Background

In the mechanical foaming process, a metering system controls the flow of A, B materials, a cylinder drives and simultaneously opens a A, B material valve to enable A, B materials to enter a mixing head, and the A, B material feeding is generally considered to be synchronous and proportioned in the prior art. However, the A, B materials have different viscosities and material properties, and the accuracy of the ball valve is insufficient, so that the raw materials entering the mixing head at the opening and closing moments are asynchronous and are not proportioned. In actual foaming, materials with unbalanced proportion of the front section and the tail end are removed, and the materials cannot be mixed into a mold, so that a large amount of waste of raw materials is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, provides a polyurethane foaming machine, achieves the aim of adjusting A, B material flow synchronism and proportioning, reduces the materials with maladjusted front and tail end proportion, saves raw materials and improves the product quality.

Through analyzing the materials with unbalanced mixture ratio of the front section and the tail section of A, B materials flowing into the mixing head, the mixture ratio difference of A, B materials is found, the proportion of the material A is higher when the mixing head is started, and the material A is slightly faster than the material B to be firstly out; according to the invention, the position of the rectangular groove is changed, so that the axis of at least one rectangular groove deviates from the axis of the valve rod, the valve rod drives the valve core to rotate, and the position of the valve core channel deviates before opening, so that the proportion of the B material is increased or the proportion of the A material is reduced during opening, and the A, B materials synchronously flow and proportionally enter the mixing head.

Referring to fig. 1, the polyurethane foaming machine of the present invention comprises a first ball valve, a second ball valve, a rod 6 movable up and down, a material a feeding pipe 13 and a material B feeding pipe 12; the first ball valve comprises a first valve body 1, a first valve rod 2 and a first valve core 3, the first valve body 1 is connected with a material B feeding pipe 12, and one end of the first valve rod 2 is provided with a first rectangular groove 4; the second ball valve comprises a second valve body 7, a second valve rod 8 and a second valve core 9, the second valve body 7 is connected with a material A feeding pipe 13, one end of the second valve rod 8 is provided with a second rectangular groove 10, and the axis of at least one of the first rectangular groove 4 and the second rectangular groove 10 deviates from the axis of the corresponding valve rod; the two sides of the rod capable of moving up and down are respectively provided with a first connecting piece 5 and a second connecting piece 11, the first connecting piece 5 is arranged in the first rectangular groove 4, and the second connecting piece 11 is arranged in the second rectangular groove 10.

The metering system controls the flow of A, B material in the mechanical foaming, and the cylinder drive opens A, B material valve simultaneously and makes A, B material get into the mixing head, because A, B material viscosity, the material nature is different, and the precision of ball valve is not enough, and the raw materials that get into the mixing head in the moment of opening and closing are asynchronous, not proportioned. Through the independent analysis and research on the materials with unbalanced mixture ratio of the front section and the tail end, the mixture ratio of A, B materials is found to be poor, and the proportion of the A materials is higher when the material is started. The proportion of the material B must be increased or the proportion of the material A must be reduced to make the mixture meet the technical requirements.

When the axis of the first rectangular groove 4 of the first ball valve connected with the material B deviates upwards from the axis of the first valve rod 2, the first valve rod 2 drives the first valve core 3 to rotate, the channel of the first valve core 3 deviates downwards in the opening direction, when the valve is opened by pushing the rod 6 capable of moving up and down under the condition that the original position of the material A channel is unchanged, the material B is increased, and the flow of the material A, B enters the mixing head synchronously and proportionally.

When the axis of a second rectangular groove 10 of a second ball valve connected with the material A deviates downwards from a second valve rod 8, the second valve rod 8 drives a second valve core 9 to rotate, and a channel of the second valve core 9 deviates towards the direction opposite to the opening direction; under the condition that the original position of the material B channel is not changed, when the rod 6 capable of moving up and down is pushed to open the valve, the material A is reduced, and the A, B materials synchronously flow and enter the mixing head in a proportioning manner.

When the axis of the first rectangular groove 4 of the first ball valve connected with the material B deviates upwards from the axis of the first valve rod 2, the first valve rod 2 drives the first valve core 3 to rotate, and the channel of the first valve core 3 deviates downwards, namely the opening direction; when the axis of a second rectangular groove 10 of a second ball valve connected with the material A deviates downwards from a second valve rod 8, the second valve rod 8 drives a second valve core 9 to rotate, and a channel of the second valve core 9 deviates towards the direction opposite to the opening direction; the position of the passage deviation of the first spool 3 is larger than the position of the passage deviation of the second spool 9; when the valve is opened by pushing the rod 6 which can move up and down, the material B is increased, the material A is reduced, the increased amount of the material B is greater than the reduced amount of the material A, and the A, B materials enter the mixing head synchronously at the flow rate and in proportion.
