1. A surface grinding machine, comprising:
the device comprises a rack (1), wherein a horizontal working platform (11) and a bearing platform (12) located right below the working platform (11) are arranged on the rack (1), and an operation through hole is formed in the working platform (11) in a longitudinally penetrating mode;
the workpiece bearing device (2) comprises a base (21) with one end hinged to the bearing platform (12) and capable of overturning around a hinged end, a rotary table (22) rotatably mounted on the base (21), a first hydraulic cylinder (23) which is erected on the rotary table (22) and with the head end of a piston rod upward, and a workpiece bearing table (24) which is horizontally mounted at the head end of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (23) and used for placing a workpiece, wherein an overturning assembly used for driving the base (21) to overturn is further mounted on the bearing platform (12), a rotary driving assembly used for driving the rotary table (22) to rotate is mounted on the base (21), and the workpiece bearing table (24) can upwards penetrate through the operation through hole under the driving of the first hydraulic cylinder (23);
the workpiece clamping devices (4) are arranged on the working platform (11) in an annular uniform array and located at the periphery of the working through hole, each workpiece clamping device (4) comprises a cylinder (41), a mounting plate (42) connected to the head end of a piston rod of the cylinder (41) and a flexible clamping block (44), the flexible clamping block (44) is connected to one side, away from the cylinder (41), of the mounting plate (42) through a plurality of elastic members (43), and the flexible clamping block (44) faces the working through hole and is used for clamping a workpiece on the workpiece bearing table (24) under the driving of the cylinder (41);

The surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first three-dimensional moving device (5) and the second three-dimensional moving device (6) each comprise a cross slide table (51) mounted on the work platform (11), a longitudinal slide base (52) longitudinally connected to an output end of the cross slide table (51), a slide block (53) longitudinally slidable relative to the longitudinal slide base (52), and a first linear motor (54) mounted on an upper end of the longitudinal slide base (52) and having an output shaft connected with the slide block (53).

A surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said grinding wheel unit (7) comprises a mounting base (71) fixed to the functional output of said first three-dimensional moving device (5), a grinding wheel (72) rotatably mounted to the lower end of said mounting base (71), and a motor horizontally fixed to said mounting base (71) and driving said grinding wheel (72) to rotate.

The surface grinder of claim 4, characterized in that one end of the base (21) is pivotally connected to the carrying platform (12), and the lower end surface of the other end is cut to form an inclined surface, the turning assembly comprises a second hydraulic cylinder (26) horizontally mounted on the carrying platform (12), and a wedge block (27) connected to the piston head end of the second hydraulic cylinder (26), and the inclined surface of the upper end surface of the wedge block (27) is abutted against the inclined surface of the base (21).

The surface grinder as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the rotary drive assembly comprises a second motor (28) mounted longitudinally on the base (21), the turntable (22) is rotatably mounted in a circular cavity formed by the recess of the upper end surface of the base (21) through a connecting shaft, the periphery of the turntable (22) is provided with gear teeth, and a motor shaft of the second motor (28) extending into the base (21) is sleeved with a gear (29) engaged with the gear teeth on the periphery of the turntable (22).
7. A surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that a plurality of freely rolling balls are fitted in the circular cavity and abut against the lower end face of the turntable (22).
8. A surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that the outer edge of the upper end face of the workpiece carrier table (24) is formed with an annular edge which is raised upwards.
9. The surface grinding machine of claim 8, characterized in that the workpiece carrier table (24) is generally disk-shaped and made of a metal material, and is provided with a coil (25) around its outer circumference, the coil (25) being electrically connected to the controller.
10. The surface grinding machine as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the lower end face of the workpiece carrier table (24) has an insulating layer and the head end of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (23) is connected to the insulating layer.

Background
A surface grinder is a machine tool often used in the machining production of workpieces, and the main operation is to fix the workpiece and grind the surface of the workpiece by a grinder. At present, the workpiece is generally fixed on a machine tool operation platform through various clamps, the position control of a grinding machine is generally only longitudinally adjustable, and in practical use, the workpiece is easily damaged in the process of clamping the workpiece, the alignment operation of the workpiece is extremely inconvenient, and the operation burden of workers is large.

preferably, the grinding wheel assembly comprises a mounting base fixedly mounted on the functional output end of the first three-dimensional moving device, a grinding wheel rotatably assembled at the lower end of the mounting base, and a motor horizontally and fixedly mounted on the mounting base and used for driving the grinding wheel to rotate.
Preferably, one end of the base is pivotally connected to the bearing platform, an inclined plane is formed by cutting the lower end face of the other end of the base, the overturning assembly comprises a second hydraulic cylinder horizontally arranged on the bearing platform and a wedge block connected to the piston head end of the second hydraulic cylinder, and the slope of the upper end face of the wedge block is abutted to the inclined plane of the base.
