When the lower pressing block 35 pushes the pushing block 4 to move, the limiting column 43 always moves in the limiting groove 52 and along the opening direction of the limiting groove 52, so that the limiting groove 52 can limit the limiting column 43 in the vertical direction to a certain extent, the limiting column 43 can only move along the horizontal direction, the moving path of the pushing block 4 in the moving process is always parallel to the movable rotating shaft 2, and the radial acting force generated by the pushing block 4 on the movable rotating shaft 2 when moving is reduced, so that the movable rotating shaft 2 is abraded.

As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the driving structure includes a driving motor 15, and a transmission assembly 6 disposed between the driving motor 15 and the movable rotating shaft 2, the transmission assembly 6 includes a first transmission gear 61, a dual gear 62 and a second transmission gear 63, the first transmission gear 61 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 15, the second transmission gear 63 is mounted on the movable rotating shaft 2, and the second transmission gear 63 is disposed between the large spring 24 and the pushing block 4, the second transmission gear 63 is provided with a rotation stop port 631, a rear end side wall of the movable rotating shaft 2 is provided with a rotation stop plane 27, the second transmission gear 63 is sleeved on the movable rotating shaft 2 and is in rotation stop fit with the movable rotating shaft 2 through the rotation stop port 631, when the installation, the rotation stop port 631 of the second transmission gear 63 is sleeved on the movable rotating shaft 2 along one end provided with the rotation stop plane 27, so that when the driving motor 15 drives the movable rotating shaft 2 to rotate, the second transmission gear 63 can be driven to rotate. After the driving motor 15 is started, the output shaft of the driving motor 15 drives the first transmission gear 61 to rotate, the first transmission gear 61 drives the duplicate gear 62 to rotate, the duplicate gear 62 drives the second transmission gear 63 to rotate, and due to the rotation stopping fit between the second transmission gear 63 and the movable rotating shaft 2, the movable rotating shaft 2 can be driven to rotate when the second transmission gear 63 rotates, so that the driving gear 21 is driven to rotate.

As shown in fig. 7-8, the support 5 is provided with a contact assembly electrically connected to the driving motor 15, the contact assembly includes an upper contact 53 and a lower contact 54, and in an initial state, the upper contact 53 is parallel to the lower contact 54. The lower pressing rod 36 is pressed down and then is in driving fit with the rotating block 55, the rotating block 55 rotates to enable the upper contact piece 53 to be in contact with the lower contact piece 54 to achieve conduction, and the drive motor 15 can be started due to the fact that the contact piece assembly is electrically connected to the drive motor 15.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a bottle cap opening mechanism is further disposed on the front side surface of the main body 1, a groove 16 is formed in the main body 1, the bottle cap opening mechanism is disposed in the groove 16, a prying cover plate 7 is obliquely disposed in the groove 16, a through hole 71 is formed in the middle of the prying cover plate 7, and a prying cover convex portion 72 located in the through hole 71 is integrally formed on the prying cover plate 7. The lower side wall of the groove 16 is provided with an inclined guide surface 161, and the included angle beta between the inclined guide surface 161 and the pry cover plate 7 is 120 degrees. When the pry cover plate 7 is installed in the groove 16, the upper insertion block 73 is correspondingly inserted into the upper insertion hole 162, then the lower end of the pry cover plate 7 is correspondingly inserted into the lower insertion hole 163, and under the guiding action of the inclined guide surface 161, the lower end of the pry cover plate 7 can be conveniently and quickly inserted into the lower insertion hole 163, so that the pry cover plate 7 can be conveniently installed in the groove 16.

When the metal bottle cap needs to be opened, the end of the metal bottle cap can extend into the groove 16, and a part of the end of the metal bottle cap passes through the through hole 71, so that the edge of the metal bottle cap is buckled on the prying cover convex part 72, the bottle is buckled downwards, and the metal bottle cap can be opened from the bottle opening through the prying cover convex part 72. An obtuse angle is formed between the inclined guide surface 161 and the prying cover plate 7, so that a better avoiding effect can be achieved when the bottle cap extends into the groove 16, and force is applied when the bottle cap is opened conveniently.

As shown in fig. 4 and 9, a crescent 17 is further formed on the back surface of the main body 1, a whetstone 8 is arranged in the crescent 17, the whetstone 8 includes an upper whetstone 81 and a lower whetstone 82, and the upper whetstone 81 and the lower whetstone 82 are staggered. When the user polishes the cutter, the sword blade of cutter round trip movement in crescent 17 for upside whetstone 81 polishes the last side blade of cutter, and downside whetstone 82 polishes the downside blade of cutter, because upside whetstone 81 is the setting of staggering with downside whetstone 82, at the in-process of polishing, slightly inclines the cutter, can realize two sides and polish simultaneously, thereby improve efficiency of polishing, and the effect of polishing is better.

As shown in fig. 4 and 7, a step 18 is further disposed on the back of the main body 1, a side wall above the step 18 is recessed inwards to form an escape, an insertion hole 181 is disposed in the middle of the surface of the step 18, the insertion hole 181 is communicated with an inner cavity of the main body 1, and the insertion hole 181 can be used for inserting tools such as scissors. The lower part of the back of the main body 1 is also provided with a wire hiding hole 19, the wire hiding hole 19 is communicated with the inner cavity of the main body 1, and a power line can be contained and hidden in the wire hiding hole 19.

The basic working principle of the invention is as follows: in the initial state, the lower press block 35 and the lower press rod 36 are far away from the pushing assembly; when the can is placed on the main body 1 for cutting, the upper end edge of the can is correspondingly placed between the driving gear 21 and the driven gear 14, and the side wall of the driven gear 14 and the knife edge part 141 are attached to the side wall of the can to realize pre-positioning. Then, the pressing handle 3 is rotated downwards, so that the pressing block 35 acts on the guide surface 41 of the pushing block 4, in the process, the pressing block 35 pushes the pushing block 4 to move backwards through the guide surface 41, the pushing block 4 moves backwards and instantly extrudes the large spring 24, the large spring 24 generates backward thrust on the positioning nut 22 through the elasticity of the large spring, the positioning nut 22 can drive the movable rotating shaft 2 to move backwards integrally to drive the driving gear 21 on the movable rotating shaft to move backwards synchronously, and the flange of the can top cover 11' can be clamped and positioned through the matching of the driving gear 21 and the driven gear 14. Subsequently, the pressing handle 3 is further pressed down, so that the pressing rod 36 abuts against the rotating block 55 and drives the rotating block 55 to rotate, in the process, the movable rotating shaft 2 is axially kept still, the rotating block 55 drives the contact component to electrically contact and then drives the driving motor 15 to start, so that the transmission component 6 drives the movable rotating shaft 2 to rotate, when the movable rotating shaft 2 rotates, the driving gear 21 can be driven to rotate, because friction force is formed between the driving gear 21 and the can top cover 11 ', the can be driven to rotate relative to the main body 1, when the can rotates, the knife edge part 141 on the driven gear 14 acts on the can side wall to cut the can side wall, and thus, the can top cover can be cut off from the can body 12'. In this process, the side wall of the lower press block 35 is always against the vertical plane 42.

After the cutting is finished, the pressing handle 3 is lifted to drive the pressing block 35 and the pressing rod 36 to reset, the pushing block 4 does not bear the horizontal component of the downward force any more, the movable rotating shaft 2 can be driven to move forward along the axial direction under the elastic force of the small spring 26, the driving gear 21 is far away from the driven gear 14, the cut can body 12' can be taken down, and the rotating block 55 resets under the elastic force of the reset torsion spring 56. Thus, the upper contact piece 53 and the lower contact piece 54 are no longer contacted and energized, the movable rotating shaft 2 stops rotating, and the driving gear 21 and the driven gear 14 are separated from each other, so that the clamping of the can be released. The mode that the structure pushes down step by step is adopted, the clamping and the electrifying rotating process are sequentially realized, and the clamping device has the effects of stability in clamping and higher safety.
