Due to different signal transmission formats, incompatibility of signal transmission between devices and electric appliances using different signal formats is caused, for example, images and videos downloaded by a computer are transmitted to a television set with only an HDMI interface for watching through a USB interface on the computer, and the watching is impossible. There is a need for a video signal converter: and converting the USB signal output by the computer into an HDMI signal format.

Due to the many signal formats, the need to convert between a large number of different format signals arises, such as: the USB signal is converted into HDMI signal, the USB signal is converted into VGA signal, the HDMI signal is converted into VGA signal, the DP signal is converted into HDMI signal, the VGA signal is converted into HDMI signal, and the like.

In these products, there is a very important technical index, namely: the technical index of electromagnetic interference (EMI) mainly describes the interference of electronic and electric products to the outside under normal work, and the index has two types of conduction interference and radiation interference, wherein the radiation interference is particularly important. (6) reversely brushing the woven wires connected with the end part of the cable back and covering the woven wires outside the self-adhesive copper foil;

(7) welding the self-adhesive copper foil and the weaving wire together;

(8) and welding the self-adhesive copper foil and the joint shell together.

In the above processing method, the braided wire in the connecting cable is covered on the self-adhesive copper foil outside the inner mold of the middle part, and then the braided wire and the self-adhesive copper foil are welded with each other, so that the purpose of connecting the shielding layer of the connecting cable and the shielding layer of the middle part is achieved.

The processing method of the connecting line has the following defects: 1) When the inner mold is injected, the glue sealing position of the glue material is on the core wire of the connecting cable, so that the glue material is easily flushed to the inside of the connecting cable, and the appearance is poor; 2) when the inner mold is injected, the braided wires which are brushed reversely for the first time are easily broken by the mold, so that the number of the braided wires welded with the copper foil is reduced, the welded gap is enlarged, the appearance quality of the connecting wire is influenced, and the shielding performance of the connecting wire is reduced; 3) after the inner mold is injected, when the copper wire is brushed on the copper foil in a reverse mode again, the copper wire is not easy to brush in a reverse mode evenly, gaps are enlarged, the appearance quality of the connecting wire is affected, and the shielding performance of the connecting wire is reduced; 4) the copper wire is reversely brushed on the copper foil and cannot be tightly attached to the copper foil, so that the welding is very difficult, and the production efficiency is influenced; 5) when the weaving wire and the copper foil are welded, the welding time needs to be accurately mastered, otherwise, one side of the weaving wire is easily welded, the welding time is long when the other side of the weaving wire is welded, and the welded weaving wire is detached, so that the production efficiency is influenced.
