1. An assembly operation platform of a cabin body of a closed cylinder type aircraft structure is characterized by comprising an extravehicular combined operation platform, an extravehicular operation platform, an intravehicular operation platform and a cabin entering platform;

Technical Field

The invention relates to final assembly operation platform equipment, in particular to a final assembly operation platform for a cabin of a closed cylinder type aircraft structure.

Background

The final assembly operation platform equipment is a special final assembly operation platform tool for a lunar exploration three-phase orbiter cabin body (mainly comprising a propulsion instrument cabin, a butt joint cabin and a support cabin) and a returner. Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides an assembly operation platform for cabin of closed-barrel aircraft structure, which can meet the requirements of assembly operation of cabin at different locations such as outside cabin and inside cabin by setting different combinations.

An assembly operation platform of a cabin body of a closed cylinder type aircraft structure comprises an extravehicular combined operation platform, an extravehicular operation platform, an intravehicular operation platform and a cabin entering platform;

the extravehicular combined operating platform is formed by combining at least two independent operating platforms into a surrounding type configuration and is used for carrying out operation of the cabin body;

the cabin upper operating platform is formed by combining four platforms, is fixedly connected to the upper part of the cabin body through a connecting hole and is used for partitioning the space at the upper part of the cabin body;

the cabin interior operation platform is formed by connecting a connecting frame and a flat plate, and the connecting frame of the cabin interior operation platform is fixedly connected with the connecting ring of the cabin interior feedback device;

the upper part of the cabin entering platform is fixedly connected with the upper end frame of the cabin body, and the lower part of the cabin entering platform is connected with the cabin interior operating platform.

Preferably, the independent operation platform of the extravehicular combined operation platform comprises an escalator and a corner.

Preferably, the cabin interior operating platform comprises a connecting ring, an outer plate, an inner plate and the like, the outer plate and the inner plate are connected through screws with the connecting ring to form a platform, the platform is positioned on the same plane, and the connecting frame is connected with the connecting end face in the cabin body through screws;

preferably, the upper part of the cabin entering platform is connected with four screws of the front end frame of the cabin body, and the lower part of the cabin entering platform is connected with the cabin interior operating platform through an adjusting device.

Preferably, the height of the extravehicular combined operation platform is 1800mm, the width of the extravehicular combined operation platform is 550mm, and the height of the platform handrail is 800 mm.

Detailed Description

The apparatus for assembling an operation platform for a cabin of a closed-barrel aircraft structure according to the invention will be described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.

Fig. 1(a) shows an extravehicular combined operation platform of an assembled operation platform of a cabin of a closed-barrel type aircraft structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2(a) to 2(g) are single-piece and various combined views of the extravehicular combined operation platform of an assembled operation platform of a cabin of a closed-barrel type aircraft structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2(h) is a schematic view of the assembled operating platform with the cabin assembled and the cabin out of the cabin; the extravehicular combined operation platform adopts different combinations to form the operation platform according to final assembly requirements, so that the final assembly operation requirements of extravehicular operation of the closed cabin body in various states can be ensured, and the safety and accessibility of the final assembly are ensured. The combined operating platform outside the cabin is in a surrounding type structure, and is formed by combining a single platform, an escalator, a corner and the like, wherein the single platform is provided with an independent operating platform and can be combined into various combinations according to the operating requirements. The on-cabin operating platform consists of four flat plate assemblies, and is formed by connecting screws with the cabin body. The general assembly operation on the closed cabin body cabin is preferably realized, and the general assembly operation of different products on the cabin is adapted.

The cabin entering platform shown in fig. 1(d) is a cabin entering platform for enabling a closed cabin body to enter a cabin, the upper end of the cabin entering platform is connected with the front end face of the cabin body through screws, the bottom of the cabin entering platform is connected with an operation platform in the cabin, and the height of the cabin entering platform is adjusted through an adjusting device, so that the cabin entering platform is stably connected, and operators can safely enter the closed cabin body. The final assembly operation in the closed cabin is preferably realized, and the final assembly operation in different areas in the cabin is adapted.

Fig. 8 is a schematic view of an extravehicular combined operation platform, an entry platform and an intra-cabin operation condition of the equipment for assembling the operation platform of the cabin of the closed barrel type aircraft structure according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates a process in which the operation in a certain cabin section is realized by using the general assembly operation platform of the cabin of the closed barrel type aircraft structure according to the present invention, and a general assembly operator enters the cabin through the combined operation platform and the entry platform and performs a general assembly operation on the cabin through the intra-cabin operation platform. The general assembly operation platform for the cabin body of the closed cylinder type aircraft structure comprises an extravehicular combined operation platform, an extravehicular operation platform, an intravehicular operation platform and a cabin entering platform, wherein the extravehicular combined operation platform is formed by combining a plurality of independent operation platforms; the operating platform on the cabin is combined by a plurality of platforms and is connected and fixed by a connecting hole on the upper end frame of the cabin body; the cabin operation platform is formed by connecting a connecting ring and a flat plate; the cabin entering platform is mainly connected with the upper end of the cabin body and is fixed with the cabin interior operating platform.

According to the characteristics of the outer envelope, the operating height, the inner space and the like of the cabin body, the operating platform conforming to the structural characteristics of the cabin body is designed, wherein the combined operating platform outside the cabin is in an enclosed configuration, the height of the platform is 1800mm, the width of the platform is 550mm, the length of a single platform is determined according to the envelope size of a track device, the height of a platform handrail is 800mm, and the single platform can be independently used as the operating platform or combined into operating platforms in different states. The cabin upper operating platform consists of 2 flat plate assemblies 1 and 2 flat plate assemblies 2, and the installation connecting interface is matched with the cabin body front end frame connecting hole. The cabin operation platform comprises a connecting ring, an outer plate, an inner plate and the like, and the connecting ring installation connecting interface is matched with the connecting ring interface of the returning device. The cabin entering platform consists of a ladder and a platform, and the connecting ports are matched with the frame connecting ports at the front end of the cabin body and have 4 connecting holes in total.

While specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, it will be appreciated that those skilled in the art, upon attaining an understanding of the foregoing may readily produce alterations to, variations of, and equivalents to these embodiments. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
