The driving part 331 drives the main transmission shaft 332 to rotate, so that the auxiliary rotating shaft 333 and the conveyor belt 32 rotate. The rivets 45 can realize the connection between the pressing plate 41 and the supporting plate 42 through the two rows of first mounting holes 412 and the corresponding second mounting holes 421 at the end parts; the screws 46 are connected to the support plate 42 and the connecting plate 43 through two rows of first mounting holes 412 and corresponding second mounting holes 421 and third mounting holes 430. With the structure, the supporting plate 42 can be independently connected with the pressing plate 41 and the connecting plate 43 respectively, so that the pressing plate 41 and the connecting plate 43 can be conveniently and independently disassembled and assembled.

Further, referring to fig. 1, as a specific implementation manner of the plate grinding machine provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the plate grinding machine further includes a spray header 6 for supplying water to the grinding brush 2, and the spray header 6 is disposed on the frame 1. Specifically, both sides of each of the grinding brushes 2 are provided with shower heads 6, respectively.

Preferably, each spray header 6 and the corresponding grinding brush 2 are arranged at intervals, and the water spray nozzle of each spray header 6 points to the joint of the grinding brush 2 and the conveyor belt 32.

With the structure, the high temperature generated when the grinding brush 2 works can be effectively reduced through the water sprayed by the spray header 6, so that the grinding brush 2 can be cooled, and the use safety is improved; the water spray nozzle of the spray header 6 points to the joint of the grinding brush 2 and the conveyor belt 32, when the part to be ground and polished moves to the joint, water flow is sprayed on the surface to be ground and polished of the part to be ground and polished, so that the heat generated during grinding and polishing between the part to be ground and the grinding brush 2 can be reduced, the grinding and polishing effect can be improved, and the lubricating effect is provided. According to the structure, as the rotating speed of the conveyor belt 32 is the same as the linear speed of the outer circumferential surface of the pressure roller 31, when the workpiece to be polished enters the position between the conveyor belt 32 and the pressure roller 31, the upper surface and the lower surface of the workpiece to be polished are subjected to the same advancing power, the workpiece to be polished has good moving linearity, the phenomena of deviation and the like are avoided, and the workpiece to be polished has good polishing effect.

The rotation direction of the grinding brush 2 is consistent with the rotation direction of the roller 31, and the rotation speed of the grinding brush 2 is larger than that of the roller 31. With the structure, the grinding brush 2 can efficiently grind and polish the part to be ground and polished, so that the part to be ground and polished has good grinding and polishing effects. In other embodiments, the direction of rotation of the brush 2 may also be opposite to the roller 31; the rotational speed of the brush 2 can also be less than or equal to the rotational speed of the roller 31, which is not limited to this.

The outlet of one transmission component 3 is correspondingly connected with the inlet of the other transmission component 3. Specifically, the transmission assembly 3 and the grinding brush 2 at the left end can grind and polish the lower surface of the part to be ground and polished, the part to be ground and polished moves out from the outlet end of the transmission assembly 3 and enters from the inlet end of the transmission assembly 3 at the right end, and the transmission assembly 3 at the right end can grind and polish the upper surface of the part to be ground and polished and finally moves out from the outlet end of the transmission assembly 3 at the right end. This structure, through setting up two drive assembly 3, and with two drive assembly 3 realization upper and lower corresponding settings, can treat to grind to throw the piece and carry out two-sided mill and throw, and then improve and grind and throw efficiency.

And each transmission assembly 3 is provided with two spray heads 6 for supplying water to each grinding brush 2, the spray heads 6 are preferably arranged at the left side and the right side of the corresponding grinding brush 2 respectively, and the water spray nozzle of each spray head 6 points to the joint of the corresponding grinding brush 2 and the corresponding conveyor belt 32.

In other embodiments, the number of the transmission assemblies 3 may also be multiple, and the two transmission assemblies 3 are arranged according to the arrangement mode of the two transmission assemblies 3, so that the two surfaces of the workpiece to be polished can be repeatedly polished, and the polishing effect of the workpiece to be polished is further improved, which is not limited herein.

Further, referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the plate grinding machine provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the conveyor belt 32 at the lower end of one transmission assembly 3 is aligned with the conveyor belt 32 at the upper end of the other transmission assembly 3. Specifically, the conveyor belt 32 at the lower end of the left-end transmission assembly 3 is parallel and collinear with the conveyor belt 32 at the upper end of the right-end transmission assembly 3. According to the structure, the part to be polished coming out of the transmission assembly 3 at the left end can enter the transmission assembly 3 at the right end along a straight line, so that the double-sided polishing effect of the part to be polished is consistent, the polishing effect of the part to be polished is good, and the appearance effect of a product is good.

The following table shows the use of the conveyor belt 32 and the wear of the pallet 4 after 12 months of experiments in the case of a pallet 4 of a grinder, both without the provision of the recess 411 (before modification) and with the provision of the recess 411 (after modification).

(1) Use of the conveyor belt 32

Before the improvement: the conveyor belt 32 is used for 1 month, has no defects of looseness, abrasion and the like, and can be normally used; the conveyor belt 32 will slightly relax after 2-3 months of use, but normal use is not affected; when the conveyor belt 32 is used for 4-7 months, the conveyor belt 32 is seriously loosened, and the conveyor belt 32 can be normally used only after the plate grinding machine is debugged; when the using time of the conveyor belt 32 exceeds 7 months, the conveyor belt 32 cannot be normally used and needs to be replaced in time.

After the improvement: the conveyor belt 32 has good use effect, has no loose abrasion phenomenon and does not need debugging or replacement within the service life of 12 months.

(2) Wear of the pallet 4

Before the improvement: the supporting plate 4 is used for 1 month, the abrasion of the friction surface between the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 is not obvious, and the supporting plate can be normally used; when the supporting plate 4 is used for 2-3 months, the friction surface of the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 is slightly worn, and the grinding and polishing effect of a part to be ground and polished is not influenced; when the supporting plate 4 is used for 4-5 months, the friction surface between the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 is in medium abrasion, and the grinding and polishing effect of a part to be ground and polished is reduced; after the supporting plate 4 is used for 6-7 months, the friction surface between the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 is seriously worn, and the grinding and polishing effect of a part to be ground and polished is seriously reduced; when the pallet 4 is used for more than 7 months, the surface of the pallet 4 and the conveyor belt 32 has obvious defects such as abrasion pits, scratches and the like, and the pallet 4 is unusable.

After the improvement: the supporting plate 4 has good use effect in the service life of 12 months, the friction surface of the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 has no obvious abrasion pits or scratches, the surface flatness is good, debugging or replacement is not needed, and the polishing effect of the to-be-polished part is good.

In summary, the supporting plate 4 of the conventional plate grinding machine is not provided with the groove 411, so that the conveyor belt 32 is usually required to be replaced and debugged after being used for 4-7 months, and the maximum service life of the conveyor belt 32 is 7 months; along with the increase of the service life of the supporting plate 4, the abrasion of the friction surface of the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 is gradually deepened, the defects of abrasion pits, scratches, surface flatness reduction and the like can occur, and the maximum service life of the supporting plate 4 is 7 months.

The improved plate grinding machine is provided with the groove 411 on the supporting plate 4, the conveyor belt 32 is used for more than one year without debugging or replacement, the abrasion of the friction surface of the supporting plate 4 and the conveyor belt 32 is not obvious, the using effect of the supporting plate 4 is good, and the grinding and polishing effect of a part to be ground and polished is good. Therefore, the service life of the conveyor belt 32 and the supporting plate 4 can be greatly prolonged by arranging the groove 411 on the supporting plate 4, and the utilization rate of the plate grinding machine is further improved.
