Technical Field

The present invention relates to a windshield wiper device, and more particularly, to a side-insertion type wiper connecting assembly for connecting a wiper blade assembly to a windshield and a wiper blade using the same.

Background

The industry discloses a side-inserting type scraping arm, the specific structure of which can be referred to CN1144709C, the most obvious difference of the side-inserting type scraping arms of two specifications currently on the market is that the lengths of the L-shaped connecting arms are different, for convenience of description, the L-shaped connecting arm with longer length is defined as long side-inserting type scraping arm K1, and the other is defined as short side-inserting type scraping arm K2; the windshield wiper adapted to the side-inserted type wiper arm is connected with a special windshield wiper connecting seat, such as the patent publication or CN 1160213C; also, there is a wiper connecting assembly composed of a wiper connecting base 1 'and a wiper joint 2' disclosed in CN105984435A, and a fixed connection relationship is established between the wiper joint 2 'and the wiper connecting base 1', as shown in fig. 1-1 and 1-2, the wiper joint 2 'is respectively and fixedly connected with a clamping portion 12' and a rotating shaft 122 'correspondingly arranged on the wiper connecting base 1' through a rotating shaft clamping groove 221 'and a fixed reinforcing block 222', i.e. the fixing of the two is realized by adopting a plugging manner, since the abutting mating surfaces of the two need to be in transition fit in order to ensure that a tiny relative displacement cannot be generated between the two, the requirement on the processing precision is high; the wiper joint 2' is installed/detached on/from the wiper connecting base 1', and the wiper joint 2' needs to overcome the clamping of the opening part of the rotating shaft clamping groove 221' through the rotating shaft 122', so that the assembly/disassembly of the wiper joint 2' and the wiper connecting base 1' is inconvenient.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies on the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and have made this invention.

Disclosure of Invention

A first objective of the present invention is to provide a wiper connecting assembly, which includes a wiper connecting base and a wiper connector, and is adapted to a side-insertion type wiper arm, so that a user can conveniently mount or detach the wiper connector from the wiper connecting base.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a wiper connecting assembly, which satisfies the first object, wherein once the wiper joint is mounted on the wiper connecting base, the wiper joint is very firm and is not easy to generate a small relative displacement.

A third object of the present invention is to provide a wiper blade equipped with any one of the wiper blade connecting assemblies described above.

In order to achieve the first object of the present invention, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting assembly, which comprises a wiper connecting base and a wiper joint, wherein the wiper connecting base is used for realizing the hinged connection between a wiper bracket assembly and a side-inserted wiper arm, a connecting part at the front end of the side-inserted wiper arm is provided with a hinged shaft extending along the width direction relative to the wiper bracket assembly, the rear end of the hinged shaft is also provided with an L-shaped connecting arm arranged parallel to the hinged shaft, and the free end of the L-shaped connecting arm points to the surface of a windshield glass;

the wiper blade joint comprises a longitudinal body which connects two side walls arranged substantially in parallel together by a top wall, the two side walls are respectively provided with a bearing hole for receiving the hinge shaft, and the longitudinal body is positioned at the rear end of the bearing hole and at least forms a longitudinal section, the height of the longitudinal section is less than that of the end part of the longitudinal body provided with the bearing hole; at least one limiting groove extending along the longitudinal direction is formed in the longitudinal section, the limiting groove is used for inserting the free end of the L-shaped connecting arm, a first limiting matching surface is formed at the inner end of the limiting groove, a second limiting matching surface is formed at the outer side end surface of the side wall adjacent to the limiting groove, a first width and a second width are formed between the first limiting matching surface and the second limiting matching surface and the matching end surface of the bearing hole on the opposite side respectively, and the bearing hole on the side is defined as an inserting bearing hole;

the windshield wiper connecting base comprises a base, the base is used for fixedly connecting with a windshield wiper support assembly, a connecting block is convexly arranged above the base, a pair of first limiting slots and second limiting slots which are inwards recessed are symmetrically arranged on two side faces of the connecting block from back to front along the longitudinal direction of the connecting block respectively, the open ends of the first limiting slots and the second limiting slots face the front ends, an inserting channel communicated with the first limiting slots and the second limiting slots is formed at least at the front ends of the open ends of the first limiting slots and the second limiting slots, a blocking part is convexly arranged at the top of the connecting block, the blocking part is provided with a first limiting surface facing the back end, and the first limiting surface is provided with enough height for abutting against a hinged shaft of a limiting side-inserted type scraping arm;

the two side walls of the windshield wiper joint respectively extend inwards at the positions, opposite to the first limiting slot and the second limiting slot of the windshield wiper connecting base, to form a first clamping block and a second clamping block which are correspondingly clamped and matched with the first limiting slot and the second limiting slot, the bearing hole is positioned at the rear end of the blocking part of the connecting block, the height of the lowest point of the bearing hole is larger than or equal to the height of the top of the connecting block opposite to the bearing hole, the hinged shaft of the side-inserted type scraping arm is inserted into the bearing hole, the outer diameter end of the hinged shaft can be mutually abutted and matched with the first limiting surface of the blocking part, and the fastening connection relation between the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base is established.

Further, the top of the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base is provided with a structure of canceling a blocking part, the connecting block forms an L-shaped settlement part which extends along the longitudinal direction at the position which is basically close to the middle part and towards the rear end, the L-shaped settlement part forms a resisting end surface towards the rear end, and the resisting end surface is used for resisting against a hinged shaft of the limiting side-inserted type scraping arm; the first limiting slots are arranged on two side surfaces of the L-shaped sinking part;

the bearing hole of the windshield wiper joint is arranged in the L-shaped settlement part area relative to the connecting block, the front end of the bearing hole is positioned at the position basically tangent to the abutting end face of the L-shaped settlement part, the hinge shaft of the side-inserted type scraping arm is sequentially inserted into the bearing hole of the windshield wiper joint and the vacant space formed above the L-shaped settlement part, the outer diameter end of the hinge shaft can be mutually abutted and matched with the abutting end face of the L-shaped settlement part of the connecting block, and the fastening connection relation between the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base is realized.

Furthermore, a through hole or a through channel for a hinge shaft of the side-inserted type scraping arm to pass through is additionally arranged at the front end of the L-shaped sinking part of the connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base, and the through channel is a U-shaped section of the connecting block which is vertically downward along the longitudinal direction; the bearing hole of the wiper joint is opposite to the through hole or the through channel of the connecting block, a longitudinal yielding part which extends from front to back along the longitudinal direction is formed at the position of the longitudinal section of the wiper joint corresponding to the resisting end surface of the L-shaped sinking part, the articulated shaft of the side-inserting type wiping arm is sequentially inserted into the bearing hole of the wiper joint and the through hole or the through channel of the wiper connecting base, and the articulated shaft is rotatably arranged in the through hole or the through channel of the wiper connecting base, so that the fastening connection relationship is established between the wiper joint and the wiper connecting base.

In the above schemes, the top area of the longitudinal section of the windshield wiper joint is provided with the limiting groove, so that the inner side end surface of the limiting groove and the outer side end surface of the side wall adjacent to the limiting groove form a first limiting matching surface and a second limiting matching surface respectively, the distance between the first limiting matching surface and the second limiting matching surface and the distance between the first limiting matching surface and the second matching surface and the inserting receiving hole are preset respectively, the windshield wiper joint can be used for adapting to the side-inserting type wiper arms with different L-shaped connecting arm lengths, and the windshield wiper joint are mutually clamped and matched with the first limiting slot and the second limiting slot correspondingly arranged through the first clamping block and the second clamping block, and the windshield wiper joint is very convenient to disassemble/assemble the pedestal connected with the windshield wiper.

Furthermore, a second limiting slot of a connecting block of the windshield wiper connecting base is arranged at the front ends of the two side faces of the connecting block, the opening end of the second limiting slot extends to a limiting and resisting surface, and an inserting channel positioned at the front end of the second limiting slot is a vacant space in the front of the connecting block; the front end wall of the wiper joint is connected with the second clamping block.

Further, the top surface of the base of the windshield wiper connecting base is provided with a supporting plane which extends outwards along the width and length directions of the connecting block, and the supporting plane is at least supported in an abutting mode with the bottom end face of the windshield wiper joint.

Furthermore, a first limit slot and a second limit slot of the windshield wiper connecting base are respectively arranged at the positions of the connecting blocks adjacent to the supporting plane, and the end surface of the bottom of the connecting block is superposed with the supporting plane; the first clamping block and the second clamping block of the windshield wiper joint are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the two side walls, and the bottom end surfaces of the first clamping block and the second clamping block are flush with the bottom end surfaces of the two side walls.

By adopting one or more technical characteristics which are accumulated together, the wiper joint can be further improved to be more stably assembled on the wiper connecting base, and the convenience of disassembly/assembly between the wiper joint and the wiper connecting base cannot be influenced.

A third objective of the present invention is to disclose a windshield wiper, which includes the windshield wiper connecting assembly of any one of the above embodiments, wherein the windshield wiper connecting assembly can connect the windshield wiper support assembly with at least two side-inserted type wiper arms having different lengths of the L-shaped connecting arm.

Detailed Description

In the following description, the term "longitudinal" is a major axis extending in the lengthwise direction corresponding to the wiper blade joint or the side-insertion wiper arm, and it can be understood in this specification that "longitudinal" coincides with the lengthwise direction along the connecting piece; the front and back directions of the windshield wiper joint and the windshield wiper connecting base correspond to the distance between the components and the power end of the side-inserted type scraping arm, the front direction is the side far away from the power end of the side-inserted type scraping arm, the back direction is the side close to the power end of the side-inserted type scraping arm, and for convenience of understanding, the direction of the front and back directions related to the invention is consistent with the direction of the reference numerals in the specification.

The first embodiment:

as shown in fig. 2-1 to 2-3, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting assembly for realizing a hinged connection between a wiper support assembly and a side-insertion type wiper arm, wherein a connecting portion of a front end of the side-insertion type wiper arm has a hinge axis S extending in a width direction with respect to the wiper support assembly, and an L-shaped connecting arm disposed parallel to the hinge axis S is further provided at a rear end of the hinge axis S, a free end of the L-shaped connecting arm is directed to a windshield surface, and different types of side-insertion type wiper arms are divided according to the length of the L-shaped connecting arm, wherein the L-shaped connecting arm having a longer length is defined as a long side-insertion type wiper arm K1, and the other is defined as a short side-insertion type wiper arm K2.

The windshield wiper connecting assembly comprises a windshield wiper connecting base 1a and a windshield wiper connector 2a, wherein the windshield wiper connecting base 1a comprises a base 11, the base 11 is used for fixedly connecting with a windshield wiper support assembly, and the technical scheme disclosed in CN110422140A can be specifically seen, namely, an installation groove and a clamping part are arranged at the bottom of the base, a spring plate is provided with a notch at the position corresponding to the clamping part, and meanwhile, the spring plate is provided with a connecting structure for fixing a rubber strip of the windshield wiper; or as in the technical scheme disclosed in CN109795452A, the connection structure of the elastic sheet and the base is basically the same, but the elastic sheet is separated into two parallel elastic sheets, the head and the tail ends of the two elastic sheets are fixed by welding through the connecting steel sheet, a gap is formed between the two elastic sheets, and the wiper rubber strip is inserted into the gap, thereby realizing the technical scheme disclosed by the fixing of the elastic sheet and the wiper rubber strip; or as the technical scheme disclosed in CN108583517A, a bearing clip is additionally arranged between the elastic sheet and the rubber strip, so as to fix the elastic sheet and the rubber strip of the windshield wiper; meanwhile, the base can also adopt the invention concepts disclosed in CN104925029A, CN106240529A and CN110843730A, one end of the base can be connected with the wiper support assembly by adopting a convex column and the other end can be connected with the wiper support assembly by adopting an elastic clamping hook mode, it should be noted that the fixing of the base and the wiper support assembly is not only the above-mentioned examples, but also the base and the wiper support assembly can be stably and firmly connected once being connected.

A connecting block 12 is convexly arranged above the base 11, the top surface of the base 11 of the wiper connecting base 1a is provided with a supporting plane 111 extending outwards along the width and length directions of the connecting block 12, two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12 are respectively and symmetrically provided with a pair of first limiting slot 51 and a second limiting slot 52 which are inwards recessed from back to front along the longitudinal direction, the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are preferably arranged at the position where the connecting block 12 is adjacent to the supporting plane 111, that is, the bottom end surfaces of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are both overlapped with the supporting plane 111, of course, the invention does not exclude that the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are arranged at the higher position (i.e. the position away from the supporting plane 111) of the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12, the opening ends of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 face towards the front end, and at least the front ends of the open ends of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 are formed with insertion channels 53a, 53b communicated therewith, the insertion channel 53a may be formed by a solid vertical sinking groove, such as the insertion channel 53a disposed at the front end of the first limiting slot, or the insertion channel 53b of a non-solid member, such as the second limiting slot 52 disposed at the front end of the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12 in the embodiment, the insertion channel 53b is a vacant space at the front of the connecting block 12, and it is more preferable that the front end surface of the connecting block 12 is designed as the limiting and abutting surface 121. A stop part 13 is convexly arranged at the top of the connecting block 12, the stop part 13 is provided with a first limiting surface 131 facing to the rear end, and the first limiting surface 131 has enough height for abutting against the hinge shaft S of the limiting side-inserting type scraping arm.

The wiper blade joint 2a comprises a longitudinal body connecting together two substantially parallel side walls 21 by a top wall 22, a front end wall 29 being connected transversely at the front ends of the side walls 21, the two side walls 21 each having a receiving hole 25 for receiving the aforementioned hinge axis S; meanwhile, the longitudinal body is positioned at the rear end of the bearing hole 25 to form at least one longitudinal section T, and the height of the longitudinal section T is smaller than that of the end part of the longitudinal body with the bearing hole 25; at least one limiting groove 27a extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on the longitudinal section T, the limiting groove 27a is used for inserting the free end of the L-shaped connecting arm, the limiting groove 27a is preferably designed as a limiting sinking groove, the inner end of the limiting groove 27a forms a first limiting matching surface C, the outer end surface of the side wall 21 adjacent to the limiting groove 27a forms a second limiting matching surface D, the first limiting matching surface C and the second limiting matching surface D respectively form a first width W1 and a second width W2 between the matching end surfaces of the receiving hole 25 on the opposite side, the receiving hole 25 on the side is defined as an inserting hole B, the matching end surface is defined as the joint axis S of the side-inserting type scraping arm inserted into the receiving hole 25, the joint axis S abuts against the contact surface of the receiving hole 25, if the joint axis S abuts against the outer end surface of the receiving hole 25, the outer end surface of the receiving hole 25 is defined as the matching end surface, if the hinge shaft S is abutted against the counter bore end face of the receiving hole 25, the counter bore end face of the receiving hole 25 is defined as a matching end face, and the first width W1 and the second width W2 are just matched with two different types of side-inserted scraper arms K1 and K2; meanwhile, the two side walls 21 extend inwards to form a first block 23 and a second block 24 at the positions corresponding to the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 of the wiper connecting base 1a, respectively, and the second block 24 is connected with the front end wall 29.

As shown in fig. 2-3 to fig. 2-5, the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a are specifically installed by placing the wiper joint 2a above the wiper connecting base 1a, facing the first latch 23 and the second latch 24 to the insertion passages 53a, 53b of the connecting block 12, and then sleeving the first latch 23 and the second latch 24 of the wiper joint 2a from top to bottom along the insertion passages 53a, 53b of the connecting block 12 until the bottom end surface of the wiper joint 2a and the supporting plane 111 of the wiper connecting base 1a are in contact with each other, at this time, the connecting block 12 is placed in the inner cavity of the longitudinal body of the wiper joint 2a, so that the inner ends of the two side walls 21 of the wiper joint 2a are in contact with the two side surfaces 125 of the connecting block 12, respectively, thereby limiting the relative displacement of the wiper joint 2a with respect to the wiper connecting base 1a in the width direction, then, the wiper joint 2a is translated from front to back until the inner wall of the front end wall 29 of the wiper joint 2a and the limiting and stopping surface 121 at the front end of the connecting block 12 are abutted and limited to limit the backward relative displacement of the wiper joint 2a relative to the wiper connecting base 1a along the longitudinal direction, at this time, the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 of the wiper joint 2a are respectively clamped in the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 which are correspondingly arranged, the bearing hole 25 is located at the rear end of the stopping part 13 of the connecting block 12, the top end surfaces of the first fixture block 23 and the second fixture block 24 are abutted against the transverse stopping surfaces 511 and 521 of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52 respectively, so as to limit the relative displacement of the wiper joint 2a relative to the wiper connecting base 1a along the vertical direction; at this time, the preliminary assembly of the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a is completed, the receiving hole 25 is located at the rear end of the stop portion 13 of the connecting block 12 (normally, due to the limitation of processing precision and the like, the receiving hole 25 is generally disposed at the rear end of the first limiting surface 131 of the stop portion 13 with a clearance, the minimum distance between the inner diameter end facing to the first limiting surface 131 and the first limiting surface 131 is generally 0.2mm-0.5mm), and the height of the lowest point of the receiving hole 25 is greater than or equal to the height of the top of the connecting block 12 opposite to the lowest point, then the hinge shaft S of the side-inserted wiper arm is inserted into the receiving hole 25, the outer diameter end of the hinge shaft S can be abutted and matched with the first limiting surface 131 of the stop portion 13, thereby limiting the forward relative displacement of the wiper joint 2a relative to the wiper connecting base 1a in the longitudinal direction, and realizing that the wiper joint 2a is stably disposed on the wiper connecting base 1a, finally, the free end of the L-shaped connecting arm of the short side-inserting type scraping arm K2 is inserted into the limiting groove 27a of the wiper connector and forms limiting along the width direction with the first limiting matching surface C, so that the short side-inserting type scraping arm K2 is assembled with the wiper connecting assembly; the inner end of the free end of the L-shaped connecting arm of the long side-inserted type scraping arm K1 and the second limit matching surface D of the wiper connector 2a form a limit along the width direction, so that the long side-inserted type scraping arm K1 and the wiper connecting assembly are assembled. It should be noted that, if the wiper fitting 2a does not have the front end wall 29, or does not rely on the front end wall 29 and the limit stop surface 121 at the front end of the connecting block 12 to abut against each other for support, the first fixture block 23 and/or the second fixture block 24 can directly abut against and limit the longitudinal abutting surfaces 512 and 522 of the first limiting slot 51 and the second limiting slot 52, but it is preferable that the front end wall 29 of the wiper fitting 2a and the limit stop surface 121 of the connecting block 12 are abutted against each other for limiting, since the abutting limit area of the latter is larger than the abutting area of the former, since the height of the connecting block 12 of the present embodiment is low, the beneficial effect is not obvious, in the subsequent embodiment, the height of the front end of the connecting block 12 is higher, the limit resisting surface 121 with larger area is provided, therefore, the limiting effect is better, and the stability of the wiper joint 2a and the wiper connecting base 1a can be effectively improved. When the windshield wiper joint 2a is required to be separated from the windshield wiper connecting base 1a, the L-shaped connecting arm of the side-inserted type scraping arm is separated from the first limit matching surface C or the second limit matching surface D for limitation, and the articulated shaft S is outwards pulled out from the inserting and receiving hole B of the windshield wiper joint, so that the separation of the windshield wiper joint 2a and the windshield wiper connecting base 1a can be realized, and the detachment/installation of the windshield wiper joint 2a and the windshield wiper connecting base 1a is very convenient.

More preferably, the wiper joint 2a may be symmetrically designed along the longitudinal central axis M, that is, the inserting receiving hole B, the limiting groove 27a and the second limiting fitting surface D of the wiper joint 2a are symmetrically designed along the longitudinal central axis M of the wiper joint 2a, so that the hinge shaft S of the side inserting type wiper arm may be inserted from the inserting receiving hole 25 in any side direction, thereby facilitating the side inserting type wiper arm to be mounted on the left-hand vehicle or the right-hand vehicle in an adaptive manner.

Second embodiment:

as shown in fig. 2-6 to 2-8, compared with the first embodiment, the structure of the top part of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1b is eliminated from the stop part 13, and the connecting block 12 is formed with an L-shaped depressed part 14 extending in the longitudinal direction at the rear end at a position located substantially near the middle, the L-shaped depressed part 14 is formed with a stopping end surface 141 facing the rear end, and the stopping end surface 141 is used for abutting against the hinge axis S of the limit side insertion type wiper arm; the first limiting slots 51 are arranged on two side surfaces 125 of the L-shaped sinking part 14; meanwhile, the top of the connecting block 12 is provided with a limiting step part 15, and the limiting step part 15 is provided with a second limiting surface 151 facing to the rear end; the wiper joint 2b has a structure substantially identical to that of the wiper joint 2a of the first embodiment, except that a stopper click 26 is provided at the inner end of the top wall 22 of the wiper joint 2b and at a position opposite to the stopper step 15 of the connecting piece 12, the limiting stop 26 can abut against the limiting step 15 for limiting the forward relative displacement of the wiper fitting 2b relative to the wiper connecting base 1b along the longitudinal direction, and when the wiper fitting 2b is separated from the connecting block 12 by an external force, the limiting clamping point 26 is easy to deform and is crossed and separated from the top of the limiting step part 15, and by the design, after the windshield wiper joint 2b and the windshield wiper connecting base 1b are installed in place, if there is no external force, the two can be relatively fixed, the articulated shaft S of the side-inserting type scraping arm is conveniently inserted into the bearing hole 25 of the wiper joint 2b, and the final stable connection between the two is realized.

The method of removing/attaching the wiper joint 2B to the wiper connecting base 1B is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment except that since the connecting block of the wiper connecting base 1B forms the L-shaped depressed portion 14, when the two are assembled in place, the receiving hole 25 of the wiper joint 2B is located in the region of the L-shaped depressed portion 14 of the opposing connecting block 12, and the front end of the receiving hole 25 is located at the rear end of the end face 141 abutting against the L-shaped depressed portion 14, and the distance between the receiving hole 25 and the abutting end face 141 is set as in the first embodiment, not described above, so that the hinge shaft S of the side-insertion type wiper arm is inserted in the empty space formed above the receiving hole 25 of the wiper joint 2B and the L-shaped depressed portion 14 in turn, and the front side of the hinge shaft S is allowed to abut against the abutting end face 141 of the L-shaped depressed portion 14 of the connecting block 12, thereby restricting the relative displacement of the wiper joint 2B forward in the longitudinal direction with respect to the wiper connecting base 1B, the windshield wiper joint 2b is stably arranged on the windshield wiper connecting base 1 b; compared with the first embodiment, the front area (including the position-limiting abutment surface 121 and the two side surfaces 125) of the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1b has a larger abutment support area with the corresponding position of the wiper joint 2b, so that a tight connection relationship is established between the wiper joint 2b and the wiper connecting base 1 b.

In a third embodiment of the present invention, the first,

as shown in fig. 2-9 to fig. 2-12, the present invention discloses a wiper connecting base 1c, the structure of which is substantially the same as that of the wiper connecting base 1b disclosed in the second embodiment, the most obvious difference is that the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1c is additionally provided with a through hole 16a or a through channel 16b at the front end of the L-shaped sinking portion 14 for passing through the hinge axis S of the side-inserted type wiper arm, and the through channel 16a is a U-shaped section of the connecting block 12 vertically downward along the longitudinal direction (refer to fig. 3-2); the most obvious difference between the wiper joint 2c and the wiper joint 2b disclosed in the second embodiment is that the longitudinal section T of the wiper joint 2c forms a longitudinal relief portion 17 extending from front to back along the longitudinal direction relative to the position of the stop end face 141 of the L-shaped depressed portion 14, so that the wiper joint 2c can be conveniently mounted on the wiper connecting base 1c, the longitudinal relief portion 17 of the wiper joint 2c needs to reserve enough relief space for the wiper joint 2c and the wiper connecting base 1c to relatively displace along the longitudinal direction, fig. 2-10 disclose that the wiper joint 2c is a schematic diagram symmetrically distributed along the longitudinal central axis M, and is used for adapting to a side-inserted wiper arm of a left-rudder vehicle or a right-rudder vehicle, and the longitudinal relief portion 17 is arranged in the middle of the front end of the longitudinal section T; fig. 2-11 show that the limiting groove 27a of the wiper fitting 2C ' is of single-edge design, and a filling portion 28 having a contour substantially corresponding to that of the wiper fitting 2C ' is added side by side, the filling portion 28 may be a solid member having a length equal to that of the wiper fitting 2C ' or a hollow member with a downward opening (as shown in fig. 2-12), a plurality of ribs are added in the member for increasing the overall strength, and the filling portion 28 is also provided with a through hole 281 penetrating the receiving hole 25, the through hole 281 is defined as an insertion receiving hole B for inserting the hinge shaft S of the side-insertion type wiper arms K1, K2, and the filling portion 28 also forms a longitudinal section extending downward along the longitudinal direction for supporting the L-shaped connecting arm, the distance between the mating end surface of the insertion receiving hole 281B and the first limiting mating surface C and the second limiting mating surface D is adjusted by the filling portion 28, the abutting support area between the wiper joint 2c' and the wiper connecting base 1c is further increased, and the stability of the connection between the wiper joint and the wiper connecting base is increased. Meanwhile, the wiper blade 2c' is formed with a longitudinal relief portion 17 which is located at the front end of the longitudinal section T and communicates with the stopper groove 27 a. When the wiper joints 2c, 2c 'and the wiper connecting base 1c are installed in place, the receiving holes 25/through holes 281 of the wiper joints 2c, 2c' are opposite to the through holes 16a or the through passages 16b of the connecting block 12 for the hinge shafts S of the side-insertion type wiper arms to pass through, and the above-mentioned structural changes can realize a more secure connection relationship between the wiper joints 2c, 2c 'and the wiper connecting base 1c because the wiper joints 2c, 2c' and the wiper connecting base 1c generate forward centrifugal force when the wiper connecting assembly is in an operating state, but the structures of the wiper connecting bases 1a, 1b disclosed in the first and second embodiments cannot directly restrict the outward relative movement (generated by the centrifugal force) of the hinge shafts S of the side-insertion type wiper arms, and only can pass through the wiper joints 2a, The front end wall 29 of the wiper joint 2a and the receiving hole 25 of the wiper joint 2b are supported against the limiting and resisting surface 121 at the front end of the connecting block 12, and the receiving hole 25 of the wiper joint 2a and 2b is subjected to an outward centrifugal force applied by the wiper joint and the wiper connecting bases 1a and 1b, so that the receiving hole 25 bears a large acting force; in the present embodiment, the side-insertion hinge shaft S can directly and physically contact with the through hole 16a or the through channel 16b of the wiper connecting base 1c, so as to partially overcome the outward centrifugal force of the wiper connecting base 1c, thereby reducing the load on the receiving holes of the wiper joints 2c, 2 c'.

A second series: the windshield wiper joint forms an insertion limit space at the longitudinal section position

The first embodiment:

as shown in fig. 3-1 to fig. 3-4, the wiper connecting base 1d disclosed in the present embodiment is most similar to the wiper connecting base 1C disclosed in the first series of third embodiments, and the most obvious difference therebetween is that the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1d is not designed with the L-shaped depressed portion 14, the position of the connecting block 12 relative to the wiper joint longitudinal section T is defined as a limit fitting section G, the height of the limit fitting section G is less than or equal to the height of the wiper joint longitudinal section T, and a first limit fitting surface C is formed on one side end surface of the limit fitting section G.

The most obvious difference between the wiper joint 2D disclosed in this embodiment and the wiper joints 2a, 2b, 2C disclosed in the first series of embodiments is that the design of the limiting groove 27a is eliminated at the position of the longitudinal section T of the longitudinal body of the wiper joint 2D, and is changed into the design of the hollow portion 221, that is, the top wall 22 of the wiper joint 2D forms a hollow portion 221 at the position of the longitudinal section T, the hollow portion 221 is used to expose the limiting matching section G of the connecting block 12, and an L-shaped connecting arm inserting limiting space 27b for a side-inserted type wiper arm is formed between the hollow portion 221 of the top wall 22 and a side end face of the limiting matching section G of the connecting block 12, the side end face forms a first limiting matching surface C, the side end face of the side wall 21 adjacent to the first limiting matching surface C forms a second limiting matching surface D, and the first limiting matching surface C and the second matching surface D respectively form a first width W1 and a second width W1 to the matching end face of the receiving hole 25 at the opposite side A W2 degree, defined as an insertion receiving hole B at the side receiving hole 25, different widths for adapting to the side insertion type scraping arms of different L-shaped connecting arms (as shown in FIGS. 3-5 to 3-6) consistent with the above description; meanwhile, the design is optimized, a blocking edge 211 facing the first limit matching surface of the limit matching section G is formed at the bottom of the side wall 21 of the wiper joint 2d, and the blocking edge 211 can be abutted against the first limit matching surface C to further increase the limit surface of the wiper joint 2d and the wiper connecting base 1d along the width direction, so that the connection stability of the wiper joint 2d and the wiper connecting base is improved.

Meanwhile, fig. 3-1 also discloses a wiper connecting base 1d, which can also be adapted to a wiper joint (non-adapted side-inserted wiper arm) with hinged shafts on both side walls, that is, a through hole 16a is arranged below the limiting step part 15 (because the limiting step part 15 is generally arranged in the region of the topmost part of the connecting block 12), so that the conventional wiper joint with hinged shafts on both side walls can be sleeved in the through hole 16a to realize pivotal connection, and in order to facilitate the sliding of the hinged shafts of the wiper joint into the through hole 16a, guide slopes 152 are formed on both side surfaces of the limiting step part 15, in fact, each embodiment with a through hole disclosed in the present invention can be adapted to the conventional wiper joint with hinged shafts on both side walls by using the inventive concept.

Second embodiment:

as shown in fig. 3-7 to fig. 3-12, the wiper connecting base 1e of the present embodiment has a structure substantially identical to that of the wiper connecting base 1d, and the most obvious difference is that the wiper connecting base 1e is located in the region of the limit fitting section G of the connecting block 12, and at least one section of positioning baffle 19 recessed inwards (first inward-concave) is formed on both sides of the wiper connecting base along the longitudinal direction and from top to bottom, and the width of the positioning baffle 19 is less than the width of the connecting block 12; the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1e is also provided with a settlement section 18 which extends backwards along the longitudinal direction at the rear end of the positioning baffle 19, the width of the settlement section 18 is flush with the connecting block 12, and the first limiting slot 51 is arranged on two side surfaces of the settlement section 18; meanwhile, the connection block 12 is also recessed inwards (second inward shrinkage) below the positioning baffle 19 to form a guide projection 20, the second inward shrinkage is smaller than the first inward shrinkage, that is, the width of the connection block 12 is greater than the width of the guide projection 20 is greater than the width of the positioning baffle 19, the lateral end face of the guide projection 20 is flush with the inner side end face of the first limiting slot 51, and the arrangement of the guide projection 20 facilitates the insertion of the first fixture 23 of the wiper joint 2e into the first limiting slot 51. This embodiment also discloses a configuration in which the connecting block 12 is offset to one side of the support plane 111 along the longitudinal center axis Z (see fig. 3-7).

The wiper joint 2e disclosed in this embodiment is substantially identical to the structure of the wiper joint 2d described above, mainly because the connecting block 12 of the wiper connecting base 1e is offset, so that the wiper joint 2e adds the structural feature of the filling portion 28, and the structural feature of the filling portion 28 can refer to the structure of the wiper joint 2 d' disclosed in the third embodiment of the first series, and will not be described in detail again.

After the wiper connector 2e is stably connected to the wiper connecting base 1e, an insertion limiting space 27B for inserting the L-shaped connecting arm of the side-inserted wiper arm is formed between the hollow portion 221 of the top wall 22 of the wiper connector 2e and the positioning baffle 19, the positioning baffle 19 forms a first limiting matching surface C on one side end surface of the insertion limiting space 27B, a second limiting matching surface D on the outer side end surface of the side wall 21 adjacent to the first limiting matching surface C, the first limiting matching surface C and the second limiting matching surface D respectively form a first width W1 and a second width W2 between the matching end surfaces of the bearing holes 25 (through holes located in the filling portion of the wiper connector 2e) on the opposite side, and the bearing holes 25 located on the side are defined as insertion bearing holes B. By means of side-inserted scraper arms of different widths for adapting to different L-shaped connecting arms (see fig. 3-11 to fig. 3-12).

As shown in fig. 3-13, the wiper connecting base 1e ' is completely identical in structure to the wiper connecting base 1e, except that the offset design of the connecting block 12 is eliminated, and the wiper joints 2e ' adapted thereto are symmetrically disposed along the longitudinal central axis M, it should be noted that, because the width of the positioning baffle 19 is relatively thin (compared to the connecting block 12), the two side walls 21 of the wiper joint 2e ' can be designed to be retracted toward the longitudinal central axis M in the region of the longitudinal section T, and the bottom of the two side walls 21 (in the region of the longitudinal section) form a bottom edge 212 extending outward opposite to the longitudinal central axis M, and the bottom edge 212 increases the abutting support area between the wiper joint 2e ' and the support plane 111 of the wiper connecting base 1e ', thereby improving the stability of the connection therebetween; the length of the inserting type bearing hole B extending outwards is set, so that the distance between the matching end face of the inserting type bearing hole B and the first limiting matching surface C or the second limiting matching surface D meets the requirement, and the use requirement of the side inserting type scraping arm of the adaptive left-rudder vehicle or right-rudder vehicle is met through the design.

The present invention further discloses a wiper (not shown) comprising the wiper connecting assembly of any one of the above embodiments, wherein the wiper connecting assembly can connect the wiper support assembly with at least two side-inserted wiper arms having different L-shaped connecting arm lengths.
