Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, left, right, top, bottom" is generally made with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction. The term "inside" and "outside" refer to the inside and the outside of the contour of each member itself. In addition, "a plurality" referred to in the present invention means two or more and includes two.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.

According to one aspect of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for recycling wastewater of a washing machine, comprising the steps of:

s1: introducing the waste water washed or rinsed by the washing machine into an electric flocculation container 21, and optionally carrying out electric flocculation reaction on the waste water;

s2: standing after treatment to precipitate flocculated slag and make the flocculated slag reach treatment water;

s3: filtering flocculate residues of the treated water through a filtering unit 26 positioned at the bottom of the electric flocculation container 21 to obtain circulating water; wherein, the filtering unit can be realized by a filter such as a filter screen;

s4: the circulating water is transferred into the tub 11 of the washing machine.

In the invention, the washing and rinsing sewage is treated and stored by adopting the electric flocculation method, and the treated water is recycled, so that the water can be effectively saved, and the washing machine does not need a sewage treatment device and a reuse water storage container at the same time, thereby simplifying the structure, reducing the volume of the washing machine and being convenient for transportation and use. When the electric flocculation treatment is used for purifying the laundry wastewater, ions generated by the electric flocculation form various hydroxyl complexes, polynuclear hydroxyl complexes or hydroxides, and react with stains and detergents in the washing water to generate floccules, and the floccules are coagulated and precipitated, so that water and pollutants are separated, and the purpose of purification is achieved.

Wherein, in order to further save water, preferably, the control method comprises the following steps:

s5: and detecting the amount of the circulating water in the water containing barrel 11, and injecting purified water into the water containing barrel 11 until the amount of the circulating water reaches the preset water consumption of subsequent rinsing. Wherein the preset amount of water is positively correlated with the weight of the laundry at the time of the rinsing or washing. That is, the preset amount of water can be determined according to the weight of the laundry to be rinsed or washed, and the heavier the laundry is, the more the preset amount of water is required. Additionally, the method further comprises: s6: a rinsing process is performed.

Correspondingly, the washing machine includes a detection unit for detecting whether the water in the tub 11 reaches a preset water usage amount (where the preset water usage amount includes a preset water usage amount for rinsing and a water usage amount for washing, which may be determined according to the weight of the laundry), and the detection unit is electrically connected to the control unit. If the amount of the circulating water detected by the detection unit reaches a preset water consumption amount for rinsing, the control unit controls to execute a rinsing program, and if the amount of the circulating water detected by the detection unit does not reach the preset water consumption amount for rinsing, purified water (such as tap water, reclaimed water and the like, wherein the purified water can be injected through a water inlet pipe 12 connected above a water containing barrel 11, and the water inlet amount is controlled through a water inlet valve 13 arranged on the water inlet pipe 12) is injected into the water containing barrel until the preset water consumption amount for rinsing is reached, and then the rinsing program is executed.

Further, in order to meet the requirements of different customers, the control method further comprises the following steps:

s7: detecting the turbidity of the rinsing water after the last rinsing, and if the turbidity of the rinsing water is greater than a preset threshold, returning to step S1, wherein the rinsing water is introduced into the electroflocculation container 21 as the washing or rinsing wastewater; otherwise, the rinse water is drained out of the washing machine.

Further, a filtering unit 26 is arranged at the purified water outlet 25 to separate flocculate and clean water from the circulating water circulating in the water tub, so that the purified circulating water after the electric flocculation treatment can flow back to the water tub. Wherein, for the convenience of replacement and installation, the filtering unit 26 is preferably disposed outside the electrocoagulation container 21 and at the bottom of the electrocoagulation container 21.

In the invention, the washing program, the rinsing program and the sewage treatment program are combined, so that the cyclic utilization of the washing water is realized, and the sewage treatment device and the reuse water storage container are finally integrated, so that the washing machine has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, remarkable water-saving effect and low manufacturing cost. The washing machine provided by the invention purifies the washing water and the rinsing water by an electrochemical method on the basis of the existing washing mode, and the purified water is recycled, so that the aim of saving water is fulfilled.

In addition, be provided with flocculation thing automatic collection unit in the electric flocculation treatment container 21, like this, the flocculation thing sediment that produces can in time be collected through flocculation thing automatic collection unit and get up to drain off in the electric flocculation treatment in-process to reduce the pollution of flocculation thing sediment to the electric flocculation treatment unit on the one hand, on the other hand reduces the burden of filter unit.
