Background

The current ultrasonic cleaning needs to be transmitted in liquid to achieve the effect of cleaning the cleaned objects. In the prior art, the ultrasonic cleaning technology is to use an ultrasonic cleaning machine as a container, soak a part to be cleaned in the container, and achieve the purpose of cleaning under the action of ultrasonic waves.

However, unlike the rigid articles whose surface stains are liable to fall off by vibration, the clothes are generally made of various fibers, have soft texture and ultrasonic wave absorption effect, and the ultrasonic cleaning device has large ultrasonic wave loss when washing the clothes; in addition, in the existing ultrasonic cleaning device, generally, a high-frequency ultrasonic wave transducer emits a high-frequency ultrasonic wave to vibrate the liquid in the cleaning tank to generate a plurality of tiny high-frequency bubbles, and the tiny high-frequency bubbles continuously hit the surface of the cleaned clothes to generate resonance with stains, oil stains and the like on the surface of the cleaned clothes, so that the stains and the oil stains are separated. The stains of cloth and cotton products like clothes are absorbed in the clothes or permeate into molecular or atomic tissues of the clothes, and the high-frequency air bubbles hit the clothes to generate resonance only on the surface of the clothes, so that the cleaning effect of the conventional ultrasonic cleaning device on the clothes directly placed in the cleaning tank is limited, and the effect on local stubborn stains is not ideal.

The existing ultrasonic cleaning device generally simply depends on a time sequence control method, and has various hidden dangers, the normal use of the ultrasonic cleaning device can be influenced by improper use of a user, even the device is damaged, and other consequences influencing the use and experience are caused, such as: water leakage, insufficient wetting of the clothes, etc.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

According to the further scheme, when the liquid amount entering the cleaning tank reaches or exceeds a set value within set time and the liquid level in the cleaning tank is still lower than the set value within the set time, water leakage of the cleaning tank is judged, and meanwhile prompting or alarming is carried out;

or when the detected liquid amount entering the cleaning tank reaches a set value within a set time, analyzing according to the liquid amount entering the cleaning tank, the shape and the volume of the cleaning tank to obtain a theoretical liquid level in the cleaning tank; and if the actual liquid level of the cleaning tank monitored in real time is lower than the theoretical liquid level, judging that the cleaning tank leaks water, and prompting or alarming.

In a further aspect, the control method further includes: after the liquid level of the water inlet stage reaches a set value, the ultrasonic cleaning stage is carried out, and the liquid level in the cleaning tank is monitored in real time in the ultrasonic cleaning stage; when the liquid level is lower than the set value within a period of time, the user is prompted that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient.

In the ultrasonic cleaning stage, when the liquid level monitored in real time is lower than a set value, the liquid level reaches the set value by controlling water inflow; and if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is detected to be lower than the set value within a period of time, prompting a user that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient.

According to the further scheme, when the ultrasonic cleaning device drains water, the liquid level in the cleaning tank is monitored in real time, and within a certain time after draining, if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is higher than a set value, abnormal draining is judged, and meanwhile, a prompt or an alarm is sent out.

Preferably, within a certain time after the water is drained, if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than a set value, the water is drained;

preferably, the draining is stopped when the liquid level in the wash tank is detected to be empty.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide an ultrasonic cleaning device, which comprises an ultrasonic generating device, a cleaning tank and a water storage device for supplying water to the cleaning tank, wherein in the water inlet stage, the liquid level and/or the liquid amount in the cleaning tank are detected, and if the detected liquid level and/or the detected liquid amount are lower than a set value, a prompt or an alarm is given.

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The ultrasonic cleaning device monitors the liquid level in the cleaning tank in real time in the water inlet stage and the ultrasonic cleaning stage, judges whether the liquid level in the cleaning tank meets the liquid level for soaking clothes by matching with the detection time, and sends out a prompt or an alarm if the liquid level in the cleaning tank does not meet the liquid level for soaking the clothes, so that the smooth cleaning can be ensured, the abrasion of the clothes and the device is reduced, and the cleaning effect is improved.
