Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging mechanical equipment, in particular to a flower basket barrel cover opener and a using method thereof.

Background

The coating and the paint are usually packaged and transported by a flower basket barrel made of tin-plated plates. The flower basket barrel comprises a barrel body and a flower basket cover. The mouth edge of the barrel body is provided with an outward flange, and the flower basket cover is provided with a plurality of easily-deformed deformation sheets. During packaging, the flower basket cover is buckled on the barrel body and is extruded through the cover clamping device, so that the deformation sheet is tightly buckled with the outward flanging of the barrel body to realize buckling of the flower basket cover and the barrel body. The buckling mode is safe and reliable, has excellent sealing performance, and is very suitable for packaging and transporting liquid substances. However, when opening the flower basket barrel, because the deformation piece of flower basket lid is very tight along the interlock with the staving mouth, the deformation piece is provided with ten more usually, hardly pries the deformation piece with the cutter and opens the flower basket barrel, and is very consuming time to, the flower basket lid adopts very thin iron sheet preparation usually, and the iron sheet of tearing is very sharp, has certain potential safety hazard.

Therefore, how to design a flower basket barrel cover opener capable of keeping a barrel body intact and opening a cover quickly is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention mainly aims to provide a cover opener for a flower basket barrel and a using method thereof, which can quickly and labor-saving open all deformation sheets of the flower basket cover at one time, so that the barrel body is completely reserved and can be repeatedly used.

In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention can be implemented in a number of ways different from those described herein and similar generalizations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

A cover opener for a flower basket barrel is disclosed, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the flower basket barrel comprises a flower basket cover 1 and a barrel body 2, the edge of the flower basket cover 1 is provided with a plurality of deformation sheets 101 perpendicular to the cover bottom, and each deformation sheet 101 is provided with a cover opening 102; an opening edge convex rib 201 and an opening cover convex rib 202 which are convex outwards are arranged in parallel on the opening edge of the barrel body 2; when the flower basket cover 1 is locked with the barrel body 2, the cover opening convex rib 202 is positioned at the lower side of the cover opening hole 102 and jacks up the lower end of the deformation sheet 101;

Since the number of the pry bars 5 is equal to the number of the deformation pieces 101, that is, each pry bar 5 corresponds to one deformation piece 101, all the deformation pieces 101 can be simultaneously broken at one time to open the basket cover 1. By using the cover opener for the flower basket barrel, the cover of the flower basket barrel is convenient and labor-saving, and the opened barrel body 2 is intact and can be used for multiple times. Due to the addition of the spring pin 7, workers do not need to observe one by one when inserting the prying hook into the cover opening hole, and only need to apply enough downward force to the guide column as long as the size design is reasonable, so that the lower surface of the pressure plate 3 is in contact with the top surface of the flower basket cover 1, and the time for inserting the prying hook 501 into the cover opening hole 102 is shortened.

The specific position of the uplink limiting table 11 needs to satisfy: when the lifting disk 4 moves upwards to abut against the ascending limiting table 11, the prying hook 501 clamps the inner wall of the deformation sheet 101 below the cover lifting hole 102.

Exemplarily, the following is a use method of the flower basket barrel cover opener:

in a first step, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the flower basket cover 1 is put on the tub 2 filled with paint. And pulling the handle 8 upwards to enable the lifting disc 4 to move upwards until the lifting disc is contacted with the lower surface of the upper limit table 11.
