1. A receiving end detection method of a communication chip is characterized by comprising the following steps:

detecting an idle time slot of a receiving end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

constructing a data frame containing the test vector, and sending the data frame to a receiving end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting a free time slot of a receiving end of the communication chip comprises:

and sending an analog and/or digital detection signal to a receiving end of the communication chip, and acquiring an idle time slot of the receiving end of the communication chip according to a processing result of the communication chip on the analog and/or digital detection signal.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the data frame to a receiving end of the communication chip for processing through the idle timeslot to obtain a chip processing result, comprising:

sending the data frame to a receiving end of the communication chip through the idle time slot, and sequentially performing digital front-end processing, symbol-level processing and bit-level processing on the data frame through a receiving system of the communication chip;

and respectively obtaining a digital front-end processing result, a symbol level processing result and a bit level processing result as chip processing results.

4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the standard results include: a digital front end standard result, a symbol level standard result, and a bit level standard result;

and performing systematic comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result, wherein the systematic comparison comprises the following steps:

judging whether the bit-level standard result and the bit-level processing result meet a consistency condition;

if so, determining that the receiving end of the communication chip is safe;

if not, the digital front end standard result is obtained and compared with the digital front end processing result, and the symbol level standard result is obtained and compared with the symbol level processing result to obtain a segmented comparison result.

5. A method for detecting a transmitting end of a communication chip is characterized by comprising the following steps:

detecting an idle time slot of a sending end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

constructing a data frame containing the test vector, and sending the data frame to a sending end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein sending the data frame to a sending end of the communication chip for processing through the idle timeslot to obtain a chip processing result, comprising:

the data frame is sent to a sending end of the communication chip through the idle time slot, and bit-level processing, symbol-level processing and digital front-end processing are sequentially carried out on the data frame through a sending system of the chip;

and respectively obtaining a bit-level processing result, a symbol-level processing result and a digital front-end processing result as chip processing results.

7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the standard result comprises: a bit level standard result, a symbol level standard result, and a digital front end standard result;

and performing systematic comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result, wherein the systematic comparison comprises the following steps:

judging whether the standard result of the digital front end and the processing result of the digital front end meet the consistency condition or not;

if so, determining the safety of the sending end of the communication chip;

if not, the bit-level standard result is obtained and compared with the bit-level processing result, and the symbol-level standard result is obtained and compared with the symbol-level processing result, so as to obtain a segmented comparison result.

8. A receiving end detection device of a communication chip is characterized by comprising:

the idle time slot detection module of the receiving end is used for detecting the idle time slot of the receiving end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

the standard result generating module is used for generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

a chip processing result generation module, configured to construct a data frame including the test vector, and send the data frame to a receiving end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and the standard result and chip processing result comparison module is used for carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

9. A sending end detection device of a communication chip is characterized by comprising:

the idle time slot detection module of the sending end is used for detecting the idle time slot of the sending end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

the standard result generating module is used for generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

a chip processing result generating module, configured to construct a data frame including the test vector, and send the data frame to a sending end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and the standard result and chip processing result comparison module is used for carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method for detecting a receiving end of a communication chip according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the method for detecting a transmitting end of a communication chip according to any one of claims 5 to 7 when executing the program.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the receiving-end detection method of the communication chip according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or the transmitting-end detection method of the communication chip according to any one of claims 5 to 7.

Background

With the continuous development of communication technology, communication chips are widely applied in the fields of mobile communication, wireless networks, wireless data transmission industry and the like, and the functional safety of the communication chips has great influence on various industries.

At present, the detection of the communication chip mainly focuses on whether the communication chip can normally communicate, whether the communication chip can reside in a cell, whether a communication link is established, and other significant quality problems, but the detection of the functional safety of the communication chip is less, and the functional safety of the communication chip can only be detected in the modes of Parity bit (Parity), Error Correction Code (ECC), redundancy design (design), double Lock step (Dual Lock step), and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a detection method, a detection device, electronic equipment and a detection medium of a communication chip, which are used for realizing the on-line detection of the function safety of the communication chip and solving the problems of low detection coverage rate of the communication chip and the consumption of a large amount of communication chip resource performance in the detection process in the prior art.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting a receiving end of a communication chip, where the method includes:

detecting an idle time slot of a receiving end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

constructing a data frame containing the test vector, and sending the data frame to a receiving end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for detecting a sending end of a communication chip, where the method includes:

detecting an idle time slot of a sending end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

constructing a data frame containing the test vector, and sending the data frame to a sending end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for detecting a receiving end of a communication chip, where the device includes:

the idle time slot detection module of the receiving end is used for detecting the idle time slot of the receiving end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

the standard result generating module is used for generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

a chip processing result generation module, configured to construct a data frame including the test vector, and send the data frame to a receiving end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and the standard result and chip processing result comparison module is used for carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for detecting a sending end of a communication chip, where the device includes:

the idle time slot detection module of the sending end is used for detecting the idle time slot of the sending end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip;

the standard result generating module is used for generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector;

a chip processing result generating module, configured to construct a data frame including the test vector, and send the data frame to a sending end of the communication chip for processing through the idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result;

and the standard result and chip processing result comparison module is used for carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result.

In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor implements the method for detecting a receiving end of a communication chip according to any embodiment of the present invention when executing the program, or implements the method for detecting a transmitting end of a communication chip according to any embodiment of the present invention.

In a sixth aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the receiving end detection method of the communication chip according to any embodiment of the present invention, or implements the sending end detection method of the communication chip according to any embodiment of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention detects the idle time slot of the receiving end of the communication chip in the operation process of the communication chip; generating a test vector on line and generating a standard result corresponding to the test vector; constructing a data frame containing a test vector, and sending the data frame to a receiving end of a communication chip for processing through an idle time slot to obtain a chip processing result; and carrying out system comparison on the standard result and the chip processing result. The method and the device realize the on-line detection of the function safety of the communication chip and solve the problems of low detection coverage rate of the communication chip and consumption of a large amount of communication chip resource performance in the detection process in the prior art.
