion column 6 with the corresponding diameter into the measuring column 2, the outer wall of the extrusion column 6 can extrude the positioning columns 5 to enable the positioning columns 5 to slide towards the outer wall of the measuring column 2, at the moment, the limiting block 4 can extrude the spring, the detection personnel can measure the outer ring distance between the two corresponding positioning columns 5 through the measuring scale, and simultaneously measure the distance between the other two corresponding positioning columns 5 to enable at least four sliding positioning columns 5 to form the inner diameter size corresponding to the pin hole outside the measuring column 2, then the detection personnel rotate the threaded column 7 at the end part of the extrusion column 6 to be connected into the threaded hole 23 in a threaded manner, further the sliding positioning columns 5 can be fixed through the extrusion column 6, then the detection personnel insert the measuring column 2 into the pin hole to enable the positioning columns 5 to form annular surfaces to be attached to the inner wall of the pin hole, and further enable the measuring column 2 to be tightly matched with the pin hole, so that the measuring column 2 can be stably inserted into the pin hole, and then the measuring personnel use the pin head as the center, thereby accurately measuring the pin hole.
