Technical Field

Background

Throughout the part processing industry, the use of clamps is indispensable. The traditional clamp can only be processed singly, and is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, complex to operate and low in production efficiency. The clamp devices such as the patents CN208913655U searched by the consulting national patent bureau can not realize a plurality of clamping and automatic dismounting functions, and are only suitable for small-scale production and can not realize batch production.

The existing clamp patent cannot process a plurality of parts at one time in efficiency and cannot achieve the purpose of automatic clamping in function. And the mechanical structure is complicated, the operation is complex during the work, the mass production is not facilitated, and the absolute positioning and protection effects on parts cannot be guaranteed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at the problems that the existing clamp cannot process a plurality of parts at one time in efficiency and cannot achieve the purpose of automatic clamping in function. The multi-clamp special clamp is provided, and can realize multiple clamping at one time; the disassembly is automated; stably clamping the parts; the fixture has the advantages of strong operability, simple mechanism, low manufacturing cost and the like, and can improve the production efficiency, the machining precision and the qualification rate of workpieces.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, bottom, side" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a multi-clamping fixture, which includes a fixture base 1, a clamping member, a connecting member, a driving member, and a bottom supporting block 3 having a plurality of grooves on an upper surface thereof, wherein the bottom supporting block 3 is detachably disposed on the fixture base 1, and the clamping member can clamp a plurality of workpieces to be processed 2 in the corresponding plurality of grooves of the bottom supporting block 3; one end of the connecting piece is connected with the clamping piece, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the driving piece; the bottom of the driving piece is fixedly arranged on the clamp base 1, and the driving piece can drive the plurality of workpieces to be processed 2 clamped by the clamping piece to reciprocate along the linear direction. Thus, when the device is used, the workpieces 2 to be machined are sequentially placed in the grooves of the bottom supporting block 3 and clamped by the clamping pieces, so that the workpieces 2 to be machined are fixedly clamped, and after machining is finished, the driving piece drives the connecting piece to drive the workpieces 2 to be machined, which are clamped by the clamping pieces, to move forwards along the linear direction, so that the machined workpieces are far away from the bottom supporting block 3, and the workpieces are disassembled; when the next batch of workpieces is processed, the workpieces 2 to be processed are preliminarily positioned through the clamping piece, the driving piece drives the connecting piece to drive the workpieces 2 to be processed, which are clamped by the clamping piece, to move backwards along the linear direction, the workpieces 2 to be processed are positioned in the grooves of the bottom supporting block 3 to be processed, and the like. The multi-part automatic positioning fixture has the advantages that a plurality of parts (to-be-machined parts 2) are clamped at one time and positioned accurately, semi-automation is realized in dismounting, working efficiency and machining quality are greatly improved, defective products are reduced, operation is simple, use is convenient, and batch production can be realized.

In the above technical solution, the clamping member may be an existing clamping member, for example, a clamping member that is engaged up and down. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressure holding block 5 and the long plate pressure block 6 are connected to the long plate 4 by the positioning pin 6.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving member comprises a motor 7 disposed on the fixture base 1, a plurality of engaged boss gears 10 fixed on the shaft rod 9 and arranged along the horizontal direction, and a moving gear of the motor 7 is engaged with the boss gear 10 at the end; wherein, the one end that links to each other with the driving piece in the connecting piece is rack 8, and the lower surface of rack 8 can mesh with boss gear 10 mutually. Thus, the motor drives the boss gear 10 to rotate, and the boss gear 10 drives the rack 8 to move along a straight line, so that the connecting piece containing the rack 8 moves.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member further comprises a cross bar 11 vertically connected to one end of the rack 8, and both ends of the cross bar 11 are fixedly connected to the long plate 4 through connecting plates 12.
