1. A numerical control device is characterized by comprising:

a machining control unit that executes a machining program to control the machine tool;

an operation recording unit that records operation information indicating the content of an input operation to generate a 1 st operation history, and records operation information at the time of occurrence of an abnormality in the operation information in association with a machining program executed at the time of occurrence of the abnormality to generate a 2 nd operation history; and

and a notification unit configured to notify a message not to start execution of the machining program but to notify the machining control unit when it is determined that the current input operation is an abnormal operation using the 2 nd operation history when the input operation instructing execution of the machining program is received.

2. The numerical control apparatus according to claim 1,

the notification unit displays a message prompting confirmation of the content of the current input operation when it is determined that the current input operation is an abnormal operation.

3. The numerical control apparatus according to claim 1,

the notification unit displays a selection screen for selecting whether to start execution of the machining program when it is determined that the current input operation is an abnormal operation, and causes the machining control unit to start execution of the machining program if the execution of the machining program is determined using the selection screen.

4. The numerical control device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:

a 1 st storage unit for storing the 1 st operation history; and

and a 2 nd storage unit for storing the 2 nd operation history.

5. The numerical control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the machining program execution device further includes a comparison unit that, when an input operation instructing execution of the machining program is received, compares operation information of a current input operation with operation information associated with the machining program instructed to be executed, among the operation information included in the 2 nd operation history, and determines whether or not the current input operation is an abnormal operation.

6. The numerical control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

the notification unit acquires a determination result of whether the current input operation is an abnormal operation from an external information processing device connected to the numerical control device via a network, and determines whether to notify a message based on the determination result.

7. The numerical control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6,

the 2 nd operation history includes the operation information when the abnormality occurs and information indicating the machining program executed when the abnormality occurs.

8. An information processing apparatus connected to the numerical control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3 via a network,

the information processing apparatus is characterized by comprising:

a 1 st storage unit that stores the 1 st operation history collected from the plurality of numerical control devices;

a 2 nd storage unit that stores the 2 nd operation history collected from the plurality of numerical control devices; and

and a comparison unit that, when receiving operation information of a current input operation and information indicating a machining program to be executed from the numerical control device, compares operation information associated with the machining program indicated by the received information among the operation information included in the 2 nd operation history with the operation information of the current input operation, determines whether or not the current input operation is an abnormal operation, and transmits a determination result to the numerical control device.

9. The information processing apparatus according to claim 8,

the 1 st numerical control device is connected with the 2 nd numerical control device, the 2 nd numerical control device has the same structure as the 1 st numerical control device and executes the same processing program,

the comparison unit determines whether or not a current input operation is an abnormal operation based on the 2 nd operation history of the 1 st numerical control device and the 2 nd numerical control device when operation information indicating the current input operation and information indicating a machining program are received from the 1 st numerical control device.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a numerical control device and an information processing device that execute a machining program to control a machine tool.

Background

In recent years, numerical control devices that execute machining programs to control machine tools have become widespread. When an improper input operation is performed by a user to the numerical control device, an abnormality such as a machining defect or a mechanical disturbance may occur.

Patent document 1 discloses a numerical control device having a function of storing operation pattern information defining a combination of input operations that may cause an abnormality in advance, and comparing a received input operation with an input operation defined in the stored operation pattern information to prevent an abnormality from occurring in advance.

Disclosure of Invention

However, in the numerical control device described in patent document 1, it is necessary to generate operation pattern information in advance in consideration of the possibility of occurrence of an abnormality from among a large number of operation patterns that a user may possibly perform when operating the numerical control device, which requires a large amount of work. In the numerical control device described in patent document 1, only an abnormality caused by a change in the relationship between the machine coordinate system and the workpiece coordinate system is targeted, but the above-described workload increases as the number of types of abnormalities targeted increases.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a numerical control device capable of suppressing the workload of a user and reducing the occurrence of an abnormality caused by an input operation.

In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, the present invention provides a numerical control apparatus including: a machining control unit that executes a machining program to control the machine tool; an operation recording unit that records operation information indicating the content of an input operation to generate a 1 st operation history, and records operation information at the time of occurrence of an abnormality in the operation information in association with a machining program executed at the time of occurrence of the abnormality to generate a 2 nd operation history; and a notification unit configured to notify the message without causing the machining control unit to start execution of the machining program when it is determined that the current input operation is an abnormal operation using the 2 nd operation history when the input operation instructing execution of the machining program is received.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

The numerical control device according to the present invention can suppress the workload of the user and reduce the occurrence of an abnormality due to an input operation.
