The vehicle 1 includes panel beating 3 and following arbitrary embodiment decorate the subassembly 2, decorate the subassembly 2 connect in panel beating 3 to fix on vehicle 1. Since the sheet metal 3 is covered by the trim component 2, the sheet metal 3 cannot be seen directly in fig. 1. The trim component 2 may be, but is not limited to being, disposed at the location of a B-pillar of the vehicle 1, which refers to a longitudinal pillar located between the door of the cockpit and the door of the passenger cabin. It should be noted that the present application is only exemplified with the decoration device 2 disposed at the B pillar, as shown in fig. 1.

An XYZ rectangular coordinate system is defined for convenience of description, in which the X axis is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 1 (i.e., the relative direction of the front and rear wheels), the Y axis is parallel to the width direction of the vehicle 1, and the Z axis is parallel to the height direction of the vehicle 1. In fig. 1, the Y-axis is perpendicular to the paper and not shown.

The trim component 2 of the vehicle 1 provided in the above embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the present application further provides a decoration device 2, wherein the decoration device 2 includes a decoration 10, a structural member 20 and a connection component 30. The structural member 20 is attached to the trim piece 10. The connecting assembly 30 is fixed to the structure 20. The connecting assembly 30 is used for being detachably connected to the sheet metal 3 of the vehicle 1 so as to limit the movement of the decoration assembly 2 relative to the vehicle 1 in the length direction and the width direction of the vehicle 1, that is, the movement of the decoration assembly 2 can be limited after the connecting assembly 30 is connected to the sheet metal 3.

Further, the decoration device 2 has a through hole K5, and the through hole K5 penetrates through the decoration device 2. The metal plate 3 is provided with a mounting hole K1, and the through hole K5 is used for connecting the connecting assembly 30 to the mounting hole K1 on the metal plate 3 after being connected to the metal plate 3. After the through hole K5 is aligned with the mounting hole K1, the decorative member 2 is inserted into the mounting hole K1 and the through hole K5 by using a connector to fasten the decorative member to the sheet metal 3 of the vehicle 1. The connecting member may be, but not limited to, a threaded member (such as a bolt, a screw, etc.) and may also be a non-threaded member. The number of the through holes K5 may be one, or may be multiple (e.g., 2, 3, etc.), and the number of the through holes K5 is two for illustrative purposes in the present application.

The fixing portion 3121 and the limiting portion 3123 are disposed opposite to each other. The opposite ends of the connecting portion 3122 are respectively connected to the fixing portion 3121 and the limiting portion 3123 in a bending manner, that is, the fixing portion 3121, the connecting portion 3122 and the limiting portion 3123 are bent substantially in a U-shape. The fixing portion 3121 is embedded in the first carrier 311, so as to fix the first clip 312 on the first carrier 311. The position-limiting portion 3123 faces the outer surface of the first bearing 311. The limiting portion 3123 is used for matching with the first bearing piece 311 to connect the metal plate 3, so as to limit the movement of the decoration component 2 relative to the vehicle 1 in the width direction of the vehicle 1.

Optionally, the limiting portion 3123 may cooperate with the first bearing member 311 to clamp the metal plate 3 together, so as to initially fix the decoration assembly 2 on the metal plate 3.

It should be noted that the number of the limiting portions 3123 may be one, or may be multiple (for example, 2, 3, etc.). When quantity is a plurality of, a plurality of spacing portions 3123 intervals set up, and all buckle and connect in connecting portion 3122, so set up and both to guarantee spacing effect better, can alleviate the whole weight of decoration subassembly 2 again. In the embodiment of the present application, only two limiting portions 3123 are exemplified.

Referring to fig. 5, the limiting portion 3123 includes a first sub-portion 3123a and a second sub-portion 3123 b. The first sub-portion 3123a is connected to the connecting portion 3122 in a bending manner. The second sub-portion 3123b is connected to one end of the first sub-portion 3123a away from the connecting portion 3122 in a bending manner, so as to form a tilting structure at an end of the limiting portion 3123, where a distance from a position on the second sub-portion 3123b connected to the first sub-portion 3123a to the first carrier 311 is a first distance, a distance from a position on the second sub-portion 3123b away from the first sub-portion 3123a to the first carrier 311 is a second distance, and the first distance is smaller than the second distance. The second sub-portion 3123b is used for guiding in the process of connecting the first hook 312 to the sheet metal 3.

It can be understood that, during the process that the first clip 312 passes through the first through hole K3 and connects the sheet metal 3, the end of the limiting portion 3123 away from the connecting portion 3122 may abut against the side wall of the first through hole K3, if the second sub-portion 3123b is not provided, the limiting portion 3123 may not be smoothly connected to the sheet metal 3, and after the second sub-portion 3123b is provided, the side wall of the first through hole K3 abuts against the side of the second sub-portion 3123b facing the first carrier 311, and the second sub-portion 3123b may guide the side wall of the first through hole K3 to relatively move between the first sub-portion 3123a and the first carrier 311, so as to achieve the connection operation of the first assembly 310.

Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the connecting assembly 30 further includes a second assembly 320. The second assembly 320 includes a second carrier 321 and a second catch 322. The second carrier 321 is connected to the structural member 20. The second clip 322 is connected to the second carrier 321. The sheet metal 3 is provided with a second through hole K4, and the second clip 322 is used for passing through the second through hole K4 and detachably connecting the sheet metal 3 so as to limit the movement of the decoration assembly 2 relative to the vehicle 1 in the width direction of the vehicle 1. The second component 320 is located on the same side of the trim component 2 as the first component 310, and the second component 320 and the first component 310 are arranged along the length direction (Z-axis direction) of the trim component 2, it can be understood that the first component 310 and the second component 320 are used together to better limit the movement of the trim component 2 relative to the vehicle 1 in the width direction of the vehicle 1. It should be noted that the main difference between the second assembly 320 and the first assembly 310 described in this embodiment is that the protrusion 3111 does not exist, and the rest of the structure is substantially the same, and specific reference is made to the related drawings and the corresponding description of the first assembly 310, and the description thereof is not repeated herein.

Optionally, the second clip 322 can cooperate the second holds the common centre gripping of carrier 321 the panel beating to fix primarily on the panel beating 3 decorating component 2, thereby avoid decorating component 2 to drop.

Further, the first component 310 is disposed at one end of the decoration component 2. The mounting hole K1 is disposed at the other end of the decoration device 2 away from the first device 310. The second member 320 is located between the first member 310 and the mounting hole K1. That is, the first member 310, the second member 320, and the mounting hole K1 are sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction (Z-axis direction) of the device member, so that the trim member 2 can be more firmly fixed to the vehicle 1.

Referring to fig. 7, the structural member 20 includes a body 210 and a sealing portion 220 connected to each other. The sealing portion 220 encloses a sealing area a 1. The first and second components 310 and 320 are disposed in the sealing area a1 and connected to the body 210. The material of the structural member 20 may be, but is not limited to, rubber. The structural member 20 may be, but is not limited to being, formed by an injection molding process.

The sealing portion 220 includes an attachment end 221 attached to the body 210 and a free end 222 distal from the attachment end 221. The seal portion 220 has a seal surface 223, and the seal surface 223 is used to abut against the sheet metal 3 of the vehicle 1. When the decoration device 2 is not mounted on the vehicle 1, the sealing surface 223 is not abutted against the metal plate 3, and the distance from the free end 222 of the sealing portion 220 to the body 210 is a first distance; when the decoration device 2 is mounted on the vehicle 1, the sealing surface 223 abuts against the metal plate 3, and the distance from the free end 222 of the sealing portion 220 to the body 210 is a second distance, which is smaller than the first distance.

Due to the positioning hole K2, the first through hole K3 and the second through hole K4 formed in the metal plate 3, external impurities and liquid can enter the vehicle 1 through the holes. In the embodiment, the first component 310 and the second component 320 are disposed in the sealing area a1 surrounded by the sealing portion 220, and after the decoration device 2 is mounted on the sheet metal 3, the positioning hole K2, the first via hole K3 and the second via hole K4 are located in the sealing area a1, so that foreign objects and liquid can be prevented from entering the sealing area a1, and a sealing effect is achieved.

Optionally, the sealing portion 220 has a compression elasticity, and when the sealing portion 220 is switched from the abutted state to the non-abutted state, the distance from the free end 222 to the body 210 is switched from the second distance to the first distance, that is, even if the sealing portion 220 is abutted by the sheet metal 3, the sealing portion 220 still has a tendency to return to a natural state, so that the sealing surface 223 is tightly abutted against the sheet metal 3. Furthermore, since the sealing portion 220 has the compression elasticity, a certain amount of compression can be generated when the sealing portion 220 abuts against the metal plate 3, that is, the thickness of the sealing portion 220 is reduced, so that the sealing surface 223 abuts against the metal plate 3 more tightly. Here, the natural state refers to a state in which the sealing portion 220 is not subjected to an external force.

Optionally, the number of the sealing portions 220 is multiple, and the multiple sealing portions 220 are spaced apart from each other in a natural state, so that a multi-stage seal can be formed, and the sealing effect is better.

Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the structural member 20 further includes a receiving portion 230, and the receiving portion 230 and the body 210 form a receiving space a 2. The decoration assembly 2 further comprises a force bearing piece 40 and a fixing piece 50 which are arranged in the accommodating space A2. The force bearing member 40 is connected to the fixing member 50. The fixing member 50 is connected to the structural member 20, and the fixing member 50 is used for fixing the force bearing member 40 on the decoration assembly 2. The through hole K5 penetrates through the force bearing piece 40, the fixing piece 50, the structural piece 20 and the decoration piece 10. The bearing part 40 is used for being connected to the metal plate 3 of the vehicle 1 through a connecting piece, namely the connecting piece is respectively connected to the bearing part 40 and the metal plate 3, so that the decoration component 2 is fixed on the vehicle 1.

The force bearing member 40 can be, but is not limited to, a high-strength material such as metal. It can be understood that, in order to firmly fix the decoration assembly 2 on the vehicle 1, the fastening action is performed by using the connecting member, and the force-bearing member 40 directly bears the fastening force of the connecting member, so that a certain strength of the force-bearing member 40 needs to be ensured to avoid being damaged in the fastening process.

Optionally, the accommodating portion 230 protrudes from the force bearing member 40 and the fixing member 50 in a direction toward the structural member 20 of the trim 10, and when the trim is mounted on the vehicle 1, the accommodating portion 230 abuts against the surface of the sheet metal 3, so that a seal is formed between the accommodating portion 230 and the sheet metal 3, and external impurities and liquid are prevented from entering the accommodating space a 2. Further alternatively, the accommodating portion 230 has elasticity, and when the accommodating portion 230 is mounted on the vehicle 1, the accommodating portion 230 abuts against the metal plate 3 and is compressed, which may improve the sealing effect.

Optionally, the periphery of the force-bearing member 40 is embedded in the fixing member 50, so that the force-bearing member 40 is prevented from being separated from the fixing member 50, and the connection effect between the force-bearing member and the fixing member is better.

Referring to fig. 3, the structural member 20 further includes a plurality of bosses 240, the bosses 240 are protruded on a side of the body 210 away from the decoration 10, and the plurality of bosses 240 are spaced from each other. The plurality means a number of two or more, and specifically may be 2, 4, 5, 8, or the like. The boss 240 is used for abutting against the sheet metal 3 of the vehicle 1, so that the connecting assembly 30 can be matched to limit the movement of the decorative assembly 2 relative to the sheet metal 3 of the vehicle 1 in the positive and negative directions of the Y axis. Simultaneously, boss 240 also can play the supporting role, and is optional, boss 240 has elasticity, and elasticity butt in panel beating 3 to can also play the effect of buffering external effort, produce hard impact with panel beating 3 with avoiding decorating subassembly 2.

Referring to fig. 9 to 11, the decoration device 2 further includes a cover 60, and the cover 60 includes a covering portion 610, an intermediate portion 620, and an abutting portion 630 connected in sequence. The radial dimensions of the covering portion 610 and the abutting portion 630 are larger than the radial dimensions of the through hole K5 in the garnish 10. The covering portion 610 abuts against an external surface of the garnish 10 (a surface of the garnish 10 facing away from the structural member 20), and covers the through hole K5 of the garnish 10. The middle portion 620 is inserted into a through hole K5 formed in the garnish 10. The abutting portion 630 abuts against a sidewall of the through hole K5 in the garnish 10. It can be understood that, the above arrangement can prevent external impurities and liquid from entering the vehicle 1 through the through hole K5, so as to protect the vehicle, and also make the appearance surface of the decoration 10 (the surface of the decoration 10 away from the structural member 20) smoother, thereby improving the appearance.

Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it is understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive, and that those skilled in the art may make changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations to the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the present application, and that such changes and modifications are also to be considered as within the scope of the present application.
