Background

In the industry chain of electronic commerce, the rapid development of fruit and vegetable e-commerce and the rapid and efficient circulation processing link play a great role. Taking potatoes as an example, the potato packages in the current market mainly depend on manpower and are packaged in the original place, the package size is large, most of the potatoes are sold in the current market in small packages, and the method is blank for the small packaging mode in the current market. In addition, even if the existing imported large packaging equipment is adopted, the problems of quantitative packaging, quantitative weighing, selling of labels according to jin in the domestic market and the like cannot be realized.

Detailed Description

In order to make the implementation objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. In the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. In particular, the portion packaging assembly 1 may in turn comprise a support frame 11, a climbing belt conveyor 12 and a weighing unit 13.

The supporting frame 11 may adopt various suitable supporting frame structures; the climbing belt conveyor 12 can also adopt a suitable belt conveyor which is known at present and is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame 11; and the climbing belt conveyor 12 is set such that the level of its input end (see right end in fig. 1) is lower than the level of its output end (see left end in fig. 1), the fruits and vegetables are transported from right to left and gradually rise.

The weighing unit 13 is fixedly arranged on the support frame 11, is located at the bottom end position of the output end of the climbing belt conveyor 12, and is used for weighing fruits and vegetables conveyed out of the output end of the climbing belt conveyor 12.

It should be noted that the weighing unit 13 may be configured in various suitable configurations; in this embodiment, the weighing unit 13 preferably includes a weighing hopper 131, a load cell, and a weighing controller 132.

The top of the weighing hopper 131 is provided with an opening, fruits and vegetables conveyed out of the output end of the climbing belt conveyor 12 can enter the inner cavity of the weighing hopper 131 from the top opening, and after the weighing operation is completed, the weighing hopper 131 can release the fruits and vegetables from the bottom. The weighing sensor is arranged at the bottom of the weighing hopper 131 and is used for weighing the weighing hopper 131 and the fruits and vegetables inside the weighing hopper 131 and transmitting weighing data (which can be set so that the transmitted weighing data are net weight data of the fruits and vegetables) to the weighing controller 132 in real time.

The weighing controller 132 is used for comparing the weight data transmitted by the weighing sensor with preset weight data and controlling the climbing belt conveyor 12 to be switched on or off according to the comparison result; the preset weight data may be input manually or transmitted to the weighing controller 132 via other systems (e.g., a WCS system).

Further, the quantitative packaging assembly 1 may further include a receiving hopper 14 and a label printing unit 15.

The receiving hopper 14 is fixedly arranged on the supporting frame 11 and located at the bottom of the weighing hopper 131, and is used for bearing the fruits and vegetables released from the bottom of the weighing hopper 131, so as to package the fruits and vegetables from the bottom of the receiving hopper, for example, manually opening a bag (a general saddle bag in the market) from the lower part for packaging.

The label printing unit 15 is arranged on one side of the material receiving hopper 14, and comprises a fixed platform, and can be installed with devices (not shown in the figure) such as a notebook printer, and the like, and is used for printing labels (printing information can comprise fruit and vegetable types and corresponding weight data) according to fruit and vegetable type data and corresponding fruit and vegetable weight data, so as to facilitate label pasting processing on packaged fruits and vegetables.

It should be further explained that in the fruit vegetables quantitative packaging device of this application, including at least two conveyer belts that are parallel to each other in a climbing band conveyer 12, correspondingly, set up a weighing unit 13 in the bottom position of the output of every conveyer belt to can the multiline pack in step quantitatively, raise the efficiency.

When the current weight information is less than the preset weight information, the weighing controller 132 controls the climbing belt conveyor 12 to be started, and the target fruits and vegetables are continuously conveyed to the weighing hopper 131;

when the current weight information is equal to the predetermined weight information, the weighing controller 132 controls the climbing belt conveyor 12 to be turned off, and step four is performed;

controlling the weighing hopper 131 to release the weighed target fruits and vegetables from the bottom to the material receiving hopper 14 through the blanking trigger switch, and packaging the target fruits and vegetables from the bottom of the material receiving hopper 14; then, the weighing controller 132 returns to continuously control the starting step of the climbing belt conveyor 12 (carrying out next wave quantitative weighing), and cyclically carries out weighing processing on the target fruits and vegetables;

fifthly, label printing is carried out through a label printing unit 15, and label pasting processing is carried out on the target fruits and vegetables after the packaging processing in the fourth step is finished;

and step six, conveying the fruits and vegetables subjected to label pasting treatment to a finished product area through a material receiving belt conveyor 2.
