Background

In an electric power system, a substation is an oil consumer. The main waste of the substation contains the waste transformer oil. With the increasing environmental requirements, the complexity and ambiguity of the major hazardous substances in waste oils and the increasing dosage of toxic additives, the treatment and regeneration of oils are limited. At present, the scrapping of seriously degraded transformer oil in China lacks a unified evaluation method and standard, the scrapping of different types and different degradation degrees, the failure of the transformer oil lacks scientific classification and grading management, the harmfulness of the returned transformer oil to the environment lacks correct knowledge, and the further recycling and safe disposal of the oil are seriously influenced and restricted.

The method for treating the deteriorated transformer oil in China mostly adopts the traditional acid-alkali clay method for regeneration, and the method is labor-consuming and time-consuming and pollutes the environment. In the existing advanced treatment methods, various adsorbents or adsorption devices are usually adopted to adsorb and remove impurities from the insulating oil.

However, the above designs all have the same problem that the adsorbent or the adsorption device adsorbs a large amount of impurities in the working process as the operation time increases, thereby causing the reduction of the adsorption efficiency and even the complete failure. And above-mentioned design all can't provide the online clearance impurity that does not shut down, need shut down, unpacks the device apart, artificially changes the adsorbent, perhaps clears up the adsorption equipment, handles like this and not only wastes time and energy, causes the material extravagant, has still caused a large amount of processes to pile up, influences the normal operating of transformer. Therefore, it is necessary to design a device to monitor the working state of the adsorbent and automatically purify the adsorbent, and to purify the adsorbent or clean the adsorption device on line without stopping the device.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an automatic purifying device for transformer insulating oil adsorbent and a using method thereof.

In the preferred scheme, the upper surface of the tank body 1 is connected with a controller 9; the first pressure sensor 81 and the second pressure sensor 82 are connected to the input of the controller 9; the electric heater 5 and the vibration motor 7 are connected to an output terminal of the controller 9. The structure is simple, when in use, the controller 9 selects a Siemens S7-300 PLC controller, and keyboard equipment and a display can be optionally installed to be matched with the controller.

In a preferred embodiment, the method for using the transformer insulating oil adsorbent automatic purification device comprises the following steps:

s1, through experiments, the content of impurities in the adsorbent is related to the pressure values of the oil inlet and the oil outlet, and a correlation function is established, so that the correlation sensor and the controller 9 are set;

s2, when the air conditioner runs normally, the air inlet and the air outlet are closed; judging whether adsorbent purification is needed or not according to the difference value of the pressure at the oil inlet pipe 31 and the pressure at the oil outlet pipe 32;

s3, when purification is needed, closing the valve of the oil inlet pipe 31, opening the air inlet pipe 21, pumping the insulating oil in the tank body 1, and then closing the valve of the oil outlet pipe 32;

s4, opening the air extracting pump 22 to fill the tank body 1 with air, and then closing the air inlet pipe 21 and the air extracting pump 22;

s5, turning on the electric heater 5, and setting the heating temperature to be lower than the burning point or the melting point of the adsorbent material; impurities in the adsorbent are heated and incinerated through the thermal resistor 51, after a certain time, the heater is turned off, and heat dissipation and cooling can be accelerated through the heat dissipation plate 11;

s6, opening the air inlet pipe 21, the air suction pump 22 and the exhaust pipe 23, simultaneously enabling the vibration motor 7 to start working, shaking off combustion ash and smoke dust in the adsorption device 4, pumping the combustion ash and smoke dust out of the tank body 1 through the air path system, and enabling the combustion ash and smoke dust to enter the dust remover 6 for collection;

s7, closing the valve of the gas circuit system, opening the valve of the oil inlet pipe 31 and the valve of the oil outlet pipe 32, and making the tank body 1 access the insulating oil purification cycle again.

When the automatic purifying device for the transformer insulating oil adsorbent is installed and used, the gas path system vertically penetrates through the interior of the tank body 1 and is matched with the tank body 1; the oil way system horizontally penetrates through the tank body 1 and is matched with the tank body 1; the adsorption device 4 is connected inside the tank body 1, and an adsorbent is placed inside the adsorption device 4; the electric heater 5 is arranged on the top of the tank body 1 and is connected and matched with the thermal resistor 51; the thermal resistor 51 is disposed inside the adsorption device 4 and is in contact with the adsorbent. The device installs heating device additional in the adsorbent, sets up the pressure sensor of high accuracy at the oil circuit mouth of pipe, links up pressure variation and the impurity volume in the adsorbent through the experiment, through the automatic control that the data supported, heats the burning to the impurity in the adsorbent, and degree of automation is high, can clear up impurity on line, greatly reduced intensity of labour.

During the use, jar body 1 is the cavity cuboid structure, and the front side surface is connected with bellied heating panel 11, and heating panel 11 is used for heating the faster heat dissipation after burning, avoids jar body 1 inside high temperature to influence the reinjection into of insulating oil.

When in use, the gas path system comprises a gas inlet pipe 21, a suction pump 22 and a gas outlet pipe 23; the air inlet pipe 21 is connected with the upper surface of the tank body 1, the air inlet end of the air pump 22 is connected with the lower surface of the tank body 1, the air outlet pipe 23 is connected with the air outlet end of the air pump 22, and the air inlet pipe 21 is used for sucking air so that enough oxygen is available in the tank body 1 for impurity combustion; the suction pump 22 serves both to draw in air and to draw out burned impurities from the exhaust pipe 23.

During the use, intake pipe 21 section facial make-up is equipped with filter screen 24, and filter screen 24 can effectively the separation foreign particles in the outside gas, has improved the effect of edulcoration work.

When in use, one end of the exhaust pipe 23 is connected with the dust remover 6, and the dust remover 6 adopts a proper blue YL-3001A dust recovery device; the smoke and ash after burning are extracted by the exhaust pipe 23 and enter the dust remover 6 for treatment, thus preventing the direct discharge into the atmosphere to cause environmental pollution and improving the environmental protection of the device.

When in use, the oil circuit system comprises an oil inlet pipe 31 and an oil outlet pipe 32; the oil inlet pipe 31 is connected to one side of the tank body 1, the oil outlet pipe 32 is connected to the other side of the tank body 1 opposite to the other side, when adsorbent purification is required, the oil inlet pipe 31 is closed, and the insulating oil in the oil outlet pipe 32 is pumped out, so that a working environment is provided for heating and incineration operation.

When in use, the adsorption device 4 comprises a rectangular area surrounded by the screen plate 41, and the screen plate 41 is provided with meshes with proper sizes, so that the insulating oil can permeate through the mesh, and meanwhile, the adsorbent is prevented from leaking into the insulating oil.

When the tank is used, one side of the screen plate 41 is connected with a vibration motor 7, the top of the vibration motor 7 is connected with the inner wall of the tank body 1, and the vibration motor 7 is in an RF-385 model; the vibration motor 7 is used in cooperation with the electric heater 5, and vibrates while heating, so that ash dust can fall out of the screen plate 41, and impurity removal can be performed conveniently.

When in use, the gas path system and the oil path system are both provided with valves; a first pressure sensor 81 is arranged in the pipe orifice of the oil inlet pipe 31, a second pressure sensor 82 is arranged in the pipe orifice of the oil outlet pipe 32, and the sensors are JY-P300 oil pressure sensors; when the content of impurities in the adsorbent is increased, the insulating oil pressure value of an oil pipeline is correspondingly changed, the change rule is determined through experiments, and the pressure value is set; when the pressure value reaches the set value, the valve of the closed oil circuit system is controlled, heating, burning and dust removing are carried out after oil pumping, the automation degree is high, the tank body 1 does not need to be disassembled to replace the adsorbent, and the adsorbent is automatically purified on line without stopping.

When the device is used, through experiments, the content of impurities in the adsorbent is related to the pressure values of the oil inlet and the oil outlet, a correlation function is established, and a correlation sensor and the controller 9 are set; when the air conditioner operates normally, the air inlet and the air outlet are closed; judging whether adsorbent purification is needed or not according to the difference value of the pressure at the oil inlet pipe 31 and the pressure at the oil outlet pipe 32; when purification is required, the valve of the oil inlet pipe 31 is closed, the air inlet pipe 21 is opened, the insulating oil in the tank body 1 is pumped, and then the valve of the oil outlet pipe 32 is closed; then, the air suction pump 22 is opened to fill the inside of the tank body 1 with air, and then the air inlet pipe 21 and the air suction pump 22 are closed; then, the electric heater 5 is started, and the heating temperature is set to be lower than the burning point or the melting point of the adsorbent material; impurities in the adsorbent are heated and incinerated through the thermal resistor 51, after a certain time, the heater is turned off, and heat dissipation and cooling can be accelerated through the heat dissipation plate 11; then, opening an air inlet pipe 21, an air suction pump 22 and an exhaust pipe 23, simultaneously enabling a vibration motor 7 to work, shaking off combustion ash and smoke dust in the adsorption device 4, pumping out the combustion ash and smoke dust from the tank body 1 through an air path system, and enabling the combustion ash and smoke dust to enter a dust remover 6 for collection treatment; after the purification is completed, the valve of the gas path system is closed, and the valve of the oil inlet pipe 31 and the valve of the oil outlet pipe 32 are opened, so that the tank body 1 is connected to the insulating oil purification cycle again.
