Background

The rubber is used as a manufacturing raw material of industrial equipment and daily necessities, plays a very important role in industrial production, medical treatment and health and daily life, is one of the forward power of economic wheels in the world, and is also an important economic support in many countries. The rubber collecting method used in the prior art is characterized in that a rubber collecting container is fixed at a rubber tapping opening of a rubber tree, a baffle is arranged above the rubber tapping opening, impurities such as rainwater and leaves are prevented from entering the rubber collecting container through the baffle, but an open type rubber collecting container is used, so that the impurities such as the rainwater and the leaves still enter the rubber collecting container, and the rubber in the rubber collecting container is easily exposed in the air to accelerate the oxidation of the rubber.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a rubber collecting device, and aims to provide a rubber collecting device which can reduce impurities and rubber oxidation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a glue collecting device, including:

the glue container is internally provided with a containing cavity and a glue inlet, and the glue inlet is communicated with the containing cavity; and

the rubber guide pipe, the both ends of rubber guide pipe are equipped with the rubber mouth and the glue outlet of leading that are linked together respectively, lead the gum mouth be used for with the rubber tapping mouth intercommunication of rubber tree, the glue outlet with advance the gum mouth intercommunication, just advance the inner wall of gum mouth with the outer wall laminating setting of rubber guide pipe.

In an embodiment of the present invention, an annular rubber ring is disposed on an inner wall of the rubber inlet, and the annular rubber ring is sleeved on one end of the rubber guide tube, which is communicated with the rubber inlet.

In an embodiment of the invention, a protruding block is arranged on an outer pipe wall of one end of the rubber guide pipe, which is communicated with the rubber inlet, and the annular rubber ring is sleeved on one side of the protruding block, which is far away from the rubber outlet, and is abutted against the protruding block.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the protruding blocks are disposed in a plurality, and the protruding blocks are disposed at intervals along a circumferential direction of the rubber guiding tube.

and communicating a glue inlet of the glue container with a glue outlet of the glue guide tube so as to enable the inner wall of the glue inlet to be attached to the outer wall of the glue guide tube.

In an embodiment of the present invention, before the step of connecting the glue inlet of the glue container to the glue outlet of the glue guiding tube, the method further includes:

an annular rubber ring is arranged on the inner wall of the rubber inlet, and a convex block is arranged on the outer pipe wall of one end of the rubber guide pipe communicated with the rubber inlet, so that the convex block deviates from one side of the rubber outlet and is abutted to the convex block.

In this embodiment, the rubber container 10 may be a bag-shaped or a pot-shaped structure having a cavity 11, and the rubber is accommodated in the cavity 11. Of course, there are other embodiments, and those skilled in the art can reasonably and effectively set the above concept, and the detailed description is omitted here.

When the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is attached to the outer wall of the glue guiding tube 20, a plurality of bumps 222 are arranged on the outer wall of the glue guiding tube 20, an annular rubber ring 121 is arranged on the inner wall of the glue inlet 12, and the annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on the bumps 222 and is abutted against the bumps 222; or, the outer wall of the rubber guide tube 20 is provided with an annular groove 223, and the annular rubber ring 121 of the rubber container 10 is clamped in the annular groove 223; alternatively, an adhesive is applied to the inner wall of the glue inlet 12, and the glue container 10 is fixed to one end of the glue guide tube 20 by the adhesive. The arrangement can enable the rubber container 10 to approach a closed structure, so that impurities such as rainwater and leaves are prevented from entering the rubber container 10, and air entering the rubber container 10 to oxidize rubber is effectively reduced. Of course, there are other embodiments, and those skilled in the art can reasonably and effectively set the above concept, and the detailed description is omitted here.

Therefore, it can be understood that, according to the technical scheme of the present invention, the glue collecting device 100 includes a glue container 10 and a glue guiding pipe 20, the glue inlet 12 is formed in the glue container 10, so that the glue outlet 221 of the glue guiding pipe 20 is communicated with the cavity 11 through the glue inlet 12 of the glue container 10, and the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is attached to the outer wall of the glue guiding pipe 20, so that the glue container 10 approaches to a closed structure, thereby effectively reducing the entry of impurities such as rain water, leaves, etc. into the glue container 10, and the arranged glue container 10 can reduce the entry of external air, effectively slow down the oxidation of the rubber in the glue container 10, and ensure the quality of the rubber, that is, the technical scheme of the present invention provides a glue collecting device 100 that reduces impurities and reduces the oxidation of the rubber.

Of course, there are other embodiments, and those skilled in the art can reasonably and effectively set the above concept, and the detailed description is omitted here.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the glue collecting device 100 of the present invention, an annular rubber ring 121 is disposed on an inner wall of the glue inlet 12, and the annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on one end of the glue guiding tube 20, which is communicated with the glue inlet 12.

In this embodiment, the annular rubber ring 121 and the rubber container 10 are integrally formed. The annular rubber ring 121 is made of rubber materials, and the annular rubber ring 121 made of rubber materials can directly process the annular rubber ring 121 and collected rubber together, so that the step of removing the annular rubber ring 121 when the rubber is used is reduced, and the labor intensity is reduced; and the annular rubber ring 121 has certain elasticity, so that the rubber container 10 is fixed on the rubber guide tube 20 through the elasticity of the annular rubber ring 121.

It can be understood that, in order to fix the glue container 10 on the glue guiding tube 20, and to make the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 and the outer wall of the glue guiding tube 20 fit together, the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is provided with the annular rubber ring 121, and the inner wall is fixed on the glue guiding tube 20 under the elastic action of the annular rubber ring 121, so that the glue container 10 can be fixed on the glue guiding tube 20 directly through the elasticity of the annular rubber ring 121, and the use of other fixing structures is reduced, thereby reducing the production cost and the labor cost.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the glue collecting device 100 of the present invention, a protrusion 222 is disposed on an outer tube wall of an end of the glue guiding tube 20, the end being communicated with the glue inlet 12, and the annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on a side of the protrusion 222 away from the glue outlet 221 and abuts against the protrusion 222.

In this embodiment, the protrusion 222 and the rubber conduit 20 may be an integrally formed structure, or the protrusion 222 may be fixed on the outer wall of the rubber conduit 20 by an adhesive or other fastening members. The annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on the protrusion 222, and the inner wall of the annular rubber ring 121 abuts against the surface of the protrusion 222 facing the rubber tree.

It can be understood that, in order to improve the connection stability of the annular rubber ring 121 and the rubber guide tube 20, when more rubber is filled in the rubber container 10, the annular rubber ring 121 is prevented from sliding out of the outer wall of the rubber guide tube 20 under the action of gravity, so that the protrusion 222 is convexly arranged on the outer wall of the end of the rubber guide tube 20, which is communicated with the rubber inlet 12, so that the annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on the protrusion 222 and is abutted against the protrusion 222, thereby improving the connection strength of the annular rubber ring 121 and the rubber guide tube 20.

Further, a fixing groove (not shown) may be formed on a surface of the protrusion 222 facing the rubber tree, and the annular rubber ring 121 is clamped in the fixing groove, so as to further improve the connection stability between the annular rubber ring 121 and the protrusion 222.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the glue collecting device 100 of the present invention, the protruding block 222 is provided in plural, and the plural protruding blocks 222 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the glue guiding tube 20.

It can be understood that, in order to further improve the connection stability of the annular rubber ring 121 and the projection 222, so as to further improve the connection stability of the annular rubber ring 121 and the rubber guide tube 20, a plurality of projections 222 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer pipe wall of the rubber guide tube 20.

Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of protrusions 222 may also be disposed along the circumferential extension of the rubber conduit 20 to form the annular protrusion 222.

Further, a rough structure (not shown) may be formed on a groove wall of the annular groove 223, the rough structure may be a bump, a recess, a boss, or the like, and the rough structure formed on the groove wall of the annular groove 223 may improve a friction force between the annular rubber ring 121 and the annular groove 223, so as to further improve a connection strength between the annular rubber ring 121 and the rubber guide tube 20.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the glue collecting device 100 of the present invention, the glue guiding tube 20 includes a guiding tube 21 and a glue tongue 22 connected to each other, one end of the guiding tube 21 is used for communicating with the glue cutting opening, the other end is communicated with the glue tongue 22, one end of the glue tongue 22 away from the guiding tube 21 is provided with the glue outlet 221, at least a portion of the glue tongue 22 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 11, and an inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is attached to an outer wall of the glue tongue 22.

In this embodiment, the conduit 21 is substantially cylindrical, the inner wall of the rubber tongue 22 is smoothly connected with the inner wall of the conduit 21, the rubber tongue 22 may be a long-strip structure with a V-shaped or U-shaped groove, or the rubber tongue 22 may be a tubular structure, which may be determined according to actual use conditions, and is not limited herein.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the glue collecting device 100 of the present invention, the glue container 10 is made of rubber.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the glue collecting device 100 of the present invention, the glue container 10 is a bag-shaped structure.

As can be appreciated, the glue container 10 is a flexible bag-shaped structure, so as to facilitate collection of the glue container 10 and reduce the occupied area of the glue container 10, and therefore, the bag-shaped glue container 10 is adopted to reduce the weight and the occupied area of the glue container 10, thereby reducing the labor intensity.

The invention also provides a glue collecting method based on the glue collecting device 100, which comprises the following steps:

a rubber tapping opening for communicating the rubber tree with a rubber guiding opening 211 of a rubber guiding pipe 20,

and communicating the glue inlet 12 of the glue container 10 with the glue outlet 221 of the glue guide tube 20, so that the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is attached to the outer wall of the glue guide tube 20.

In this embodiment, the rubber guiding tube 20 is installed at the lower edge of the rubber tapping hole of the rubber tree, the rubber tapping hole of the rubber tree is communicated with the rubber guiding hole 211 of the rubber guiding tube 20, the rubber inlet 12 of the rubber container 10 is communicated with the rubber outlet 221 of the rubber guiding tube 20, the rubber flowing out from the rubber tapping hole of the rubber tree is collected through the rubber guiding hole 211 of the rubber guiding tube 20, the rubber flows to the rubber outlet 221 through the rubber guiding hole 211 of the rubber guiding tube 20, and finally the rubber enters the rubber container 10 through the rubber inlet 12 of the rubber container 10 from the rubber outlet 221 of the rubber guiding tube 20.

A slotting tool can be arranged at one end of the rubber guide tube 20 connected with the rubber tree, and the slotting tool is inserted into the rubber tree to fix the rubber guide tube 20 on the rubber tree; or a connecting rope is arranged at one end of the rubber guide tube 20 connected with the rubber tree, and the rubber guide tube 20 is bound on the rubber tree through the connecting rope; alternatively, a clip is provided at one end of the rubber hose 20 connected to the rubber tree, and the rubber hose 20 is clamped to the rubber tree by the clip. Of course, there are other embodiments, and those skilled in the art can reasonably and effectively set the above concept, and the detailed description is omitted here.

When the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is attached to the outer wall of the glue guiding tube 20, a plurality of bumps 222 are convexly arranged on the outer wall of the glue guiding tube 20, an annular rubber ring 121 is arranged on the inner wall of the glue inlet 12, and the annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on the bumps 222 and is abutted against the bumps 222; or, the outer wall of the rubber guide tube 20 is provided with an annular groove 223, and the annular rubber ring 121 of the rubber container 10 is clamped in the annular groove 223; alternatively, an adhesive is applied to the inner wall of the glue inlet 12, and the glue container 10 is fixed to one end of the glue guide tube 20 by the adhesive. The arrangement can enable the rubber container 10 to approach a closed structure, so that impurities such as rainwater and leaves are prevented from entering the rubber container 10, and air entering the rubber container 10 to oxidize rubber is effectively reduced. Of course, there are other embodiments, and those skilled in the art can reasonably and effectively set the above concept, and the detailed description is omitted here.

Therefore, through the glue collecting method, impurities such as rainwater and leaves can be effectively reduced from entering the glue container 10, meanwhile, the arranged glue container 10 can reduce the entrance of outside air, and the oxidation of rubber in the glue container 10 is effectively slowed down, so that the quality of the rubber is ensured.

In an embodiment of the glue collecting method of the present invention, before the step of connecting the glue inlet 12 of the glue container 10 to the glue outlet 221 of the glue guiding tube 20, the method further includes:

an annular rubber ring 121 is mounted on the inner wall of the glue inlet 12, and a projection 222 is arranged on the outer pipe wall of one end of the glue guide pipe 20, which is communicated with the glue inlet 12, so that the annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on one side of the projection 222, which is far away from the glue outlet 221, and is abutted against the projection 222.

In this embodiment, the annular rubber ring 121 and the rubber container 10 are integrally formed. The protrusion 222 and the rubber conduit 20 may be integrally formed, or the protrusion 222 may be fixed to the outer wall of the rubber conduit 20 by an adhesive or other fastening members. The annular rubber ring 121 is sleeved on the protrusion 222, and the inner wall of the annular rubber ring 121 abuts against the surface of the protrusion 222 facing the rubber tree.

Therefore, by the glue collecting method, the glue container 10 can be more conveniently fixed on the glue guiding pipe 20, and the inner wall of the glue inlet 12 is attached to the outer wall of the glue guiding pipe 20, so that the annular rubber ring 121 is arranged on the inner wall of the glue inlet 12, the convex block 222 is convexly arranged on the outer pipe wall of the end, communicated with the accommodating cavity 11, of the glue guiding pipe 20, and the connection strength between the annular rubber ring 121 and the glue guiding pipe 20 is improved under the elastic action of the annular rubber ring 121 and the abutting of the convex block 222, and the annular rubber ring 121 is prevented from sliding out of the outer wall of the glue guiding pipe 20 under the action of gravity.
