the conveying device comprises a first rotating wheel (1), a second rotating wheel (20), a conveying belt (2) and a rotating wheel driving motor, wherein the rotating wheel driving motor is connected with the first rotating wheel (1) or the second rotating wheel (20) through a transmission mechanism, the first rotating wheel (1) and the second rotating wheel (20) are respectively arranged at two ends of an inner cavity channel of the furnace body (3), the conveying belt (2) is arranged on the first rotating wheel (1) and the second rotating wheel (20), at least one container (9) is fixedly arranged on the conveying belt (2), an RFID label is arranged on any one container (9),

the first RFID reader (5), the second RFID reader (15) and the third RFID reader (18) are respectively connected with a control unit through data lines, any one of the first temperature detectors is respectively connected with the control unit through a signal line, and the control unit is connected with a control end of the material throwing device (4), a control end of the heating device (7), a control end of the automatic code spraying device (16) and a control end of the automatic detection packaging device (17) through control lines.

The invention aims to provide a food baking method, which aims to solve the technical problems of inaccurate temperature control, large energy waste, uneven heating of food, incapability of tracking temperature parameter change in the food production process and foreign matter pollution in the prior art.

The food baking method comprises a process of transferring heat energy to food, wherein the food is placed in a container in the process of transferring heat energy to the food, an RFID label is arranged on the container, the container with the food is moved in a closed channel by a conveyer belt, information of the RFID label is read by a first RFID reader at the inlet end of the closed channel and is transferred to a control unit through a data line, more than two processing stations are arranged at intervals along the running direction of the conveyer belt in the closed channel, information of the RFID label is read by a second RFID reader arranged at each processing station and is transferred to the control unit through the data line, and when the container passes through the processing stations, the heating device arranged at the processing station is controlled by the control unit to heat the food, meanwhile, the temperature of the food is measured by a first temperature detector arranged at the position of the processing station and is transmitted to the control unit through a signal line, the information of the RFID tag is read by a third RFID reader at the outlet end of the closed channel and is transmitted to the control unit through a data line, and the control unit records the surface temperature of the food, the temperature of the container, the working condition parameters of the heating device, the information of the RFID tag and the time when the container passes through the first RFID reader, all the second RFID readers and the third RFID reader into a memory.

Further, a vessel is made of a magnetic conductive metal material, an induction heating coil is provided at each processing station, and the vessel is heated by the induction heating coil when passing through the induction heating coil.

any one of the heating devices respectively comprises a superheated steam generating device, the lower end of any one of the superheated steam generating devices is respectively connected with a steam spray pipe, the steam spray pipes are arranged above the conveying belt, a third RFID reader is respectively arranged below any one of the heating devices, a first temperature detector is respectively arranged between any one of the heating devices and the conveying belt,

the first RFID reader, the second RFID reader and the third RFID reader are respectively connected with a control unit through data lines, any one of the first temperature detectors is respectively connected with the control unit through a signal line, and the control unit is connected with a control end of the material feeding device, a control end of the heating device, a control end of the automatic code spraying device and a control end of the automatic detection packaging device through control lines.

Furthermore, each steam spray pipe is provided with a steam regulating valve, each steam regulating valve is composed of an electromagnetic valve, and the control end of each steam regulating valve is connected with the control unit through a control line.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has positive and obvious effect. The food is directly heated by steam, so that the heat transmission efficiency is improved, the energy waste is reduced, the surface of the food is heated by the steam, the bottom of the food is heated by the container, the container transmits the heat generated by the induction heating coil to the bottom of the food through the heat conduction layer, the food is heated more uniformly, the quality and the qualification rate of the product are improved, the production management process based on RFID is also arranged, the temperature state of single food can be controlled, the parameters such as the temperature state in the production process of the product and the like have traceability, the furnace body is provided with the outer cover, the furnace body is a relatively closed space, and the risk of foreign matter entering in the environment is reduced.
