Background

Carbon black is a carbon with no fixed shape, light and extremely fine black powder, and is a product obtained by incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of a carbon-containing substance, i.e., raw material oil, such as coal, natural gas, oil, and the like. The carbon black has wide application, such as black fuel, printing ink, graphite, and can be used as an additive to be added into materials such as rubber to enhance the wear resistance, aging resistance and the like of the materials. The carbon black production process comprises gas black production, tank black production and furnace black production, wherein the gas black production mainly takes hydrocarbons as a main raw material, the tank black production mainly takes natural gas as a raw material, and the furnace black mainly takes oils as a raw material.

The existing furnace black production process mainly comprises the steps of adding oil serving as raw oil into a reaction furnace, heating the reaction furnace through combustion of combustible gas, decomposing the raw oil through high temperature to generate carbon black, wherein the difference of the temperature in the reaction furnace has important influence on the generation of the carbon black, and the particle sizes of the carbon black generated by the difference of the temperature in the reaction furnace are different. The existing carbon black reaction furnace mainly sprays raw oil into the reaction furnace through a nozzle during production, and the produced carbon black is mainly of a single variety. The carbon black reaction furnace comprises a heating chamber and a reaction chamber, the heating chamber, the reaction chamber and a subsequent quenching chamber of the existing carbon black reaction furnace are positioned on the same straight line, and a single heating source is adopted for heating. The single heating source is adopted for heating, so that the capacity of the carbon black reaction furnace is relatively low, and the problems of insufficient cracking and the upper limit of the capacity of the single reaction furnace can occur when the capacity needs to be improved. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that two sides of the first reaction furnace are respectively provided with the second reaction furnace, one end of the second reaction furnace is provided with the heating chamber, heat is transferred into the second reaction furnace through the heating chamber, and simultaneously, the second raw oil nozzle arranged in the second reaction furnace can spray raw oil into the second reaction furnace, thereby realizing the first-stage carbon black production. The first raw oil spray head is also arranged in the second reaction furnace, the carbon black of the second stage can be further produced after the raw oil is sprayed into the first reaction furnace through the first raw oil spray head, the second reaction furnaces arranged on two sides of the first reaction furnace can save production fields and increase the capacity of equipment, and further the cost is saved. The first reaction furnace is also internally provided with a pressurizing and flow guiding device which is spiral and can send the airflow entering the first reaction furnace from the second reaction furnace into the quenching chamber along the spiral. The pressurizing and flow guiding device is composed of a hollow tube and a propeller blade, the first raw oil nozzle is positioned at the central axis of the propeller blade and sprays out raw oil in an umbrella-shaped fog shape, and airflow blown out in a spiral shape is fully contacted with the umbrella-shaped raw oil, so that the raw oil is fully heated and cracked by heat blown out by the airflow to generate carbon black, and the working efficiency of the reaction furnace is improved.
