6. The brake of claim 1, wherein one end of said pad has said catch and the other end of said pad is exposed to an outer surface of said electromagnet.

7. The brake of claim 1, wherein each connecting member is sleeved with a plurality of washers, and the thickness of each washer is 0.1 mm.

8. The brake of claim 1, wherein the material of said pad is metal.

9. A method of mounting a brake according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the method comprises the steps of:

s1, connecting a plurality of connecting pieces to the electromagnet and the mounting component;

s2, unscrewing the connecting pieces, inserting the gaskets between the electromagnet and the mounting part, and sleeving the clamping grooves on the connecting pieces;

and S3, screwing a plurality of connecting pieces.

The invention relates to a brake and a mounting method thereof.

Background

The brake is a device having functions of decelerating, stopping, or maintaining a stopped state of a moving part (or a moving machine), and its safety and reliability are one of important factors for ensuring the stopping or deceleration of the moving part in the machine. At present, when the brake is assembled, the electromagnet is firstly connected to a traction machine through screwing a plurality of bolts, so that a friction plate on the armature is tightly abutted against a traction wheel, and then the plurality of bolts are screwed to adjust, so that the distance between the electromagnet and the armature meets the requirements of attraction braking. However, the distance between the electromagnet and the armature needs to be 0.35-0.45mm, the gap is very small, the required precision of the attraction state and the braking state is high, and the gap is adjusted by screwing a plurality of bolts, so that the adjusting operation is very complicated, the labor intensity is high, and the mounting efficiency is very low. Meanwhile, the distance between the electromagnet and the armature is often measured by a measuring tool in the adjusting process, the measuring operation is also very complicated, and the installation efficiency is further reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a brake and an installation method thereof.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the brake comprises an electromagnet and a plurality of connecting pieces, wherein the electromagnet is connected onto a mounting part through the plurality of connecting pieces, the brake further comprises a plurality of gaskets, the gaskets are arranged between the electromagnet and the mounting part in a pressure-equalizing mode, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the gaskets, and the clamping grooves are sleeved on the connecting pieces.

Furthermore, in the gasket, the direction of one end of the connecting piece is provided with two foot blocking parts, the two foot blocking parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the gasket and extend outwards along the direction far away from the other end of the gasket, the end part of the gasket is formed with the clamping groove through the two foot blocking parts, and the two foot blocking parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting piece.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: a plurality of gaskets are inserted between the electromagnet and the mounting component, the distance between the electromagnet and the mounting component is directly adjusted through the gaskets, a connecting piece does not need to be screwed to adjust the gap, and the adjusting operation is very convenient; meanwhile, frequent measurement in the adjusting process is not needed, and the installation efficiency of the brake is greatly improved.

The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which are included to illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment discloses a brake, which includes an electromagnet 1, an armature 4, a friction plate 5, a plurality of connecting members 2, and a plurality of pads 3, wherein the electromagnet 1 is connected to a mounting member through the plurality of connecting members 2. The brake is thus mounted and fixed to a mounting member, which may be a hoisting machine, and the attachment 2 may be a bolt. The electromagnet 1 is tightly attached to the traction machine through the connecting pieces 2, the armature 4 and the friction plate 5 are pressed between the electromagnet 1 and the traction machine, the friction plate 5 is tightly attached to the traction wheel, and the armature 4 and the electromagnet 1 are tightly abutted, so that the distance between the armature 4 and the electromagnet 1 is smaller than 0.05mm and a signal of a microswitch can be triggered.

The stopper still includes a plurality of gasket 3, and 3 voltage-sharing of a plurality of gasket locate between electro-magnet 1 and the installing component, all has draw-in groove 31 on a plurality of gasket 3, and draw-in groove 31 cover is located on connecting piece 2. In this embodiment, the number of the connecting members 2 is four, and the four connecting members 2 are respectively connected to four corners of the electromagnet 1. All the cover is equipped with a plurality of gasket 3 on every connecting piece 2, and the thickness of gasket 3 is 0.1 mm. The tolerance range of the distance adjustment between the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4 is within 0.1mm, the thickness of the gasket 3 is 0.1mm, the distance between the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4 is adjusted through the adjustment of the number of the gaskets 3 on the connecting piece 2, and the adjustment is very convenient. One end of the gasket 3 is provided with a clamping groove 31, and the other end of the gasket 3 is exposed out of the outer surface of the electromagnet 1. When the distance between the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4 is adjusted, the number of the gaskets 3 between the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4 needs to be increased or reduced, the gaskets 3 are exposed out of the outer surface of the electromagnet 1, an operator can apply acting force to the exposed part of the gasket 3 conveniently, and the gasket 3 can be inserted and taken out conveniently.

Both sides of the gasket 3 have concave grooves 33, respectively. The two grooves 33 are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the gasket 3 and located at one end of the gasket 3 far away from the clamping groove 31.

The embodiment also discloses an installation method of the brake, which comprises the following steps:

step S1, connecting the plurality of connectors 2 to the electromagnet 1 and the mounting member.

In this step, the electromagnet 1 is fastened to the mounting member by means of a plurality of connecting pieces 2, thereby mounting the brake on the mounting member. By adjusting the brake, the electromagnet 1 will abut closely against the armature 4, by applying an acting force on the armature 4, the friction plate 5 on the armature 4 will abut closely against the rotating component, so that the braking of the rotating component will not generate a rotating motion any more. Meanwhile, the electromagnet 1 is closely attached to the armature 4, so that the distance between the armature 4 and the electromagnet 1 is less than 0.05mm and can trigger a signal of a microswitch.

Step S2, unscrewing a plurality of connecting pieces 2, inserting a plurality of gaskets 3 between the electromagnet 1 and the installation part, and sleeving the clamping grooves 31 on the connecting pieces 2.

In this step, by unscrewing the four connecting members 2 so that there is a gap between the electromagnet 1 and the mounting member, the spacer 3 is inserted between the electromagnet 1 and the mounting member, and the card slot 31 is fitted over the connecting members 2.

And step S3, screwing a plurality of connecting pieces 2.

In this step, four spacers 3 are inserted into each connecting element 2, each spacer 3 having a thickness of 0.1mm, and the gap between the electromagnet 1 and the mounting member, that is, the gap between the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4, is made 0.4mm by tightening several connecting elements 2, so as to meet the requirements of the brake.

And finally, respectively measuring gaps between the four corners of the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4 by using a measuring tool, and correspondingly increasing or reducing the number of the gaskets 3 for adjustment if the measured gaps do not meet the specified requirements, so that the gaps between the electromagnet 1 and the armature 4 meet the specified requirements.
