Background

In the production process of welding rods, one link is to bake semi-finished welding rods in a high-temperature furnace, and in order to ensure that each welding rod is heated uniformly, the welding rods are required to be loaded into a plurality of small cylindrical tanks and enter the high-temperature furnace together with the tanks. The compactness of the welding rod in each can influences the baking effect and the quality of the welding rod, so that the welding rod split charging which meets the requirements is an important technical process in the production of the welding rod.

The traditional welding rod subpackaging method is manual subpackaging by workers, the production efficiency is low, the compactness of welding rods in a tank depends on the technical level of the workers, the consistency is poor, the welding rod fracture phenomenon is easy to occur in the subpackaging process, and the automation degree is low. To welding rod partial shipment, do not have automation equipment at present yet, consequently, need design a welding rod partial shipment device for solve above technical problem.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a linkage type welding rod subpackaging device which is used for solving the problems of low efficiency, inconsistent tightness of welding rods and low automation level when the welding rods are subpackaged into a pot.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows:

a linked welding rod racking device comprising: target jar, the funnel, the wedge push rod, the propelling movement piston, the cylinder block, the propelling movement passageway, the mounting bracket, the landing leg, the wedge baffle, the spring dog pushes away the frame, the riser, the pressure spring, the cylinder pole, the cylinder section of thick bamboo.

The mounting frame is of a plane frame structure, is a mounting base for other parts of the whole subpackaging device, and is an outward mounting interface of the whole subpackaging device; the cylinder seat is fixed at the right end of the mounting rack through a screw; the 4 supporting legs are fixed in the middle of the mounting frame through screws.

The cylinder rod and the cylinder barrel jointly form a cylinder which is the only power source of the whole subpackaging device, and the cylinder barrel and the cylinder seat are fixed through nuts; the cylinder rod is connected with the pushing piston through threads; the pushing channel and the pushing piston form a moving pair; the right end of the wedge-shaped push rod is fixed with the right end of the pushing piston through a screw, the inclined plane at the left end of the wedge-shaped push rod is matched with the pushing inclined plane of the wedge-shaped partition plate, when the air cylinder extends, the wedge-shaped push rod drives the wedge-shaped partition plate to move downwards, and the pressure spring is compressed; when the cylinder contracts, the pressure spring drives the wedge-shaped partition plate to move upwards.

The target jar is placed on mounting bracket left side "V" type groove, and its opening and propelling movement passageway butt joint for accept the welding rod in the funnel, realize the welding rod partial shipment.

The wedge-shaped partition plate is of a plate-shaped structure and is provided with two inclined planes, one inclined plane is a pushing inclined plane, and the pushing inclined plane is matched with the inclined plane of the wedge-shaped push rod to realize the up-and-down movement of the wedge-shaped partition plate; the other part is a partition inclined plane which is used for partitioning the welding rod entering the pushing channel from the hopper.

The pushing channel is of a cylindrical structure, an opening is formed in the wall of the cylinder, the opening can be matched with the wedge-shaped partition plate, and the opening and the closing of the opening are realized through the up-and-down movement of the wedge-shaped partition plate; by changing the size and position of the opening, the degree of compaction of the electrode loaded into the target canister can be adjusted.

Has the advantages that:

the automatic quantitative subpackaging device can realize automatic quantitative subpackaging of the welding rods from the hopper to the target pot, improves the subpackaging efficiency, reduces the labor cost and can ensure the consistency of the compactness of the welding rods in the target pot. A single cylinder power source is matched with one set of linkage mechanism, so that two actions of cutting off the welding rod and pushing the target pot can be realized simultaneously, and the quantity of the power sources is reduced.

With reference to fig. 1-6, the linkage type welding rod split charging device of the present invention has the following connection modes: the cylinder seat 5 and the supporting legs 8 are directly fixed on the mounting frame 7; the funnel 2, the vertical plate 12, the pushing channel 6, the spring stop block 10 and the cylinder barrel 15 are all indirectly fixed with the mounting frame 7; the wedge-shaped push rod 3, the pushing piston 4 and the cylinder rod 14 are mutually fixed; the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 and the push frame 11 are fixed with each other; the wedge-shaped partition plate 9, the push frame 11 and the vertical plate 12 form a moving pair, and can move up and down on the vertical plate 12 under the action of the pressure spring 13 and the push inclined plane 901; the pushing channel 6 and the pushing piston 4 form a moving pair, and the pushing piston 4 can move left and right under the action of the air cylinders 14 and 15.

With reference to fig. 1-8, the embodiment performs the following steps:

(1) the cylinder is in an extension state, and at the moment, the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 is in a partition state, as shown in fig. 4;

(2) placing the target tank 1 on a V-shaped groove at the left side of a mounting frame 7, wherein an opening is aligned with an outlet at the left side of a pushing channel 6; filling welding rods to be subpackaged into the hopper 2, wherein the length direction of the welding rods is consistent with the direction of the pushing channel 6;

(3) the cylinder is controlled to contract, at the moment, the wedge-shaped push rod 3 and the pushing piston 4 move rightwards together, the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 and the pushing frame 11 move upwards under the action of the pressure spring 13 (the view angle of the figure 3), the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 is in an open state, and as shown in figures 2, 3 and 6, welding rods in the hopper 2 enter the pushing channel 6 from the opening of the pushing channel 6 under the action of gravity;

(4) controlling the extension of the cylinder, wherein in the first half of the extension of the cylinder, the wedge-shaped push rod 3 and the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 slide at the inclined plane, so that the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 and the push frame 11 integrally move downwards, the pressure spring 13 is compressed, and at the moment, the partition inclined plane 902 of the wedge-shaped partition plate 9 separates welding rods entering the push channel 6 from the hopper 2; in the second half of the extension of the cylinder, the pushing piston 4 pushes the welding rod in the pushing channel 6 into the target pot 1;
