Further, as shown in fig. 3, the outer side of the swing arm shaft mounting through shaft 34 is sleeved with a swing arm shaft bearing gland 37, the swing arm shaft bearing gland 37 is pressed on the outer ring of the swing arm shaft bearing 35, and a swing arm shaft bearing oil seal 36 is further installed between the inner ring of the swing arm shaft bearing gland 37 and the outer wall of the swing arm shaft mounting through shaft 34.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

the product clamp assembly 6 fixes a product 8 through a clamp compression screw 7, and the product clamp assembly 6 is driven to rotate through the working chuck 5, so that the product 8 is rotated. The rotating shaft assembly 2 provides stable power for the rotation of the work chuck 5.

The rotary shaft servo motor 21 of the rotary shaft assembly 2 is arranged in the first cavity 12 of the horizontal mounting seat 1, the output end of the rotary shaft servo motor 21 is connected with the rotary shaft harmonic reducer 22, the rotary shaft harmonic reducer 22 provides large torque at low rotating speed, which is convenient for processing the product 8, but due to the characteristic of harmonic reduction, the inside of the harmonic reducer can bear larger load in the processing process, but the whole harmonic reducer can be influenced by the impact of axial radial force and radial force, when processing at multiple angles, the axial and radial impact force can be inevitable, which causes the precision of the whole harmonic reducer to be seriously reduced or even damaged, so when processing at multiple angles of parts, and when receiving the axial force and radial force at the same time, the precision problem can be effectively solved by arranging a crossed roller bearing at the outer side of the rotary shaft harmonic reducer 22 to bear the axial force and radial force simultaneously brought by a machine in the multiple-angle processing, the crossed roller bearing has the structural characteristic that the rollers are vertically and crossly arranged at 90 degrees, so that the crossed roller bearing has high rotation precision, is easy to install, saves installation space, and particularly can bear axial and radial loads at the same time, thereby effectively improving the stability of the rotating shaft harmonic reducer 22 in the working process and improving the processing precision. The tool setting appearance 4 that sets up in the outside of horizontal mount pad 1 is convenient for later when maintaining and overhauing, changing tool setting appearance 4, directly operates on rotary worktable, has reduced the degree of difficulty and has also improved work efficiency. Meanwhile, the conditions of vibration and shaking of the tool setting gauge 4 in the moving process are avoided, and the tool setting precision is effectively improved.

The existing high-precision four-axis or five-axis rotary table is a rotary table with a tailstock, and the rotary table is large in size and installation space and cannot meet the requirement of miniaturization. The rocker shaft assembly 3 reduces the vibration during rocker arm by using the rocker shaft harmonic reducer 32, can provide large torque required by low rotating speed, effectively eliminates the up-and-down floating of the rocker shaft assembly 3 by arranging two crossed roller bearings on the outer side of the rocker shaft mounting line shaft 34 to be matched with the rocker shaft mounting seat 33, and further achieves the technical requirement of high precision without a tailstock.
