Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1, a vertical cross-sectional view of a shield construction track structure of the present invention is shown. Fig. 2 is a transverse sectional view of the shield construction track structure of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the shield construction track structure of the present invention includes:

the plurality of sleepers 20 are laid on the segment 10 at intervals along the direction of the segment 10 of the shield, and the sleepers 20 are connected to the segment 10 through limiting parts;

a pair of rails 30 inserted into the sleepers 20 and disposed opposite to each other; and

one end of the pull rod 40 is detachably fixed to the corresponding rail 30, and ends of the pair of pull rods 40 between the pair of rails 30 are butted and adjustably fixed to each other, thereby pulling the pair of rails 30.

As a preferred embodiment of the shield construction track structure of the present invention, the ends of the pair of tie rods 40 between the pair of tracks 30 are provided with external threads, and the pair of tie rods are threadedly coupled through the sleeve 50. The pull rod is convenient to install and replace. When the operation space on the two sides of the track is limited, the pull rod can penetrate through the corresponding track from the space between the pair of tracks, so that the operation is convenient.

In this embodiment, the curvature of the underside of tie 20 is adapted to the curvature of segment 10. The tie 20 has a thickness such that a retaining groove can be provided.

The track 30 is of an i-steel structure and comprises a vertical web plate, and an upper wing plate and a lower wing plate which are fixed at two ends of the web plate from top to bottom.

The width of the limiting groove is matched with the lower wing plate of the track 30.

Further, when the tie 20 is provided with the limiting groove, a protrusion 21 is formed to be correspondingly inserted between the limiting block 60 and the lower wing plate, so as to further limit the rail 30 and the tie 20.

In this embodiment, the limiting member is a steel bar, one end of the steel bar is fixed to the sleeper 20, and the other end of the steel bar is fixedly connected to the connecting bolt of the duct piece 10.

The invention also provides a construction method of the shield construction track structure, which comprises the following steps:

providing a plurality of sleepers 20 and limiting pieces, laying the sleepers 20 on the segment 10 at intervals along the moving direction of the segment 10 of the shield, and connecting the sleepers 20 to the segment 10 through the limiting pieces;

providing a pair of rails 30, and inserting the pair of rails 30 on the sleeper 20 and arranging the rails oppositely; and

a pair of tie rods 40 are provided, one end of each tie rod 40 is detachably fixed to the corresponding rail 30, and ends of the tie rods 40 between the rails 30 are butted against each other and adjustably fixed, thereby tying the rails 30.

As a preferred embodiment of the construction method of the shield construction track structure according to the present invention, a sleeve 50 is provided, and the ends of the pair of tie rods 40 between the pair of tracks 30 are provided with external threads, and the sleeve 50 is fitted over the ends of the tie rods between the pair of tracks 30, so that the pair of tie rods 40 are screwed together by the sleeve.

In this embodiment, the end of one opposing tie rod 40 is a positive wire and the end of the other tie rod 40 is a negative wire. The inner wall of the sleeve 50 is provided with a positive wire and a negative wire which are matched.

In the embodiment, the inner diameter of the duct piece is 5500mm, the width of the duct piece is 1200mm, the thickness of the duct piece is 350mm, the rail is 43kg/M, the rail is M16, the rail is fixed by a bolt with the length of 50mm, and the sleeper is fixed by welding through a phi 10 steel bar.
