In this embodiment, the supporting plate sliding block 15 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the problem of unsmooth movement caused by rusting after long-term placement due to the adoption of a metal sliding block can be effectively avoided.

When the cutting tool is actually used, the tool rest main body 4-1 and the pressing plate 4-2 are integrally formed, the tool rest main body 4-1 is arranged in the middle of the pressing plate 4-2 along the length direction of the pressing plate 4-2, a tool mounting groove for mounting the cutting tool 3 is formed in one side of the tool rest main body 4-1, the cutting tool 3 is obliquely mounted in the tool mounting groove, the cutting edge of the cutting tool 3 is arranged downwards, and the tool tip of the cutting tool 3 is obliquely inclined upwards, so that the cutting tool is convenient to cut a cylinder needling product 7 to be cut.

It should be noted that the two tool rest sliding blocks 17 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tool rest main body 4-1, the tool rest sliding blocks 17 are connected with the pressing plate 4-2 through bolts, grooves matched with the tool rest guide rails 18 are formed in the lower portions of the tool rest sliding blocks 17, the tool rest sliding blocks 17 are coated outside the tool rest guide rails 18 and can longitudinally move along the tool rest guide rails 18, and the moving stability of the tool rest 4 can be effectively improved.

During the in-service use, because cutting tool 3 is the loss article, install cutting tool 3 on knife rest 4 through the bolt, be convenient for change cutting tool 3 at any time, and then can effectively improve work efficiency and cutting quality.

In this embodiment, the longitudinal screw rod driving mechanism comprises a longitudinal screw rod 19 rotatably mounted on the supporting plate 5, the longitudinal screw rod 19 is parallel to the central axis of the cylinder needled product 7 to be cut and is arranged between two guide rails 18;

a nut seat 20 matched with the longitudinal screw rod 19 is fixed at the lower part of the pressing plate 4-2, a threaded hole for guiding the longitudinal screw rod 19 is formed in the nut seat 20, and a tool rest hand wheel 21 is arranged at one end of the longitudinal screw rod 19.

In practical use, the lower part of the pressing plate 4-2 is fixed with a nut seat 20 which is matched with the longitudinal screw rod 19, and the nut seat 20 can drive the tool rest 4 to move relative to the longitudinal screw rod 19 by rotating the longitudinal screw rod 19, so that the tool rest 4 can move longitudinally on the frame 1.

In the embodiment, the longitudinal screw rod 19 is arranged on the supporting plate 5, can only rotate and cannot relatively translate with the supporting plate 5; and a length graduated scale for measuring the moving distance of the tool rest 4 is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 5 along the length direction of the longitudinal screw rod 19, so that the moving distance of the tool rest 4 can be accurately controlled.

In practical use, the tool rest hand wheel 21 is arranged at one end of the longitudinal screw rod 19, so that an operator can rotate the tool rest hand wheel 21 to flexibly adjust the longitudinal position of the tool rest 4, and the operation is convenient and fast.

In the embodiment, the two transverse screw rod driving mechanisms are driven by a screw rod chain 26, each transverse screw rod driving mechanism comprises a transverse screw rod 22 which is rotatably installed on the rack 1, and the transverse screw rods 22 are perpendicular to the central axis of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut;

the lower parts of two sides of the supporting plate 5 are respectively provided with an ear plate 23 which is matched with the transverse screw rod 22, the ear plates 23 are provided with threaded holes for guiding the transverse screw rod 22, and the outer end of one transverse screw rod 22 is provided with a supporting plate hand wheel 24.

During practical use, the lug plate 23 is arranged at the lower part of the supporting plate 5, the lug plate 23 is provided with a threaded hole, the lug plate 23 is matched with the transverse screw rod 22 by being a nut, and when the transverse screw rod 22 rotates, the lug plate 23 drives the supporting plate 5 to move transversely.

In this embodiment, the transverse screw 22 is mounted on the frame 1, and can only rotate relative to the frame 1 and cannot translate relative to the frame 1; the outer end of the transverse screw rod 22 is mounted on the frame 1 through a bearing, and the inner end of the transverse screw rod 22 is positioned through a positioning block mounted on the frame 1.

In actual use, a gearbox is also arranged between the supporting plate hand wheel 24 and the transverse screw rod 22.

In this embodiment, a screw sprocket 27 matched with the screw chain 26 is installed at the outer end of each transverse screw 22.

In practical use, the two transverse screws 22 are in transmission connection through the screw rod chain 26, one transverse screw rod 22 can be driven to synchronously rotate the two transverse screw rods 22, the working efficiency can be effectively improved, the operation is convenient, the synchronous operation of the two transverse screw rods 22 can be realized, and the supporting plate 5 can be safely and stably moved.

It should be noted that the lead screw chain wheel 27 is fixedly installed on a section of the transverse lead screw 22 extending to the outside of the frame 1, and the lead screw chain 26 is sleeved on the outside of the two lead screw chain wheels 27 and is meshed with the two lead screw chain wheels 27.

In this embodiment, two rubber wheels 25 for supporting the rotating shaft 7-1 of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut are arranged side by side on each of the supporting roller frames 2, and the rubber wheels 25 are rotatably and fixedly installed on the inner sides of the supporting roller frames 2.

During actual use, the outer circular surfaces of the two rubber wheels 25 are tangent, the two rubber wheels 25 are arranged on the supporting wheel frame 2 side by side, when the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut is installed, the rotating shaft 7-1 of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut can be installed only by erecting the rotating shaft 7-1 between the two rubber wheels 25 due to the fact that the weight of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut is large, and installation and disassembly of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut are facilitated.

In this embodiment, the rubber wheel 25 is rotatably mounted on the supporting wheel frame 2, and when the cutting device works, the friction force between the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut and the rubber wheel 25 can be reduced, so that the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut can be conveniently rotated, and the working efficiency can be effectively improved.

When the cutting device is in practical use, after the needling of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut on the needling machine is finished, the cutting device is arranged below the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut, the supporting wheel frame 2 is positioned right below a rotating shaft 7-1 of the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut, the overall height of the frame 1 is adjusted by adjusting the inserting depth of the supporting wheel frame 9, after the standby frame 1 is adjusted to a proper height, the three-jaw chuck of the needling machine is slowly loosened, the cylinder needling product 7 to be cut is stably dropped on the cutting device, and the cutting device is pulled out from the lower part of the needling machine and is moved to a specified position for cutting operation.

When a cylindrical needled product 7 to be cut is cut, a transmission chain wheel 13 is installed at one end of the cylindrical needled product 7 to be cut, the transmission chain wheel 13 is connected with a chain wheel on a speed reducer through a transmission chain 12, the transverse initial position and the longitudinal initial position of a tool rest 4 are determined according to the diameter of the cylindrical needled product 7 to be cut, a support plate hand wheel 24 and a tool rest hand wheel 21 are manually rotated to adjust the tool rest 4 to the initial cutting position, a motor and the speed reducer are started to enable the cylindrical needled product 7 to be cut to rotate at a constant speed, and the transverse position of the tool rest 4 is finely adjusted through the support plate hand wheel 24 to finish one-time shallow-to-deep cutting of the cylindrical needled product 7 to be; when the cylinder to be cut is used for cutting the needling product 7 at the upper and lower positions, the operation is repeated.
