1. An opening bit holder, comprising:

a first clamping member and a second clamping member;

the first clamping component comprises a first clamping groove and a first fixing rod which is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the first clamping groove and extends towards the left side of the first clamping groove;

the second clamping component comprises a second clamping groove and a second fixing rod which is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the second clamping groove and extends towards the right side of the second clamping groove; the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are oppositely arranged in opening direction.

The first clamping groove and the upper top surface and the lower bottom surface of the second clamping groove are respectively provided with a first fastening block and a second fastening block which are oppositely arranged, and the first fastening block and the second fastening block are fastened.

The first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block are respectively arranged and can move and be adjusted along the first fixed rod and the second fixed rod and are fixed on the first fixed rod and the second fixed rod;

the first anchoring rod and the second anchoring rod are respectively fixedly connected with the first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block in a front-back adjustable mode, and the first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block are perpendicular to the first fixed rod and the second fixed rod.

a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole which are axially vertical to the first through hole and the third through hole and are communicated with each other are respectively formed in the first fixing sliding block, and fastening bolts are adapted to the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole;

and a third threaded hole and a fourth threaded hole which are axially vertical to the second through hole and the fourth through hole and are communicated with each other are respectively arranged on the second fixed sliding block, and fastening bolts are adapted to the third threaded hole and the fourth threaded hole.

3. A hole bit holder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said first and second anchor rods each comprise a support rod and an anchor cap disposed at a top end of one side of said support rod.

4. A hole bit holder as claimed in claim 3, wherein the end face of said cap is provided with a recess adapted to the shape of the anchor to be supported.

5. The opening bit holder of claim 3 wherein said support rod is removably connected to said anchor cap.

6. The open-hole drill holder of claim 3, wherein said support rod is provided with a plurality of continuous retaining slots in an outer side surface thereof.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clamping devices, in particular to a clamp holder for a hole drilling bit.

Background

In the underground water drainage construction process of a coal mine, in order to optimize water drainage construction, a water detection chamber on the working face side is cancelled, a roadway is required to be spanned for construction and drilling, a drill rod is far away from the underground, the moving range of the drill bit is too large, the direction and the inclination angle are not easy to be controlled manually, the hole is deviated from the designed direction and inclination angle, and meanwhile, the drill bit is easy to wear.

In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a fixed drill that can be drilled at the designed orientation and inclination while providing better drilling and reduced wear.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the invention provides a hole-opening drill bit holder, which comprises:

a first clamping member and a second clamping member;

the first clamping component comprises a first clamping groove and a first fixing rod which is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the first clamping groove and extends towards the left side of the first clamping groove;

the second clamping component comprises a second clamping groove and a second fixing rod which is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the second clamping groove and extends towards the right side of the second clamping groove; the openings of the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are oppositely arranged;

the upper top surfaces and the lower bottom surfaces of the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are respectively provided with a first fastening block and a second fastening block which are arranged oppositely, and opposite surfaces of the first fastening block and the second fastening block are respectively provided with a screw hole in a penetrating way and are fixedly clamped at the rod part of the drill rod through an adaptive screw rod;

the first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block are respectively arranged and can move and be adjusted along the first fixed rod and the second fixed rod and are fixed on the first fixed rod and the second fixed rod;

the first anchoring rod and the second anchoring rod are respectively fixedly connected with the first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block in a front-back adjustable mode, and the first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block are perpendicular to the first fixed rod and the second fixed rod.

In the above scheme, the first fixing rod and the second fixing rod are respectively provided with a first fixing slider and a second fixing slider, and the first fixing rod is arranged through a first through hole formed in the first fixing slider in a penetrating manner; the second fixing rod penetrates through a second through hole formed in the second fixing sliding block;

the first fixed sliding block and the second fixed sliding block are respectively provided with a third through hole and a fourth through hole which are axially vertical to the first through hole and the second through hole, and the first anchoring rod and the second anchoring rod respectively penetrate through the third through hole and the fourth through hole;

a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole which are axially vertical to the first through hole and the third through hole and are communicated with each other are respectively formed in the first fixing sliding block, and fastening bolts are adapted to the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole;

and a third threaded hole and a fourth threaded hole which are axially vertical to the second through hole and the fourth through hole and are communicated with each other are respectively arranged on the second fixed sliding block, and fastening bolts are adapted to the third threaded hole and the fourth threaded hole.

In the above scheme, the first anchoring rod and the second anchoring rod respectively comprise a supporting rod and an anchor rod cap arranged at the top end of one side of the supporting rod.

In the scheme, the end face of the anchor rod cap is provided with a groove which is shaped like a Chinese character 'mi' and is matched with the shape of the support anchor rod.

In the above scheme, the support rod is detachably connected with the anchor rod cap.

In the above scheme, the outer side surface of the support rod is provided with a plurality of continuous fixing slots.

The drill rod drilling tool is simple in structure and high in practicability, and not only is the problem that the drill rod is unstable during drilling and is not easy to control, but also the problem that the drilled hole deviates from the designed direction and inclination angle is solved, and meanwhile, the abrasion of a drill bit is greatly reduced; and the method is simple to operate, strong in adaptability and suitable for all anchor bolt supporting roadways.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Finally, it should be noted that in the description of the present application, it is to be noted that the terms "vertical", "upper", "lower", "horizontal", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present application. The invention is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides an open hole bit holder comprising:

the first clamping component 1 and the second clamping component 2 are identical in structure and are symmetrically arranged;

the first clamping component 1 comprises a first clamping groove 11 and a first fixing rod 12 which is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the first clamping groove 11 and extends towards the left side of the first clamping groove 11;

the second clamping component 2 comprises a second clamping groove 21 and a second fixing rod 22 which is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the second clamping groove 21 and extends towards the right side of the second clamping groove 21;

the first holding groove 11 and the second holding groove 21 are arranged to be open opposite to each other.

The first clamping groove 11 and the second clamping groove 21 are provided with a first fastening block 13 and a second fastening block 23 on the upper top surface and the lower bottom surface respectively in an opposite mode, screw holes are formed in opposite surfaces of the first fastening block 13 and the second fastening block 23 in a penetrating mode respectively, and the first fastening block and the second fastening block are fixedly clamped on the rod portion of the drill rod through the adaptive screw 7.

A first fixed sliding block 3 and a second fixed sliding block 4 which can move and be adjusted along the first fixed rod 12 and the second fixed rod 22 and are fixed on the first fixed rod 12 and the second fixed rod 22 are respectively arranged;

the first anchoring rod 5 and the second anchoring rod 6 are respectively fixedly connected with the first fixed slide block 3 and the second fixed slide block 4 in a front-back adjustable manner and are vertically arranged with the first fixed rod 12 and the second fixed rod 22 through the first fixed slide block 3 and the second fixed slide block 4.

During the use of the embodiment, insert the pole of drilling rod and establish between first centre gripping groove 11 and second centre gripping groove 21, adjust the distance of drilling rod to needs drilling wall simultaneously, and the horizontal and longitudinal distance of the anchor bolt is strutted to first anchor pole 5 and the corresponding group portion of second anchor pole 6, rethread is twisted and is moved screw 7 and tighten up first anchorage block 13 and second anchorage block 23 from top to bottom, make the drilling rod fix and set up between first centre gripping groove 11 and second centre gripping groove 21, and make first anchor pole 5, second anchor pole 6 respectively with first solid fixed sliding block 3, between the second solid fixed sliding block 4 fixed. The drilling work can be started; the movable anchor rod is simple in structure and high in practicability, the fixed rod, the anchoring rod and the fixed sliding block can be movably and adjustably connected, the longitudinal included angle between the fixed rod and the anchoring rod can be freely adjusted according to the structure of an anchor rod support, meanwhile, the problem that a drilling rod is unstable during drilling and is difficult to control, so that an opening deviates from a designed direction and an inclination angle is solved, and meanwhile, the abrasion of a drill bit is greatly reduced; and the method is simple to operate, strong in adaptability and suitable for all anchor bolt supporting roadways.

In this embodiment, the first fixing rod 12 is inserted into the fixing slider 3 through a first through hole 31 formed in the first fixing slider 3; the second fixing rod 22 is arranged through the second fixing slide block 4 through a second through hole 41 arranged on the second fixing slide block 4;

the first fixed sliding block 3 and the second fixed sliding block 4 are respectively provided with a third through hole 32 and a fourth through hole 42 which are axially vertical to the first through hole 31 and the second through hole 41, and the first anchoring rod 5 and the second anchoring rod 6 are respectively arranged in the third through hole 32 and the fourth through hole 42 in a penetrating way;

the first anchoring rod 5 and the second anchoring rod 6 respectively comprise a supporting rod 9 and an anchor rod cap 10 arranged on the top end of one side of the supporting rod 9, and the anchor rod cap 10 is arranged to be cylindrical or square according to requirements.

A first threaded hole and a second threaded hole which are axially vertical to the first through hole 31 and the third through hole 32 and are communicated with each other are respectively formed in the first fixing slide block 3, and fastening bolts 8 are matched with the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole; the fastening bolt 8 fixes the first fixed sliding block 3 on the first fixed rod 12 through a first threaded hole, and the fastening bolt 8 fixedly connects the first anchoring rod 5 with the first fixed sliding block 3 through a second threaded hole;

similarly, the second fixing slider 4 is provided with a third threaded hole and a fourth threaded hole which are axially perpendicular to and communicated with the second through hole 41 and the fourth through hole 42, the third threaded hole and the fourth threaded hole are adaptive to fastening bolts 8, the fastening bolts 8 fix the second fixing slider 4 on the second fixing rod 22 through the third threaded hole, and the fastening bolts 8 fixedly connect the second anchoring rod 6 with the second fixing slider 4 through the third threaded hole.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, not only one first fixed slide block 3 and one second fixed slide block 4 are provided, but also a plurality of fixed slide blocks are symmetrically or asymmetrically provided on the first fixed rod 12 and the second fixed rod 22 according to the structure of the coal mine and the structure of the anchor rod support, so as to fix the anchor rod on the side support anchor rod, thereby making the clamp of this embodiment have better fixing property and stability.

Preferably in this embodiment, an anti-wear liner is provided between the drill rod and the first and second clamping grooves 11, 21.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

inserting a rod of a drill rod between the first clamping groove 11 and the second clamping groove 21, penetrating the end parts of the support rods 9 of the first anchoring rod 5 and the second anchoring rod 6 to the third through hole 32 and the fourth through hole 42, adjusting the distance between the drill rod and the wall surface to be drilled and the transverse and longitudinal distances of the anchor rod supported by the corresponding side parts of the first anchoring rod 5 and the second anchoring rod 6, and tightening the upper and lower first fastening blocks 13 and the lower fastening blocks 23 by screwing the screw 7 to enable the drill rod to be fixedly arranged between the first clamping groove 11 and the second clamping groove 21; screwing the fastening bolt 8 to fix the first fixed slide block 3, the first fixed rod 12 and the first anchoring rod 5, and screwing the fastening bolt 8 to fix the second fixed slide block 4, the second fixed rod 22 and the second anchoring rod 6; after the fixation is finished, the drilling work can be started; the drill rod drilling tool is simple in structure and high in practicability, and not only is the problem that the drill rod is unstable during drilling and is not easy to control, but also the problem that the drilled hole deviates from the designed direction and inclination angle is solved, and meanwhile, the abrasion of a drill bit is greatly reduced; and the method is simple to operate, strong in adaptability and suitable for all anchor bolt supporting roadways.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in order to better fasten and fix the anchor cap 10 to the support anchor, a groove 101 shaped like a Chinese character 'mi' is formed on the end surface of the anchor cap 10; for example, if the support anchor is cylindrical, the end surface groove 101 of the anchor cap 10 is circular arc, and if the support anchor is quadrangular, the end surface 101 of the anchor cap 10 is a right-angle groove.

Preferably, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in order to make the connection between the anchor rod and the fixed sliding block more stable, it is avoided that after a long time of use, the anchor rod slides in the through hole due to the fact that the anchor rod and the fastening bolt 8 often rub to reduce the surface friction force therebetween, which causes the anchor rod to slide in the through hole during operation, specifically:

the outer side surfaces of the supporting rods 9 of the first anchoring rod 5 and the second anchoring rod 6 are provided with a plurality of continuous fixing slots 91, the size of each fixing slot 91 is matched with the diameter of a screw rod of the fastening bolt 8, the supporting rod 9 is inserted into the third through hole 32 by the arrangement of the structure, the transverse and longitudinal distances between the first anchoring rod 5 and the side supporting anchor rod are adjusted, the fastening bolt 8 is screwed, and the supporting rod 9 is adjusted to enable the fastening bolt 8 to be inserted into the fixing slots 91; the second anchoring bar 6 is also arranged according to the same principle as described above.
