Background

The winding drum is a carrier for bearing various types of coil material foils. When a roll of foil is used up in the production process on the equipment, a new foil needs to be replaced, but a part of the unspent tail material often remains on the roll, and the bottom surface of the tail material is adhered to the surface of the roll by using double-sided adhesive. Some clearing machines for stripping the tailings on the reel appear in the market, but the clearing machines cannot stretch into the gap between each reel and the tailings because of different placing directions of the reel in the actual tailing clearing process, the clearing machines always stay on the surface of the tailings, and the clearing effect cannot meet the requirement of recycling the reel.
