Background

The plastic packing bag is a kind of packing bag which uses plastic as raw material and is used for producing various articles in daily life, and is widely used in daily life and industrial production, the common plastic packing bag is mostly a film which is made by using polyethylene as inner layer material and compounding PET, PET aluminizing, aluminum foil, PA and other materials, the film is nontoxic, so it can be used for containing food, the other film is made of polyvinyl chloride, the polyvinyl chloride itself is also nontoxic, but the additive added according to the purpose of the film is harmful to human body, and has a certain toxicity, so the film and the plastic bag made of the film are not suitable for containing food.

In the production process of the plastic packaging bag, heat sealing or hot cutting processing is required, the hot cutting processing enables the packaging bag bodies to be separated, the heat sealing carries out hot melting on the plastic film, the hot cutting processing generally adopts the hot cloth to wrap the hot cutter, the heat of the hot cutter is transmitted to the plastic packaging bag through the hot cloth, so that the problem of quality of the plastic packaging bag caused by the fact that the hot cutter directly contacts the plastic packaging bag can be avoided, however, the method for wrapping the hot cutter by the hot cloth is not perfect, the hot cloth can gradually stick plastic materials on the surface along with the increase of the use times and the use time, the plastic materials can form plastic particles sticking on the hot cloth, and the particles can bring destructive damage to the plastic packaging bag when the hot cloth operates along with the hot cutter, namely, where the plastic particles are stuck, all can directly scald a aperture with the plastic packaging bag of hot cutting position, influence product quality, scald cloth moreover and can turn yellow gradually along with the use, turn black, burnt paste even, directly glue plastic packaging bag, the heat-seal is the same with hot cutting principle.

Therefore, the problem to be solved by the inventor is to design the adhesive tape which is resistant to high temperature, prevents from being adhered with plastics, has long service life and replaces the ironing cloth.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the high-temperature-resistant anti-sticking adhesive tape for plastic packaging production, which can realize the functions of high temperature resistance, prevention of sticking of plastics, long service life and replacement of cloth ironing.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the high-temperature-resistant anti-sticking adhesive tape for plastic packaging production comprises a mixed coating and a high polymer material layer, wherein the surface of the high polymer material layer is coated with the mixed coating, and the mixed coating comprises a main agent, a curing agent and dry-type composite glue.

Further, the thickness of the adhesive tape is 0.04mm to 0.05 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, by adjusting the proportion of the main agent and the curing agent in the hot melt adhesive, the dry-type composite glue is mixed and then coated on the high polymer material to form the adhesive tape, and replaces the hot cloth to be directly matched with the heat sealing head and the hot cutter for use, so that the functions of high temperature resistance, prevention of sticking of plastics, long service life and replacement of the hot cloth are realized.
